Awesome stay at Holiday Inn Yuma AZ… the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The room was clean, smelled so good. Totally happy with our stay.

Overall great hotel. Rooms are very nice, beds are very comfortable an bar/restaurant were very clean and nice.

Is near the mall and great restaurants. Nicely manaquered landscaping, with water features. Clean interior. Pokemon gym and stops near by for those trainers traveling.

The staff is great, I including the wait staff at Ken's restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were very clean and the view of the valley is great! It is located right across from Yuma palms so entertainment and food was easily accessible.

Paige was our bar tender and she was awesome. Easy going and made really well balanced cocktails; not too heavy or too light. The drink pricing was very fair too, only slightly on the higher side compared to Yuma bars but that's expected for the convenience of a hotel bar! I personally didn't order food but it all looked pretty good and the same pricing scheme as the drinks seemed to apply here as well. Overall I'd definitely recommend this bar as a great place to grab a quick drink. The only recommendation I'd have to management is to update the one TV in the bar area to something larger/nicer and consider adding a second or third TV to really draw in the crowd to the bar seating area over the other booths.

This is the best Hotel in Yuma hands down, The staff either day or night shift are very friendly, accomodating. From GM Gina, Sales Omar, front desk Manager Eddie, vanessa, juan, anna, and everyone in the front office. Special mention to Eddie Bejarano, the manager at the front desk, aside from the accolades in the above mentioned, Eddie is very resourceful, pleasing personality, always help me with my issues and concern and will go extra mile just to get the job done. A grea…t family man, and great candidate for GM position if you are planning to expand in Yuma area. I work in Pharmaceutical Company, I travel a lot either here in US and out of the country. I always prefer Holiday Inn whereever I go, you can trace that from my IHG Spire Elite account. I have never seen/ncountered a manager as good or great as Eddie, he is truly an asset in your organization. PS, I seldom put some review too. Thank you Rommel Milanes.

Pretty standard hotel. I've never had any issues with my rooms here. The staff has always been pleasant.

I was at the holiday inn for a graduation celebration even and the customer service with the bar tender and waiters were great. Everything will as wonderful.

Not a bad hotel. The room and price were good but not a fan of the breakfast, though the lids ate for free from limited choices.

Id avoid this hotel like the plague. Why? First, I called THREE times total from the request during the reservation to calling the hotel two more times to ensure, no soft or feather pillows. No suck luck. I had no extra firm pillows and all the soft ones they normally have. Awful sleep (sleep being the ONLY reason I stayed here as a half way point while driving between San Diego and Flagstaff at night). The elevators: Got stuck for 10 minutes this morning, we had to call for help (it made the other passenger late for military work). I let the first elevator situation go, but afterward on the way back up on a different elevator, the wait was horrendous. Then, the door opens and immediately closes after the guy gets off. No delay for the next person whatsoever. The mattress change out: Could not get in my room door due to a mattrress being in the way. See photos. The halls are lined with them. Things happen, but when so much does in one stay, and a hotel violates my " three strikes you're out" policy, (pillows) a negative review gets left. If you're looking for a place to rest and relax, Id suggest one of the many other hotels in the area.

Nice place. Pleasant and clean. My daughter and I had really good dinner and very good drinks. Both server and bartender were very welcoming, sweet and professional. Definitely, going n back! Good place!

After we were robbed at the last hotel we stayed at, I really wanted to find a reliable, safe hotel to stay in. The staff were extremely nice and friendly, and they helped us look for our cat when we couldn’t find him in the morning (he was stuck in the bed frame and we did find him, but the cleaning crew helped us look all over the hotel for like an hour and they were so kind about it). Next time I’m in Arizona I’ll go out of my way to stay at this hotel; thank you guys so much for the amazing service. If I could give you 100 stars I would.

The best part of the worst trip of my life. Cat decided to hide in the bed frame and the entire housekeeping staff did everything to help us find him. If I’m ever in Yuma again this will be the only place I will stay. 50/10 worth every penny.

