Low quality service, uncomfortable beds, lady at desk not helpful at all,, only making everything worse for our family. Dead bugs in the shower, and flickering lights. They should pay me to stay here, not the other way around. Management needs to get on their game and figure how to run this place, NEVER AGAIN.

Was going to book a room and waited 15 min till the man upstairs realized I wasn't just standing there for fun while he was painting and watching us the whole time. Then when he was ready to assist us he had major attitude like if we were the problem. Will defently never try nor I recommend this hotel. We've stayed before and had issues to were we had to call the local law enforcement to renter are room everyday the whole week we stayed there. Totally unprofessional staffing.

Dirty, gross, the male employee is extremely rude. The female employee was very kind however. I lost an item their and they claimed not to have found it.

It is pricy usually requires a $100 cash deposit and the staff are not always very nice. The location is great and the rooms are clean and nice.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Noisy location, as the rooms face towards train tracks. Trains all night at fairly regular schedule!

WORST HOTEL EVER NO NOT BOOK! Called and booked a room on Saturday May 20, 2017 paid over the phone with a credit card. Was told to be there by 2:00 am may 21st. Arrived at 1:15am and discovered a customer who had been there 20 min and said no one's in the office. The guy took off, and my girlfriend and I rang the doorbell and called repeatedly to no avail. Needless to say we ended up going to a spot up the street less than a mile and a half away found a better rate a much nicer room and the customers had much nicer things to say about the motel in general. Do not choose this hotel avoid it like the plague their business it's Shady they are a rip-off they stole money from us because we paid for room we couldn't use you had to pay for another one luckily we were able to afford it otherwise would have been sleeping in the car.

Rooms are tiny and unclean. Staff unfriendly. No bags in wastebasket. NO towels whatsoever until requested. Do not recommend. Ever.

This place should cost 40$ a night max. Between the train noise and terrible customer service I recommend to keep driving and find a better place to stay.

Horrible service. We stayed here and they charged us for a dirty towel we never used or had seen before. This is bs people don't spend money there. The room was dirty and the noise doesn't let u sleep. I was never asked for identification. They just wanted ny money.

Those fucken people are jerks! I didnt even spend the fucken night and they charged my sister extra for me picking them up. They are bad customer service! Ontop of that their fucken maid is supposedly their manager yet she had a dude tell me bs. So no one go there it aint worth ur money nor time! Late.

The manager was absolutely rude And offensive! He actually told me I should go back to africa and find a hotel.

I still booked a room despite reading the complaints on freeway and train noise. I should have listened. First off, let me say that the room that I got was fairly clean and well-appointed. It was a 1-bed non-smoker that included a fridge and a microwave. It wasn't sparkling clean but nothing to complain as far as cleanliness go. Now to the noise. Oh my god I didn't know it would be that bad! The place is right next to the freeway and the railroad tracks with no noise barriers around it. You can literally hear every vehicle that passes by the freeway. And I'm not talking about muffled vehicle noises, It was as if your room is right at the side of the road. It's really that bad. Good thing I got earplugs from the concert I had to go to that night at Morongo. Would I book again? Obviously not. And it would be hard for me to recommend it either.
