Very nice facility for gatherings & meetings!

Horrible customer service. I am a Spire member who has been coming for years and in the summer heat the power is out and the guy at the front desk basically told me it’s been happening all week with the power out and no AC. No offer to help. When I said why didn’t you warn guests he laughed. When I am said “so I am supposed to pay to not be able to sleep in a hot box”
He laughed and said sorry. I am done, I’ll never stay here again.

They are great at allowing pets. Very accommodating.

Although the power went out at 4:19 am the staff was still awesome and the shuddle service was outstanding. Room was very clean as well as the pool and hot tub. I would stay there again and definitely recommend this Hiliday Onn Express to all my family and friends.

Best pool Ever! Stay here! Great location, and it is fancy! Very well done and appointed. Our 2 bed room was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. To the owners, I highly recommend some type of grippier surface by the pool (it is seriously ice skating when you have wet feet). This is going to get someone seriously injured if not addressed. I've swam in 50+ of HIE location pools and have never have encountered such an unsafe ands slippery surface. With this said your finishes are beautifully done otherwise and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything went very smoothly during my stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, even with recommendations about restaurants in the area. The breakfast was better than I expected. Talking with the staff I learned it was their first day with the new breakfast layout, and they executed it very well. This is not a fancy hotel, obviously, but for what it is it exceeded my expectations. I was glad to have picked Holiday Inn Express, and will return.

Clean, secure hotel. Easy freeway access to I-8 off of Ave 3 E. Lots of local food and entertainment options. Close to the mall and downtown. Friendly staff made it more than just another hotel room.

This is a delightful Hotel located in Yuma, AZ. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well-maintained. The hotel itself is modern and clean. My room was in order and free from defects. Most importantly, the bathroom was not abused and everything functioned perfectly. The staff is cheerful and helpful. This Holiday Inn Express is certainly above-average.

Nice, clean, good location. The service was excellent, we were even offered fresh cookies! Breakfast had good choices. The only negative was the hotels smoking area is right near the front door. It was like walking through a smoke cloud everytime we came in and walked out.

Nice and cozy rooms that has complementary coffee. The breakfast was decent, to me it was more a quantity instead of quality th8ng. There is a pool and the front desk people we very nice.

I was attending a meeting at this hotel with a large group of about 80 people. There was plenty of room foe comfort. Coffee was available and clean bathrooms nearby. No complaints.

Pancake machine was broken or not working. Hallway carpet's are pretty worn and old looking. Staff was very nice but not the nicest holiday inn express.

Holiday Inn Express was a great place to rest after 510 miles on the road with our motorcycles. The front desk allowed us the courtesy of parking out of the way, but under the protection of the check-in parking structure. The view of the pool and farm area beyond, was a desert bucolic.? Staff was friendly and helpful. And the morning breakfast was a c+ and the only reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5.

Had the best time at holiday express. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was the best. Did not get in the pool but it was heated.

Pet friendly with grassy dog walk area, clean rooms, good access to freeway. Nice views of farmlands on rear of hotel.

Nice updated, spacious and clean rooms. Free breakfast available as of 5am which works perfect for those who need to start their day early. I loved the clean smell of the hotel as you walk in. The shuttle was available to pick us up at the airport in Yuma late in the evening. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

Beds were comfortable. But the walls are thin. We were woken up at 2am due to a worker constantly slamming the door because it would not lock.

4th floor is the only quite floor. The flooring is coming up on the second floor. The rooms are nice bathrooms are clean. Staff is ok. Overall an ok hotel stay.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and information provided. We came in at midnight, our time, and didn't have the energy or will to look for food, vending machines, or have to ask when breakfast is provided. The hotel itself is nice, the staff needs more training. The van made me open my door and stow my luggage. Unacceptable.

Great overnight stay in a large room. Our dogs loved the extra room to walk around and the pet area outside was great. Would stay again.

Nice room, pleasant staff. Forgot portable cell phone charger in room and it was held til I could pick it up later that day. Very pleased with the service.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Yuma. We have a wonderful suite. Great pool! Very clean and feel very comfortable here!

I come to Yuma every 6-8 weeks. Sometimes I bring my dogs that are like my children and other times I stay by myself. It doesn't matter the situation this place always accepts me. There rooms are always clean and in all honesty I stick with them because the beds are more comfortable than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Definitely worth the money!

The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the proximity to the airport and friendly shuttle were very convenient. My only complaint is the loud air conditioning units that are so common in hotels.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, staff was nice. It is a little further away from the major part of Yuma but only marginally (1 exit down). Overall a very nice hotel and it was easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

This is one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed at, certainly one of the best of HIE. Beautiful well-appointed rooms, very comfortable. Nice & new, well-maintained. We love it here!

This hotel is a great find in Yuma. The room was clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. Convenient to I-8. Lots of free parking, nice selection of free breakfast items, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

We Love It Here. My Foster Daughter's Love It Here As Well. The Staff Are All Very Accommodating.
Wish They Would Bring Back The Biscuits & Gravy.

Not a good place for business trips and quality of certain amenities are sub-par. The business center uses Windows XP… XP! So outdated my grandmother said it reminded her of her first computer. Not only that, the scanners and printers are so old they don't know what a PDF is and it's a huge pain to scan anything. Also, the Internet so painfully slow. One of the staffers said the owner has been requested to update the tech of the place over and over with no results. Speaking of the staff, they are great. All but one was very honest and patient with me, and if I ever had an issue it was usually solved quickly. This includes the housekeeping staff too. Great people. However, the quality of towels and wash rags was hit and miss. Sometimes I would get a towel that felt like I was drying off with an old, stiff bath mat or car shammy. Other times I would get decent ones, but always felt like I was just exfoliating again. If I was just passing through, this place would suffice. But if your staying here for a week or so for business, go somewhere else.

I've stayed here a few times it's pretty nice hotel good breakfast nice little rooms.

At the time of this review, we've only stayed one night of a three night trip. Guests relations is very helpful. Breakfast is not so great, but there's always tomorrow to make it better.

Nice, safe and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. The kids loved the comfy beds and fresh hot cinnamon rolls.
