Rooms could be a little cleaner. Staff was polite. Had to move rooms twice. Was told there was a leak in the shower and the tub could cave in any time. Was not put in the suite that we paid for. Little inconvenience but still an ok place to stay.

Nice employees they were remodeling place is looking much better and cleaner. I wish the owner would give some of these people the staff a raise they are over worked and put up with some un safe work conditions.

Room a good size, didn't seem like your typical Motel 6 where the rooms are small. Place was nice and calm and was able to get a good nite sleep.

Not the best motel 6, and not very good staffing either, the night clerk was unpleasant, the maid service unresponsive, the rooms were not cleaned properly and people were milling around the parking area looking into cars! This motel 6 is by far the worst we have stayed in sorry to say. We always try to find the good in everything, but it just didn't exist here at this motel hell.

Not So Good! I know the Hotel is being extensively renovated so that's why it's a three (or it would have been a one) and the room smelled like raw sewage. Not at all like my last night's Motel 6 experience at a different location. I would have said something to the front desk, but I overheard someone else out in the parking lot complaining about the same issue. This is a mice location and once completed I'm sure this will be a great property (if there can be a way to get the nasty smell out of the rooms. )

The people at the front desk were nice. That's it. Motel 6 shouldn't even bother asking for feedback. This place is a mess. Poor housekeeping. Incredible disrepair. No consideration for the customer beyond the front desk.

I had no problems with the staff, the issue would be that there was paint falling off the walls in the bathroom. The room was clean. This was a budget friendly option however and I was satisfied. I would stay again, I wouldnt stay if I had a fussy family or mrs.

The room was dirty. the bathroom has holes in the wall. Th room has a dirty smell. Weeds are knee high in the grass area. The pool is dry. My recommendation is a fire. This place is a dump.

The floor was dirty with spots on carpet one of the mattress was tilted to one side pillows was flat curtains was torn and off track. My plan was to stay for 2 nights but did not work out. The staff was friendly but the whole purpose is to have a good stay.

The pic’s online made the place look really nice, but when we got into our room, it was the opposite. The bathroom was stained pretty much everywhere (and it hadn’t been cleaned as far as we could tell). We laid out the bathmat and it was filthy. We ended up not being able to take showers after we had been driving for 8 hours. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, not even a pen or paper to write a complaint. I won’t go back! And if for some reason I have to go to a Motel6 again, I will ask to see the room first!

The access to this location from the freeway is very convenient with less than a quater of mile off I-10fwy. Staff at this location is very friendly, the housekeeping crew not only friendly but very helpul… Although since I'm very picky about cleanliness especially the bathroom area, so I decided to give them a break and do it myself. Good sixe room with a king sixe bed very comfortable… The only negative situation that I found is the carpets… both of the room that I was assigned to, the carpets have a lot of stains and dirt, for that I had to wear sandals at all times… Overall it is good for my money although they should have the bonus points program for guests staying for several days toward free night… I;m current on my 4th weeek in a row.

The location was great however I was very disappointed in the room that we had. We went downstairs to see if we could switch rooms and wasn’t formed that there were no other availability in that we could choose to go to another hotel or stay. We asked if they were cleaning supplies so we can clean Thursday as we have drove over two hours for the visit, and we were told no. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and this time was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

My visit still going. Cleanliness is not on their favor do to almost every guest complains about the carpets been dirty and with a lot stains… I like the room is very spacious and the king size bed is very comfortable. Although I decided to take the cleaning of my room into my own hands do to I'm very picky especially when it comes to the bathroom I scrubbed myself with chemicals that I bought with my own money… the staff is very friendly and the housekeeping ladies very helpful… I can comeback if I ever need to stay in s motel again… Thank you… Raider.

Glad we were able to get a downstairs room. However when we got into the room very disappointed. There was wood slats sticking out from underneath the bed and I hit my foot on them twice. I had to make sure the kids didn't hurt themselves on them when getting on and off bed. Also floor in bathroom was sticky when it got damp feom shower. Tons of filled holes on the walls and plugs do not hold in chargers for cell phones. Placement of TV was lame as only one bed could see it well and other bed closest to door had trouble seeing it. Seal around door was bad and you could see thru to the outaide so could only imagine any heat was escaping and making the machine run more. Curtain was also damaged so dis not close all the way and that was nerve racking as the windows are not very safe and people could see in until I clipped together the curtians with a hair clip.

This was the dirtiest Motel 6 I have ever seen. We stay at Motel 6 often because they allow Dogs and until now have always been clean. Stay far, far away from this hotel!

