The staff was so friendly and attentive. The room was great with an awesome view of the ocean. Being able to hear the crashing of the waves was great. Great amenities like Roof top bar, coffee, cookies and milk and wine where all available at different times. Love this place!

I had a great experience at the Inn, 1st hotel Beachside, was disgusting, so we went o the Inn, got a room beachfront, loved hearing the waves crashing right outside our balcony,

The balcony room on the ocean side has amazing views. The wine terrace is so relaxing, also with amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing and relaxing getaway.

We had amazing experience at Inn. Right in the beginning we were welcomed by an front desk clerk wuth the big smile on her face and was very warm. Everything was awesome. The only thing I think they have do little remodeling specially in the restrooms. You have to flush few times lol pardon me. I'm definitely staying there again next time I plan to go to Laguna Beach.

Amazing stay! The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm, and cookies & milk from 6pm until they’re gone. I highly recommend staying here for a romantic getaway. The hotel was quiet and clean. They also have a pool & jacuzzi.

Easy parking. Other than front desk, hotel staff doesn’t wear masks.

This is my first time staying at this Inn and I really enjoy it! This place is great for adults and families with children. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are comfy. The view, the pool, the proxemity to the beach, the friendliness of the hotel personnel make me definitely to come back!

A wonderful historic Inn with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and close to great restaurants like Las Brisas and Laguna Beach. In this time of Covid 19 a very safe, well maintained property respectful of social distance. A great friendly, helpful staff. We felt very safe and secure on our first trip to California beaches in this challenging times!

Stay away from this place! Laguna is noisy, disgusting, and rampant with bums. My husband was harassed in the local convenient store by an insane homeless man who could barely speak. I seriously thought he was going to get stabbed! The man kept trying to touch him and wouldn’t leave us alone. The cashier in the store was on the phone with the police due to the harassment but we left immediately. What a nightmare on your first night on honeymoon. On top of that the front desk person eye-raped my husband as they charged my credit card over $300 for “amenities” that didn’t include breakfast even though our room cost almost $500 a night (no tub! No flowers! No privacy! ) I was BEYOND hurt and embarrassed after waiting 30 years for marriage. We even saw a drone flying in front of our window the next morning. My husband eats twice the amount of a normal person and there was no fridge, no breakfast included except $5 bagels, and no microwave. No way to save money and dinners were $30-$60 a plate. The hotel had a “breakfast package” which our travel agent failed to get for us. Our tiny outdated room cost about $500. The trip was supposed to be a gift. We wound up renting a car and driving 4 hours to Inn at Avila beach. They booked us a room last minute (SPANISH VILLA SUITE! ) for only $199 and it was all inclusive.
As if that’s not enough, the card they left had my husbands name only, and it was misspelled. They didn’t even get my name or chocolates or anything.

This place is amazing. I stay here every chance I get! The hotel staff is always accommodating and friendly. Not to mention the amenities, like wine hour and all the beach supplies you'd ever need! Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for many many years. Our family memories are incredible. The staff is exceptional Everytime.! We are here now thru Sunday it's so beautiful. We will always come back for more. Love to all the staff.

Booked this hotel last minute but Im so glad I did! Perfect location if you want to be near the main beach. Downtown is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our favorite was the 4th floor terrace that was near our room. Got to hang out here and watch the sunset! Would definitely recommend.

The customer service was not good. They moved my room without consulting me. Then they offer breakfast room service and no one ever picked up my order from the night before. I had a nice little table and they took it from my patio. The next day the cushions from our chairs were gone. It was just not good. Staff did do all they could to make it right. But at the end of the day it was my honeymoon and it wasn't right.

I would love to say the best things about The Inn at Laguna Beach, but I honestly can't. It has always been a favorite of mine. A few years ago you felt welcomed, everyone was friendly (staff) it made the atmosphere cozy. Today it feels like every other chain hotel, it's all about money. You would think parking in the hotel parking lot would be included? It's $35 per day. I know it's not much it's the principal. If you're paying $400 per night for your room they shouldn't charge for parking.

We checked in late at night on Friday and a lot of the hotels around we're all booked up except this one. They had an ocean view king with a balcony so we took that room. The front desk person said the room was originally $700 but he could give it to us for $450. The room was decent but a little small. The balcony and Ocean View were perfect. We stayed in room 301 which was a little south-facing. You can see all the Laguna Beach to the South. Still a little pricey for such a small room, but that's Laguna Beach. No tub in the room, just a shower.

