One of the roomiest motel rooms I've stayed in with plenty of amenities that many don't have (mini fridge with freezer, coffee machine, hangers, blow dryer, toothbrush holder, that little luggage stand that I dont fully understand the purpose of). There was no hot water but they still get 5 stars because I figure they would have moved us if I had asked but I didn't.

I'm so impressed, the rooms have been remodeled, very clean and compfertable. We ran into a small problem. However the owner was so nice and true gentleman he took care of problem in a kind respectful manner. My hubby and I will tell friends this Roadway inn located in Beaumont Calif. One more bonus nice clean pool. I reccamend to bring your family prices are fair.

The new manger went in are room when We where shopping and went all through Are personal belongings then denyed it To bad we have it on are spy came case Pending. Dont go there.

Overall the experience was great, the only thing I dont like is that its pretty dirty and kanda expensive. But other than that it good.

On 3/02/2018 I booked a room through Expedia at this hotel. I got there at 1 AM and they turned me down saying they don’t have any rooms. I disputed through my discover card and now the hotel is saying it’s nonrefudable and I was a no show. Now I have to pay for this room that I never even got? Unless you guys want this happening to you, I wouldn’t book a room here. Great experience.

Very cozy. Couldn't get TV to work but I just came here to sleep! Very quiet and clean!

Rooms are overpriced but clean, What I didn't like was the unfriendly dude in the office &his attitude was rude.

Cozy place average for the cost friendly and helpful staff. Water can be hotter in shower and easy parking.

Clean, good Wi-Fi, TV service is awesome… And pricing was great (50-75) depending when you book at least in our experience.

Staff was great and pleasant at check in. Unfortunately I had loud ppl next to my room.

It's one of the old single-story Cottage type hotels quite quaint, it's been remodeled nice and clean.

The breakfast area needs work. Cereal was out, juice machine was out of order, looks dirty. Second time staying here and this area looks exactly as it did the first time.

I loved that they are pet friendly only charging $10 per night per pet so convenient for us and rooms are nice the Jacuzzi room is great cozy, nice not too expensive right for what you get and friendly, breakfast served.

Little old. Good for overnight stay. Beds were smelly. Breakfast was okay. Minimal. But it's about what you get for price. Not worth 80 dollars I spent.

Clean, new carpet, decent furnishings, no bugs, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful service people — — all at a decent price. Places with lower prices had such horribly terrifyingly bad that I was very happy and pleased to have stayed here. The locals stay here a lot and say that the owners/managers are wonderful.

Located just off the freeway. Cozy small in comparison to other places. Only bummer was that there wasn't any water pressure in the shower.

There were 3 flies in our room, I couldn't use the shower because green and white sediment kept coming out in the water, and there was food left on the ground behind from the last customer. The decor of the room was a southwestern Santafe style from the 90's. The only current upgrade was the flat screen tv. The walls were thin so I could hear the residents from either direction of the room talk, laugh, or have sex. I never felt unsafe but the room was so under par that I won't occupy this place again.

Clean room, with two separate when size beds. The price was OK for that region. Unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing. Only waffles, and you have to bake them by yourself. But OK, I was not expecting much.

We got into our room it was 104 outside they did not turn on air before we arrived. There were 3 spiders in the tub and the tub plug was broke. So difficult to give our toddler a bath. Then the toilet handle broke off completely. So they switched us rooms offered no discount. The pool was gross and very dirty. There were leaves and other debris floating in it and at a closer look it looked like mold on the steps on top of there was green stuff like moss at the bottom of it. No way we were getting in there. Also the coffee station didn't come with creamer or sugar or stirring sticks which in our case we brought our own. The only things nice was that they had a nice breakfast. I would NOT recommend this place and we were very disappointed for the price we paid.

Good accomodation at right price.

This hotel is old and needs updated. We stay here because it's close to my grandchildren.

Chose not to rent due to uncleanliness.

They cost 80$ two beds the rooms have dirty carpets will in my room 115 check it out for your selfs they need to clean big black stains but nice inn keeper good breakfast.

Nice, clean, inexpensive place to stay. The man at the office was very sweet and accommodating. The room was clean and relatively quiet and the pillows were soft. The bed could have been a little better, but it was certainly not the worst I have slept in at a motel in this price range. They office manager let me check out a little later to have breakfast with my family. Definitely better than America's Best value, which was the dump I stayed in last time. I would recommend this motel for a good night's sleep in a clean, safe bed.
