The location is great. Close to freeways. The area was great. It was hidden away out of the way felt safe for the area. Pool was great kids loved it. Pool toys and BBQ. Breakfast is ok, but for the price more than I expected. Service was awesome from front desk staff, kitchen. Everyone.

It was actually a good place to stay. I was hesitant while booking it, first thing that came to my mind was, airport like I can’t sleep, but I never felt there was anything to do with airport or being to close to an airport. The price was okay, the rooms were clean. The customer service was awesome. I was even able to check in at 12:30 pm. The breakfast needs adjustment. Boiled eggs is better than powdered eggs.

I was expecting a lot less from the hotel because of the price we paid. We loved it. It was clean and safe! The pool was awesome and hot tub was great after a long day of vacation. They had a propane grill by the pool and plenty of seating. We will be staying here again next summer.

I booked a room for two nights here. This place is pretty sketchy. Definitely wouldn't recommend leaving anything in the car or leaving late at night if you're a woman. There were men that catcall and just a bunch of men standing around the parking lot at 1 am? The pool/jacuzzi looked like they weren't clean so I wasn't going to take any chances. As soon as I first entered my room, there was pee in the toilet. I tried to flush it and it didn't work so I called maintenance and he said that I put too much toilet paper in there and I said "I didn't do anything. I just checked in. That was already there. " He fixed it and we went on our day. Until I noticed the toilet still wasn't flushing properly so I said forget it and kept using the lobby restroom. The shower head sucks as well as the water pressure. I wouldn't book this room if I was alone again. I would only book it again if I planned on having a party/kickback.

I am so happy we stayed here! For a budget friendly hotel we got all the basics plus better treatment than a five star place. Extra towels, extra pillows, no problem. The room, the pool, and even the parking lot was very clean. I was impressed.

It was an amazing place to stay. Very clean, calm and professional. Only 1 problem, there are no charging ports.

Near airport. Has nice big pool. Also over breakfast.

Always have had a comfortable stay here. It's a comfortable room and clean. The staff is kind and the area is relaxed.

We had a quick one night stay here. We had an updated room which was clean and comfortable. I can not comment on the regular rooms. The free breakfast was nothing spectacular but definitely good and fresh. Pancake machine was noteworthy.

This place is amazing. I visited a friend who was staying there, and I was blown away by how nice the room was! It was in a great location, it was so clean, and honestly if I didn't know otherwise I would've believed I was in one of the nicer casinos in Las Vegas. Definitely, definitely stay here, you won't regret it.

Pros: Ample parking, not a bad area if you have to walk, clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast, comfy bed. Con: shower was old and dingy (but clean) and water pressure sucked.

If you just need to stay one night it's fine but it is loud and rooms just don't seem very clean to me.

The staff is great and they are remodeling the rooms so they look nice. However they booked annoying construction workers that smoke pot, are loud and obnoxious. They are quite bad to have around. It would be great hotel without them.

Great staff, very helpful however the rooms were a little gross. The floors actually felt dirty to walk on, there was hair in the shower, there were boogers on the phone and on the wall at face level, and on top of that we found two cockroaches in plain sight during the day.

Free breakfast was good. The room I was in was not as nice as the rooms I usually get. Shower temperature was alternately burning hot and freezing cold. Front desk staff very pleasant and professional.

The air conditioner in our room leaked and soaked the carpet, making a musty odor. When I told the front desk about it, they just put a drip pan underneath it which did nothing because it wasn't even near to where it was dripping. But otherwise it's a decent place to stay and it's a convenient location. The TV was large and had a good selection of on demand content.

I stayed here last month and will again this weekend. I used to live in OC so I know this is an excellent location at a good price. The business room is not super nice but it works okay for me as I did not want to pay more for updated room. It's clean and most of all, LOCATION! LOCATION! There is an Irish bar across the street for some food and drink within walking distance. Many eateries and fast food places nearby. Back bay for walking about 1.5 miles. Beach less than 5 miles.

This is a no nonsense, simple place to stay when you're in the area and don't want to spend a lot on your room. The fixtures were very dated and then there is no elevator so if you are allergic to stairs be warned you have a pretty good hike to get to a second floor room. Our room was clean and we didn't get any diseases and the staff were all friendly so I'd say it was worth the money. I think one of the big travel sites has this listed as a two star hotel but here is the thing when you are priced like a 2-Star you should be graded on that — thus 4 stars.

Staff helpfull and professional. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The walls were very thin, could hear people talking on the phone in other rooms and lots of banging/bumping. Don't expect top notch rooms they are simply "okay". Wi-Fi and TV are good. Rooms were clean but dated. Probably wouldnt bring small kids but for adults its fine.

Plenty of parking spaces. Room was clean and neat. Towels were clean. One downside is that they didnt provide with complementary water. However, overall it was a great experience.

Probably the most reasonably priced option in Costa Mesa. It's okay at best. They used to have a really good breakfast deal with Bill's Burgers but they switched it to Palm and Olive and now it's horrible. New TVs and lots of programming choices.

Very close to the ocean and john wayne airport and the freeways which makes sense to me. Great price too! Very clean and staff always friendly and helpful. Will stay here next time I visit la.

Rooms are clean but dated. Nice pool and spa! Invluded breakfast is good, but the service in the restaurant is very poor. Good location, but bring earplugs; we could hear planes all night.

I stayed at this motel for an extended period of time since it was one of the few motels that allowed dogs. unfortunately, the propriétaire would routinely charge me double the amount of the weekly rate and make a huge fuss and routinely refuse to return the money until I got a bank statement, showing the overcharge. during my six month stay there it was my experience that all at the front desk were overcharging me and being dishonest about the practice.

Junk junk junk. Sold the room right out from under us. So we call back and they say they have a room for us. Said they would save the room but didnt. Checked out the rooms next day no tvs broken beds, what a mess. Do not stay here.

My company gave me 2 nights to stay here… Horrible experience… Bed bugs! And the breakfast service was horrible as well. They treated like we came to their to eat for free… No smile, greeting nth… But the man on front desk at night was very friendly and helpful. He provided me toothpaste n bursh as I forgot mine.

Not even worth one star dirty place the vent is dusty like the never be cleaned hairs all in the bathroom never again I coming and wasting 120 buck on this dirty place.

The door key failed to work. Had to visit the front office at least 3 times a day to get the key remagnetized. Other than that, it's a nice cheap hotel.

Horribbbbllleeee! ## dirty. Sex stans. I ignored online reviews and never again I wasted my points I'm going back to choice hotels. Wyhdam can go to h3ll. And this dirty rude hotel. Broken a and heater. Cheap wood. Looks nothing like the pictures. Don't go here. And to top it off it they share there parkinglot with a car rental place so no Parking.

Very clean rooms, near shopping and beaches. We loved staying here. Manager sam is very nice, we were welcomed, great place to stay with your family and enjoy southern California. Great value, nice pool and jaccuzi, THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT SAM. mike s.

I don't typically complain about motels. But this place is not worth over $50. Tops. Broken door chain, extension cables all over and not enough outlets for my liking (I unplugged the microwave so I could have enough), the headboard is broken and coming off the wall, I can feel the springs in the bed. Breakfast has cereal, crappy fruit, and bagels. That's it. Very disappointed with the quality of this place. Staff seemed nice enough. So this experience is solely on the owners.

Easy and Laid back place to be.

Room is clean and comfortable, perfect if you just need a bed for a few nights.