Incredible experience. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Quaint, cottage like feel. Warm cookies and milk in the evenings. Home away from home. Will definitely come back for a pleasure visit next time.

Views were breathe taking. Linda at the front desk gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel. She was very kind and hospitable, along with the rest of the staff. Unique/personal amenities and pretty good rates for what they offer. Highly recommend!

Great location to vacation right by the beach. Front desk was amazing throughout our stay. Lots of restaurants near by making this an idle location to vacation.

Absolutely beautiful location, great hotel. However, the tree trimming, debris on my patio and the loud wood chipper at 7am was NOT okay 2 days in a row. We paid to wake up to sounds of the ocean.

Horrible. Booked ocean side room two weeks prior, Drive 5 hours to get there to be told they overbooked and we were getting highway view. Room was 15 feet from noisy highway. They said corporate trumpt the average individual. Add 30 for parking and a 15 hospitality fee and rude help I d give this place a zero. They take the coffee away at 10 am and offer no breakfast. Terrible experience for the 400 a night charged.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the beach. Loved their rooftop bar. The extra $ is worth it for an oceanfront room!

Friendly staff and immaculate location. Perched on top of the hill with sweeping views of Main Beach, and still close walking distance to the main drag. Would definitely recommend staying at the Inn at Laguna.

I didn't stay over night. But it looks like a cute little place and its right on the beach. No complaints.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with toothbrushes since we forgot ours at home. The room itself was nice, the Wi-Fi signal was very strong, and the location was great. You are literally right next to the beach and can I get any closer, and only two blocks from the heart of Laguna. My only gripe, is that I but on hotels tonight app, and for $400 we got a room facing the main strip with window views of the parking lot. So instead of waking up to the ocean, I heard cars driving up and down the street all night. If you can get an ocean view this is definitely a wonderful hotel to try.

My husband and I are very pleasantly surprised at the hotel. It was a small hotel, but beautiful & well-kept. We were upgraded, and the front desk staff Shayen (not sure about the spelling), and another young man was very welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, small but very nicely decorated, and the position of the bed was carefully designed. We would have love the oceanview, but overall we enjoyed our stay with the ho…tel. The Pacific Terrace was a bonus with a great hangout space with spectacular view overlooking the beach. We practically just stayed up there, and enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean, and just relaxed. It was my birthday weekend, and was sad to go. We will definitely come back. The coffee/tea in the am, the free wine in the pm, cookies & milk in the pm as well was very much appreciated. Corey & Wendy was very helpful, and accommodating at the free wine time. Loved our mini birthday weekend with my husband. So glad we went & stayed at the Inn.

Beautiful location for sure! The views are fantastic, and sunset wine tasting at the rooftop bar is not to be missed. The staff was friendly enough, and service generally OK. The rooms were decent, but not great. TV channel selection and info was not great. The mini bar was crazy expensive, which is normal, but I hate that. The fridge, also, stocked with stuff to pay for. Big fancy water bottles and such also that they want you to buy. This is a big turn-off for me, to pay $300 for a room and get them trying to sell me additional stuff in the room once I’m there.

Great hotel and spa. Not too many places where you can just walk out to the beach! Reserved King bed but a lot smaller than my king bed I sleep on. Front desk lady said it was and mine must be a California King, but that's wrong. Their king is actually a California queen. Oh well, still had a good stay.

We just returned home from staying 4 nights at The Inn, and it exceeded our expectations! Peter and Elisa at the front desk were very friendly, and made our stay comfortable. We had an ocean view with balcony room on the third floor, and will definitely book the same type of room upon our return. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, and there was chilled champagne waiting for us in our room. Walks along the California Coastal Trail each morning was spectacular, with waves crashing, dolphin sightings, and friendly people. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We plan on returning again for sure!

If I could say this is less than one star I would. I booked this through a site. I had to cancel all of my plans due to the hurricane. This hotel would not refund my money. It was a situation out of my control. Beware if you can't make it due to a natural disaster this lovely place will tell you to go scratch.

By far best location of any of the hotels we've stayed at in Laguna Beach! And I've been coming for over 10 years! The rooms with the ocean view with a balcony offer a double view: one of the coastline, and one of the ocean! Great staff and roof top bar too!

The location is right next to the main beach in Laguna Beach. You literally walk out of your hotel to the beach. Numerous charming restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Complimentary wine in the evening on the rooftop just before sunset. The staff is warm and friendly. Adjacent to the beautiful California Costal walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good views of the ocean. Super close to the water. I like that I can see the beach as soon as I wake up and roll over to look out the window.

