Great breakfast! Nice outdoor pool. Very clean and comfortable room!

Rooms, breakfasts, pool are all okay worth the money. But what really stood out to me is the front desk manager Athena she was very kind and helpful and made my stay great and I will stay more just cause of her!

It's good if you don't need any comforts other than a bed. Rooms smell like smoke even though they're non-smoking. My room even had an odor eliminator appliance running when I entered. The room was fairly clean, but was very run down. Tons of toilet stains and bathroom wall stains. A/C was squeaky and couldn't maintain a temperature. Towel hook pulled out of wall. Breakfast was terrible (everything tasted like preservatives). I went to McDonald's across the street to eat. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the price was fine!

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and it was quiet. Prices were reasonable. Nice pool and they offer breakfast. Will stay again.

This is a good place for everyone in the family to come and visit. There is a little bit of everything here or very near by for everyone. Plus most all the staff are nice and down to earth.

I stayed there because it was convenient and that's it. Most of the stays the hot tub didn't work and the staff couldn't care less about that or anything else. I never new if I was going to get housekeeping (I would even be billed later for so called missing items from my room. I contacted corporate about these issues and they were absolutely no help at all I'm sure I'm not the only one) the only thing good about this place — the beds are comfortable, it's right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and shopping.

I give 4 stars because I cant do 3 and a half. The price is high for what you get but still better then the other hotel near by. The breakfast could be better for a quality inn.

Super staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.

Checking in/out was fast and easy. Rooms were clean and accommodations were fair. Staff was very friendly. The girl at the front desk, Tori was very helpful and very friendly. Overall I would stay here again.

What a dump! Most of the rooms had full ash trays on the walk way. The place stinks like an ash tray. The chairs and bedspread had cigarette burns. We didn't stay we checked out right away. They would not refund our payment.

I really have no complaints against the place. The staff was friendly and cordial. My main issue was the other patrons. Some of them stood, what seemed, right outside my door smoking and talking loudly. From what I understood, it was Spring Break, so I should have expected this. The place is dated but had great amenities — Iron, coffee maker and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was hot and coffee was good. I'd stay again.

Not too impressed. I've been to multiple Quality Inn & Suites, but this particular room was a bit run down. Maybe because it was a smoking room; they seem to be the last to be updated. I will say they are one of the few who still offer a smoking room. The staff was very polite, no problem there.

Good place for one nighter. Lots of additional sounds through the night. Toilet kept running all night.

Good value, not the nicest hotel in the world but enough comfort for a fair price. Very roomy.

Very clean rooms. Every quiet for being so close to large shopping center and freeway. Great free breakfest and very nice employees.

Easy access off the freeway and reliable brand hotel. Decent free breakfast in the morning. Couldn't get late check-out, because it was a full house, which was disappointing, but understandable.

Wonderful staff. We a good night's sleep. Very quiet. Breakfast area is a bit small with limited seating. However, they have a variety of choices so we were very happy about that.

Tori, whom checked me was awesome, as for the room not so much. For price I think they can invest in some new sheets bedspread. Cigarette holes in sheets, bedspread, hair in sheets, bathroom. Tori brought 3 sets of sheets. Which where clearly wore out, and stained. Would have gone elsewhere but all of section and surrounding areas are sold out. Lost my business for sure.

The night time staff and morning breakfast lady Diana were amazing. Very hard working and friendly. They made the stay even more inviting. I enjoyed the stay in the cozy room and will definitely stay there again.

Comfy beds. Nice pool area. Decent breakfast. Noisy near the highway but not too bad.

Room is dated and worn. Cutains had sun baked holes, and carpet had a pathway. But, the bed was actually super comfortable. Our "King Suite" has a kitchen which looks straight out of a college dorm, balcony overlooking the fwy (like 20 yds away! ), and a TV with at least 420p resolution. Breakfast… in what could best be described as a storage room hallway. I had the eggs and sausage, I'm feeling 75% sure I will not end up in an ER between here and Tahoe. Not a bad stay, but not worth the $ or worthy of the "Quality" name.

I am a platinum member of more than 17 years with this chain. I was treated very rudely by the front desk because my husband's last name is different (idk fraud?!? ). I was charged for my service dog after showing his paperwork. This is in direct violation of ADA laws. Mr Singh is just a jerk it will cost him. Very poor room, pool looks excellent room was awful. I took pictures really travel a few miles and stay in Placerville entirely different experience and half the price. I have photos I will share on other sites. Plumbing flooded sink area holes in wall unknown substances on wore does and filthy tub area. No excuse for dirty. Period.

