This motel is awesome, very clean inexpensive and down right feels like home. I recommend staying here amen you need a place to stay around oak View. I.

Nice room! Bathroom was huge! Staff was friendly and service was awesome! Close to downtown Ojai so well worth the price.

What a great place to stay. The owner is great, the ppl who stay here r great. Very clean, and comfortable. If I had a complaint it would be that the rooms could be updated. Otherwise giving it a 5 is not good enough, they deserve a 10!

Great large room, very clean and comfortable. Price is good and Scott was so helpful when I called and made the reservation and also on my arrival. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are extremely clean and grounds are kept. Room prices are very reasonable. I have twice for extended visits.

Very nice very clean and quiet. Management was very helpful and nice lovely place to stay. Grounds were well kept, nice size rooms for the price.

Room we stayed in was clean except for the dried Apple core under one of the beds. Room was an odd layout with a huge bathroom. Shower only had a cloth curtain so the floor got soaked each shower causing a close call slip the first shower. Didn't get a chance to try the pool. Missed the breakfast the morning we left. If you are visiting Ventura I recommend staying here as the rooms available in town aren't as good as these.

I loved staying at this place the MANY times I did while I'm town. The man Scott was a wonderful man and very helpful to me and my family since we were new in the area. I do recommend this place 100%

If you just want a room near Ojai at the lowest cost this is your best bet and there's likely vacancies. Seems pretty mellow, nothing special but does the trick nicely.

The room gets four stars even though I gave three stars overall. Good size with a cute bunk bed for the kids. Bathroom is good size and the tile is clean not any signs of mold or old paint. Bed is comfortable and linens are white like expected. Plenty of room to move around and walk side by side inside the room. No wasted space.

The receptionist is very friendly. Room (s) given were always nice and clean, the housekeeper did a great job maintaining beds, sheets, floors and bathrooms as it should. Quite place to stay. Would stay there again when possible.

Grant Management simple breakfast but adequate Connor great breakfast coffee coffee and a room with bunk beds for kids number 105. Non-smoking rooms. Very clean, great janitorial staff. Be sure to tip them.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location. My preferred place to stay when I'm in Ventura. The drive up the canyon from Ventura takes about 10 minutes and is a beautiful drive.

Nice place. Very good value. Spacious. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pool! I would stay again.

We were headed to Ventura, but it was late so we decided to take a chance. Super nice management. Clean+ room. Fridge and coffee in room. Quiet. Walking distance from market and restaurant. Reasonable room price. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Clean rooms with no smoking areas. They allow dogs which was a bonus. They have a great and very kind staff. I stay here every time I come to check on my grandparents (which is often! )

Clean, spacious, great desk person! Soft towels too. Views of the surrounding mountains and sunset. I will be staying here from now on.

We got a very cute bunk room. It was clean but smelled of cleaner so we left the door open for a bit and it faded away. The bathroom was spacious and we appreciated the on demand, in room coffee pot and continental breakfast.

Comfortable, clean, nice location, a/c isn't too noisy. Beds are comfy. A very pleasant stay for a weekend getaway!

It is surprisingly wonderful there! The spa pool was amazing last night and I really didn't expect that! People there are friendly there and the manager Scott is a sweet heart! It is not what I expected at all! Very glad to be surprised!

Guy behind the counter was a total prick. Quoted me one price over the phone then tried to jack up the rates when I got there. Said he was going to have to take an additional $100 cash deposit because he didn't believe we wouldn't smoke in the room on top of trying to charge a $35 pet fee with a $65 deposit for my wife's service animal, which are exempt from EVER having to have a deposit or fee charged for them — by law-. When I brought this up, he told us we could go sleep in our car then.

It was a nice stay, I got an upgrade for getting there earlier than I planned so I'm happy.

Good service, nice staff, and much cheaper than staying in Ojai.

Every thing was great. The room was huge. Fridge and microwave and dishes came with the room. I love it. It felt like a home away from home!.

Wonderful motel have to say for value nice area and cleanliness as well as the room being all u need this is definitley the spot. I would absolutley recommend this motel to anyone had a great stay and would definitley stay again.

Not a hater but the gentleman that I 3ncountered at the desk was rude and indecisive. Told me he had no rooms available yet I knew there was. Told me to come back at noon. So I stay at the harbor motel 6 in ventura.

Nice little place. Rooms are large. Great location near decent Thai restaurant.

So far Scott has been very helpful and one of the few people in or near Ojai who have answered the phone and answered my questions. Price seems extremely reasonable considering the high prices all of the other hotels charge in Ojai. One may not get the ambiance of staying in Ojai but that is o. K. When you are on a budget! I will let you know how the 3 nights went after staying there this week.

Value and very nice! pasted from my TripAdvisor post. Came here for a last minute NYE party in downtown Ojai. Price was VERY reasonable considering that any place that had a vacancy in the downtown area was $250 plus. I have driven by many times here, on my way to work. Scott, the front desk person was very welcoming, and gave me a late check out. The next morning, I called him at noon, stating that I just woke up (long night, and forgot to set my alarm). I told him I would be out in 30 min, he said "no problem". Stayed in 202, upstairs on the hwy 33 side. The traffic didn't bother me. Parking was easy. Wifi was great! Lobby was charming. Room was a queen, and it was HUGE! Bed was comfortable. Micro/fridge was a plus. Didn't go to the jacuzzi, or the breakfast. Checkout was a breeze. The decor in the room was nice. Seemed old school, like as of u were in a small town in the middle of nowhere, but well kept, w modern amenities. I would stay here again, in a second! Highly recommend. Transportation has the bus very close, to go to all the way to oxnard, or downtown Ojai. For the late night crowd, DUTCH the local transportation person is always accessible, for all size parties! Casa de lago is a good Mexican food place.

Great Motel and staff! Pool/Jacuzzi is great to relax in and enjoy. Rooms have everything we needed and price was affordable for the area. I would stay here again. Doug.

I called to reserve a room and the jerk told me to come in and he hung up on me for my second qiestion. You will never het my business now.

Oh, I'm sorry. Google said this was a motel. You can imagine my embarrassment when trying to book a room at your private residence. Awesome pics of your pool though. You may want to take your listing off line, more people are going to call. Not me. Not ever again.