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. I hope this is reviewed the the corporate Motel 6. I have been a frequent motel 6 guest for the past 20 years visiting motels in a variety of states in the western United States. I wish I had read the online reviews prior to booking the reservation in Beaumont CA. I was visiting a family member in the hospital in Hemet and thought this looked like a good location. The location was fine. However this is without a doubt the worst motel 6 I have ever visited. I stayed there one night because I was so tired from a long drive from Wyoming. I then booked a room at Days Inn for the remainder of the week. (Incidentally, I booked a room at Motel 6 in Lehi UT on the way down of which I have stayed three or four times and has consistently clean and well cared for rooms. ) The only positive thing I can say is that the gentlemen at the front desk was friendly, and helpful and came right over when the television would not work and got it connected and working. The room however was horrendous. Numerous cigarette burns on a grey and purple carpet. White spackle and scrapes on walls, large scrapes on furniture, a mattress that felt like it was taken out of a field, grey dirty paint in bathroom, stained bathtub, poor lighting. In short, it was the most unsanitary, dark and gloomy motel room I've ever been in. Numerous reviews mention like myself that they have been loyal Motel 6 customers but this property is the worst they have ever experienced.

Room was dirty, beer bottle cap was shoved into the ceiling which was the first thing I noticed when entering the room. Bed head board was barely attached to the wall. One of the two pillows that were given had brown stains all over it. Furniture was beat up chairs had rips nightstands were chipped on the legs. Shower had hair all over and blue stuff also. The shower curtain didn’t serve a purpose did to the hanging rod being curved so water got all over the floor and flooded the bathroom basically. Before we even got our room we arrived a hour after scheduled check in time to find out our room wasn’t cleaned yet so we waited an extra hour for our room. Which was only sub par cleaned. Night stands were sticky curtains for the window were broken and barely closed.

It was reassuring that they have cameras onsite. Guy was super nice too. It was a quick place to sleep, nothing fancy but clean.

Good service and very clean the rooms.

The big chair needs to be thoroughly cleaned and I think its time to replace the bedspread with new ones or at least some without a bunch of cigarette burns also the pillows could use replacing.

Hotel needs major renovations. Cleanliness could be A LOT better. Staff is friendly, but the cleanliness is not there.

You really can't beat the price when you're in need of a place to crash at the last minute. Staff is friendly. Thankful for the ability to have my pets with me too — no questions asked & at no extra cost. Wish the room had been prestocked with the necessities for at least 2 people automatically so I wouldn't have to ask… n who doesn't wish for things to feel a bit cleaner or sanitary… but you get what you pay for.

To Whom it May Concern: Growing up my family and I used to stay in motel 6's on many of the road trips we took across the country, and I've always appreciated getting a decent room at a budget price through motel 6. Nearly all of the motel 6 locations we stayed at had clean rooms and basic accommodations. However, the condition of the Motel 6 in Beaumont, CA was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at, and I would not recommend it to anyone. My wife and I stayed there for one night and the room we were given was in terrible condition. In particular, the carpet was soiled and blackened from what appeared to be weeks of stains that had not be cleaned. Our feet stuck to the carpet when we walked and we were so disgusted that we felt the need to wear shoes inside the room. There were white, crusty looking stains on the floor and curtains, the walls were dirty, our bed sheets were torn, and the tile in the bathroom was peeling. We stayed in a queen size room and were only given two mismatched pillows, one of which seemed more like a throw pillow. The bath towels were also stained and dirty looking. Overall I was disgusted by the room we stayed in, and I am not exaggerating. Under normal circumstances after seeing such a room I would have turned around and demanded a refund before staying, but my wife was extremely tired and needed to sleep. I regret putting her through our stay at this location, and I will never return to there again.

Pretty good for a Motel 6… I was presently surprised. If you are tired of driving and need a place to lay your head down… Yes, I would recommend this Motel 6. The people at the check-in desk very nice and plenty of places to eat across the street.

This Motel 6 might not "look" like a great place… However! I give it FIVE stars. We stayed there with our dog for four nights and we got the best service and the best stay that we could have imagined! Were we fooled. The manager was very helpful, the staff had the service down pat, and the people at the motel were all extremely friendly. All places to eat were close by. We were in an urgent situation and we did not know what to do. We had a child with us. They were encouraging, spoke to us about our needs, helped us in every way they could. What more could a motel do for humans in need? I can not say enough good things about this place. Just give them a chance! They are the greatest in our families book! Thank you MOTEL 6, Beaumont, California — there should be more places like this for people to stay!

Front desk chick Natalie I think was nice and the tenants were nuc — maids, nice — — professional crew — people say Hello when passed walking our dogs. Room needs to be updated still and air conditioner was in a wierd place by the bathroom. But had a good night sleep and love that motel 6 is pet friendly no deposit ripped off from me.