Our favorite was the beach attendant Noah, he was very helpful and funny and full of local tips like Urth the coffee shop down the street that was amazing as well as Slapfish that had the best lobster roll I have ever eaten! What a great trip and fun we had!

Rooms very comfortable. No microwave and fridge full of paid snacks. Location is fantastic, right next to beach. Pool and hot tub are great. Wi-Fi didn't work for me. Free wine at night is fantastic.

I was just there to celebrate Wyland's 60th birthday. We just had drinks.

The hotel was right on the beach. The service was excellent and the rooms were nicely updated. They even let you use beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for free.

Best view of the main beach in Laguna. Positioned just above the breath taking shores of Downtown Laguna. Enjoy near by La Vida Laguna kayaking and paddle boarding at the fabled fisherman's cove. See sea lions, dolphins and whales from the water or from your room. Highly recommended.

Nice location. Rooms are so so, but I think I was assigned a handicap room so it felt awkward.

Awesome all the way around. Puts you in the heart of Laguna Beach at an affordable price. Walk down the steps right onto the beach from the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and service very hospitable. Thanks for a fab stay!

Im not sure it was worth the $350 a night I paid but I think it is in a nice location to shopping and the staff was very friendly and accomodating so maybe so… The room was nautical in theme and the beds slept like a dream. They are pet friendly so we could bring our little Pomeranian There is no restaurant on property but I understand they have an arrangement with Las Brisas just next door to it for room service. They did have complimentary wine in the evening on the rooftop terrace for an hour. Would I stay here again? Yes I guess I would but not before checking if I could find another beachfront for less as I really feel they were $100 more than they should have been Stayed March 2016, traveled as a couple.

The only thing nice was the beach view, over 100$$ in hidden fees, from the start the door handle didn't really work, the private entrance to the beach was not private at all, the rooms were small not what the pictures show, the elevators inspection in expired, it was not worth it,

Just checked in. The room I'm in is very expensive for what it is. It is Small. Pretty basic. Fittings and fixtures are the same as a Holiday Inn. A king bed (admittedly a comfortable bed) with 12 inches of space around it, a cheap TV, cheap furniture, overlooking a busy road. You are forced to pay $30 parking per night (which is more than Valet in South Beach, seriously WTF? ) + resort fee of $15 per night and by the time you do the math your original booking online is 20-25% more expensive than at the time of reservation. I expect to pay a resort fee for a hotel in Vegas with 5 pools, a gym, spa, casino etc. I don't expect to pay for a resort fee in an Inn in Laguna without any facilities. No restaurant. Not even somewhere quiet to work (Wi-Fi in rooms is not high speed). The location is nice but not exactly private. The walkway in front of the hotel is shared by the public. The hotel is in all effects sandwiched between a busy road and a public boardwalk. A fair market price for these rooms would be $125-150 not $200-250.

Came to Laguna for work and my company put me up at the inn. Nice place and would definitely stay there again.

Room is cute not for $400 a night No restaurant and have to pay for parking? And had to be move cause we had a baby in the room above us running back a forth Which they did move us. Not very impress would not stay again The View is beautiful. That's about it.

I made a reservation at The Inn at Laguna Beach for a 2-night business trip for my boss in early June and had to cancel it "5" days before arrival and found out that they have a 7-day cancellation policy! Although they printed this information on the email confirmation when I made the reservation, I believe this is a highly-irregular, unattractive hotel practice and would avoid making a reservation with them in the future. Additionally, I have had to call twice to confirm with their staff that they indeed canceled the reservation as their computer system keeps sending email reminders indicating that there is a reservation coming up instead of a confirmation that the reservation has been canceled.

Best location in the City of Laguna Beach! Grounds were kept very clean and well manicured. Employees were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to help or ask if you needed anything. This property does not disappoint! We won't go to another hotel in Laguna Beach after our fabulous experience here at the Inn at Laguna Beach.

For the price, you cannot beat this hotel. Beautiful ocean views, cute clean rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and a very short walk to the beach, art galleries and tons of wonderful restaurants. This is the only place we will stay when we come to Laguna Beach.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is brought to your room. Had early am breakfast on our balcony and watched Dolphins swim buy in multi groups. Beach out back door. Recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful place to spend part of our honeymoon! The ocean view room with balcony was gorgeous. Beautifully renovated, beautiful location (right on the beach) and nice all around. Continental breakfast could of been better, but then again you can't expect gourmet. Definitely recommend and will go back again.