I stayed here quite a few times while visiting my aunt. I always found the room comfortable and really like the beds. The free breakfast in the morning is a good way to start the day. The rooms were well appointed and well worth the price which I found reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Quality Inn to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay. Thanks to all at the motel for the times I spent there.

Our house flooded so we needed a place to stay for the night… very nice ppl room was great… thank you for a place to stay in our time of need…

Kathy the manager is the nicest lady your company can have. Very helpful, friendly and is the reason for all my return visits. The rooms are very clean, and the maids are friendly and helpful. I give _5 stars…

My visit consisted of sitting in my car in the parking lot and using their Wi-Fi… their Wi-Fi is great!

The hotel personnel were very professional and helpful. The room was clean, although it smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The breakfast included, sausage, eggs and waffles in addition to the usual offerings of fruit, yogurt and cereal, however the breakfast room is extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver in when there are more than two people. The other BIG negative is the noise from the freeway and the McDonald's drive-thru across the street. We could hear traffic all night long and McDonald's customers yelling their orders to the Clown. You could also hear the neighbors on either side of the room, no soundproofing in the walls. We turned the fan on high in our room for white noise but it didn't help. We had planned to stay two nights but cancelled our second night (no refunds given! ). I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to get a good night's sleep. The comfortable beds are just not enough to compensate for the noise.

Will stay there again. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and large; very little outside noise. Easy check in for us and our dog. The complimentary breakfast was also good. There were NO surprises.

You get what you pay for here. If you're looking for a low cost room that will provide you with a bed and a bath, you could do much worse. Out of three rooms originally assigned, two smelled a bit of cigarette smoke but were livable, one was so bad we couldn't breath. The carpets are stained and thread bare. And it's clear corners have been cut everywhere to save money. But the beds appear clean, there were no obvious signs of health hazards (outside the smoke), and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For breakfast, avoid the scrambled eggs which come in strangely appalling disks, but everything else is ok. You're not going to be pleasantly surprised by this place, but it'll get you safely through the night. For the one room in our stay that had too much smoke to deal with, at first they gave us a spray bottle of chemical that was supposed to help, but after dousing the place it was still really bad. The front counter then moved us into another room that didn't suffer from smoke issues.

Air conditioner did not work… super hot day. Very dated kitchen. Tried to get some compensation back for inconvenience of broken air conditioning but the Manager blatantly lied and said it was working fine. We had to take the mattress off the bed and put it right next to air conditioning unit. I slept 2 inches away with the air conditioning on and was still uncomfortable. Would never stay here again.

Paid for a room with high speed Internet access. Receved a room with spotty low-speed Wi-Fi that goes out for hours at a time, and can't support any broad-band application. Deceptive, to say the least.

Decent place to stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast room is a bit small and they don't have a big variety on food. Price is also ok. Internet connection is ok but could be faster. Haven't had any problems.

Great place to stay, very standard, very neat. Never had a problem. Have stayed here 30 plus days in the last year.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Not sure why all the bad press about this place. My room was great. Typical motel exterior, but the room was much nicer than most Choice hotels. Quite a nice surprise. Great for stop-overs traveling from San Francisco to Tahoe/Reno. Thumbs up.

We are local people who had a power outage during a huge snow storm in December. Adam, the owner, charge us $65 for the first night. The power remained out so we wanted to stay a second nite and the charge would now be $139.95. We told him he was price gouging when people were going through a disaster. He said, havent you heard of supply and demand. I can charge what ever I want to. We had words, but he is very aggressive acting so we let it go. When I finally got to my home, I called the hotel, not knowing he was the owner, to get the owners name and complain. He proceeded to tell me if he ever saw my husband again, he would kick his f****** A**. Again, he was very aggreessive and scary. Welll, I got my credit card bill this month and he charged us and extra $75. When I called regarding the extra charge, he claimed it was for all the stuff we stole. He said housekeeping reported on us. That did it. I told him if I took everything in this room it would not amount to $75. I now have several agencies looking in to this mans work ethics. But, the rooms are creepy, dirty, and I did get bites on my legs which I believe could be bed bugs. Go across the street to Motel six. They are always the same price and even have it posted. Warning.

This hotel is perfect. For the Wes Craven next Horror film. It is very dim and old with the least amount of effort put into wht the y call upgrades. There were 6 T. V. Channels and 3 were fuzzy. My sheets had holes in them and so did my towels. After a long day I went to run a bath but my tub was occupied by 3 roaches. After I screamed I immediately heard another screech. It was my daughter. She opened the inroom refridgerator to find another one staring bak at her. I immediately go to the front desk and the little sweet middle eartern lady tels me" Oh, your room mst have been missed on the last fumagation. By then I was outraged and we found a Holiday Inn Exprees on the next exit. Do no stay there.