This Holiday Inn seems to specialize in great hospitality. From the friendly staff to the extra large rooms, from the bar downstairs where you can order a drink a bring it up to your room to the great food in the in-house restaurant, Holiday Inn is a step above the other hotels in the area. My partner has to visit Yuma several times a year for work and she always books with this particular Holiday Inn. We're always disappointed if we must choose another hotel because they are sometimes fully booked. Highly recommended.

Yuma Arizona Holiday Inn was located close to Cracker Barrell and a shopping mall. The room was spotless but was a little smaller than I thought for the price. They offered room service but for a heafty price.

The restaurant inside the hotel is a hidden gem. Love the food! The homemade chips are delicious. Will difenately recommend to guests to Yuma as well as locals who don't even know it exsists.

We blew a head gasket here while traveling back to California, with two cats and two dogs. The staff was very helpful in getting us a room for two days with little notice. We had a mobile mechanic come look at our car in their parking lot, and took up several parking spots with our uhaul trailer. We had to rent a truck, and transport everything from the trailer to the truck in their parking lot, and took up more parking, and eventually tow our car home. They worked with us through the whole thing and supplied us with a lot of water, as it was 91 outside. I'm very grateful for all of the staff here for making this stressful situation easy.

Rooms were great. The employees even better. My car broke down when attempting to leave the next morning so I had to stay another night. The employees did everything they could to reduce the amount of stress.

Everyone very nice and accommodating during our stay. However the 3rd floor smells Musty and moldy we moved to 4th floor.

A wonderful experience. Want to eat but not drive? The Holiday Inn has a resterwant. Those that drink but don't want a cab to drive to and from. They have a bar in.

This Holiday Inn supports it local businesses and we were lucky enough to win it in a silent auction at Southwestern Christian School. We would never of stayed here otherwise but sure do plan on coming back. The rooms are great, beds so comfortable and they give you enough pillows to make the sleep great. We loved the pool and the staff are the best. We wanted for nothing and will be back.

I'm sure there are better places but overall it's nice here. Three main things I look for in a good hotel: cleanliness, customer service, comfort. The hotel seems to be kept really clean, but more importantly the room was nice and clean. The beds and shower were very nice. The bed was pretty soft and my first night I got a great nights sleep. The bathroom and shower was great, the granite walls were a good touch that made it overall more pleasant. AND the good water pressure …and hot shower was satisfying. In my room: two queen beds, table, 2 chairs, tv, resting bench, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker and other traditional complimentary items as well as a nice view overlooking the far off mountains. Anything I have asked for got taken care of right away and I have not received any negativity from any of the staff. They have always been very nice and helpful, even held my bag for me at the front desk after it got lost at the airport and delivered. The restaurant downstairs is pretty decent, I'm pretty sure the burgers was bigger than my face and they basically have a full service bar. 5-7 beers on tap and a few shelves of liquor and the bartender was super friendly. The pool, while a little small, is heated and relaxing other than the highway that is nearby but it didn't bother us. My daughters loved it and with it being heated we were able to swim well before swimming season really started.

Clean rooms, nice lobby to chill, bar, convenient restaurant to have breakfast downstairs, food ok. Great pool area. We are definitely coming back. Thank you Holiday inn, for an awesome stay! The Valencia's.

Bill was not very detail, had room service but didnt know the total amount of breakfast. But overall was very nice.

The facilities are very clean, tending to a event of education in one of their offices which are well equipped with projectors, tables and other amenities to the range.

There are two things that are very noticeable here attention to detail and cleanliness. We stated here two nights in March 2010 and I was so impressed with the high end pillows, mattress, bedding, soaps, and decor. We ate in the Kem's lounge and the food was as good as the rest of our experience. We were a large group and needed a few special arrangements and the hotel manager Paul Rodgers was so accommodating. If you are staying in Yuma I highly recommend the Holiday Inn on 18th street. Our group trip was a wonderful time because we were well rested extremely comfortable and well cared for.