Dont stay here. Don't stay here. This is the worst motel 6 I've ever been too. The rooms are dirty to start. The ac sucks. So many drug dealers and weird people walking around the parking lot. And to top it off bed bugs everywhere. Don't stay here. Better off staying in your car.

Never go get a hotel here it is the worst hotel ever! They don't vacuum this place is bed bug infested. There are so many drugatics and drug dealers. I saw the same police car drive around the motel 3 times in the same hour. My family and I got bed bug bites. In the restroom my brother saw a huge bed bug and when he killed it blood splattered. Seriously don't get this motel. Never get Motel 6 ever again!

We stayed at this property while we were closing on our home in Palm Springs. The front dest team and housekeeping services were very pleasant and helpful. It is very clear that this location has regular guests but after a nights stay you too will feel just as welcomed. The rooms here are large and kept clean. They do allow pets and some of the rooms are still smoking rooms and as a nonsmoker I did not find any issues, nor do I have any complaints about the cleanliness of the facility in general or the rooms we stayed in. They are just off of the interstate so there is a lot of traffic — security was adequate and we felt safe. I feel comfortable recommending this motel and would stay here again if I was traveling with my pets.

Staff friendly and very accomodating. Location convenient. Sheets clean. Overall cleanliness not so good. Shower and bathroom were adequate.

Have stayed in hundreds of different Motel 6 properties across the US and Beaumont, Ca was absolutely the dirtiest ever. Have stayed in worse but never a Motel 6. Carpets where badly stained and walls where patched and not painted. Was horrible. Will stay with motel 6 as I know they are not that bad. Never at Beaumont ever again.

O. K. Place. Office people were locals. Friendly, helpful, Informative. Manager is a female, and really cool. She hooked me up with a ride to my new place. I had my 100 lbs 14 yrs old dog, and everyone treated him great. Only thing that I didn't care for was that the carpet wasn't real clean. But when you have a dog, that's across the board. Most motels do that.

It seems obvious this motel was not originally a Motel 6. It was a higher-rated motel and if this motel were kept up, it could be a very nice place. But it's not. The folks at the front desk were friendly enough, but the room has been allowed to fall into bad disrepair Torn curtains. Burned bed spread. There's a good desk but no chair for it. The only chair in the room is a big, heavy easy chair. I have a bad back and had to drag the heavy thing to the desk to get some work down. Obviously, housekeeping has never cleaned under the chair. It's a shame that, even Motel 6 has an opportunity to improve, it lets things go so badly.

It really wasnt that bad looks wise but it could have been better. The guy asked my guest and I to basically go inside the room but we were smoking, and the room is not a smoking room. Wtf. Loud around 9a. M.

Barely worth the price. Room was beet up. Wifi almost completely unusable. Shady characters roaming around the parking lot. Stear clear…

This place is awful. So bad it's actually pointless to have beds in the room. Nothing but mindless tweakers. It's like being in a walking dead episode but instead of them biting your face off they pick at theirs while asking u for spare change. If u want the full experience that This hotel offers then grab a blanket that was washed countless times with its Char marks and heavy insect poison detergent find ur local freeway underpass and take in the beauty of a smoggy freeway as u hope that soon dawn will mark the night to be at end however the only difference is at least the underpass doesn't rip $77 dollars from ur pocket. Advice if u go, bring a cup full of change to keep the corpses at bay like the petting zoo where u feed corn to the goats.

I will never go back to this hotel as long as I breathe air. This place was very expensive I paid $75 just to find cockroaches and bed bugs both. The stafc was very rude about it as well I do not recommend this dump to no one.

Hotel staff was great in every way — front desk, housekeeping, all great! Parking lot is well set-up and easy for larger vehicles or ones with trailers. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning. The carpet was dirty and worn, but they are doing renovations so I expect the carpet will be replaced soon. There was no noise from the renovation construction crews at times that were uncomfortable and we received a phone call from the front desk notifying us of some of the work so we would be aware of it — a nice way to take care of customers while renovations are progressing — GOOD JOB! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good value or a pet friendly property to stay at. Great variety of food available in walking distance as well. We heard NO noise from the freeway, some noise from the railroad running near, but that is to be expected when a RR is close and it was not loud enough to be disturbing.

The Bad: Just off the Interstate 10, constant road noise. The Carpet was wet. Pillows and bed sheets smelled of weeping edematous feet instead of industrial clothes dryer/autoclaved burn smell typical of motels and hotels. Bed bugs. I asked to be relocated but no more rooms. Even though I paid for the night I could only tolerate it for a few hours. So I loaded up on coffee and kept going on my journey. The Good: Just off the Interstate 10, Parking lot well lit, security cameras in place, and very close to gas, and a decent Popeyes less than a minute walk away. TV with cable, desk and chair, microwave, mini fridge and lots of space in the room.
