We had an absolute amazIng time! Ashley and Brittany were beyond amazing, my day we checked in I was hot and salty but I hope not to them! they helped me get happy due to their beautiful smiles and kindness! Sarah and Adrian were so nice and polite too! this location is great!

Not much for reviews but this hotel has lost my business permanently. Tub didn't drain. Wasn't able to climate control my room. Was given a filthy box fan to deal with stuffiness in the room. Entire hotel feels weary and tired. Thought free breakfast was included but was turned away at the door. I had to ask for the signature cookies. It is near the airport and I felt relatively safe. But that's what you are paying for… not anything else.

My husband's army reunion was here last weekend.
Delicious food served for all events and polite, efficient, friendly staff! Would highly recommend for events!

OUTSTANDING and friendly staff (they laughed at my corny jokes! ). GREAT room and room service! Located ideal from the Tucson Airport which made the long flight from the East coast seem insignificant as we were able to relax and recover almost immediately! Finnegan's Pub — GREAT food and drinks, fell in love with the Pub Burger! My experience was very enjoyable and I highly recommend staying at this establishment if you will be vacationing in Tucson, Arizona. Overall experience, 5 STARS!

Absolutely loved my stay. Great staff very clean rooms. Great Breakfast. Close to TIA And I-10. Couldn't be any happier with my stay.

Dirty rooms, no clean blankets and pillows, towels etc they claim to have run out?! Have to request to have bedding changed and rooms cleaned rather then them coming and checking daily smh. And they don’t tell you either.

Every room is a winner. Best Hotel on the strip. Always choose Double Tree First.

It’s always a pretty good stay when I’m here. The rooms are always clean. And it’s close to everything.

Bathroom leaking. Switched and carpet old torn cigarette holes and smelled of old smoke. Vents never cleaned. Disgusting hotel.

Best place to stay in Tucson when traveling from the airport. Staff are great and rooms and accommodations are top notch.

Dear to share could not keep up and although it was in the low to mid seventies outside come up high seventies and smelled like stale air. Give Mini fridge in the Room were team'll I just turned off with no warning or reason and would come on and off all night long Causing the ice in the freezer to melt and The ice to melt all over the floor. When I tried to print my boarding passes in the business center area they would not print someone next to me also Was having trouble w…ith the printers I ask for assistance and was told that they don't know how to resolve the issue and was left simply at that. The night before I was supposed to check out I asked to extend by A-day and they told me that that would not be a problem but then told me that they were not sure if there was The same type of Room available so I would need to come down in the morning to check, I did so and was told At about 9:00 a. M. That they still did not know to which I responded that I would not be spending the entire day waiting around in the hotel Room for them to get their act together. Normal am a big fan of double tree hotels but this one was lackluster at best. My next trip to Tucson will not be including this hotel.

The place is walkable to the airport. It was clean and quiet and the customer service good. Supposedly the rooms were renovated in 2017 but it doesn't look so. Its antiquated and not contemporary at all. The supposed work desk it merely a dining table with an office chair in between to other chairs and not comfortable at all. The internet is intermittent and not reliable. Make sure you have a mobile hot spot. The hot water was supposed to be shut off at 10 am to 8 PM but it actually started the night before so we could not take a shower. There is a breakfast buffet which is decent. Overall, it's a decent budget stay and very clean.

Staff made unauthorized charge on my card. Ac in room wasn't working. Staff Lied about the charges and the Manager was impossible to reach. Corporate customer service was very friendly but couldn't do anything to help. Made sure my employer knew about my poor experience. They just lost a corporate account. My 2nd week was spent at Town Suites. Much nicer staff was accommodating and truthful.

Definitely up to Hilton standards! Perfect spot right next to the airport, a beautiful courtyard with pool and fountains, and a delicious breakfast at the attached restaurant. There is a small fitness center in the courtyard with cardio equipment, free weights, and a vertical cable machine. Suite was spacious and clean. The Sleep Number bed was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again.

This is our "go to" race hotel in Tucson. The rooms are nicely renovated and upgraded and eve had a sleep number bed. The staff is always "Hilton Family" awesome and happy to accommodate our needs. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Finnegan's (the in-house restaurant and bar) and had great food each time. When we mentioned we may be returning late from the Race track Mickey the bar tender offered to have a meal hot and ready for us in case we arrived to late to order before closing. Good thing she did because we did get back seconds before the closed and she had a cheeseburger with cheddar AND American cheese (my signature post race snack) and hot wings waiting four us. The burger and wings were spot on (not always common at hotels) and of course the service was excellent.

Nice hotel. 10 minute walk to/from the airport. If you don't want to walk the shuttle will come get you. Rooms are nice. They regulate the temperature of the entire hotel so sometimes the rooms can get a little warm no matter how cool you set it. Other than that clean and inviting.

There was a huge bug in our room close to the baby’s crib. I reported it to the front desk & she said she would call maintenance who never came.
The towels were old & rough. The couch was real old looking & room smelled like old rummage.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The 2nd room was hot since the cooling unit was not working. Needless to say my daughter & my grandkids suffered all night including a baby.
Front desk should not have charged us at all for that room. Heat was over 100* that day. No one offered my family another room.
This is a very old hotel that the price is too high for the quality of our stay.
Too bad that what’s advertised online is not true.
Bad experience in Tucson.

Very nice and quiet hotel even though it is right by the Tucson airport. The friendly staff will accommodate anything you need. Finnegans the restaurant there is awesome and you can take your beer or mixed drinks and food back to your room. The only bad thing is the back parking lot is secluded and I recommend you don't park back there. My sisters car was broken into and thankfully there was nothing valuable but her registration. Besides that it is great and cool to beat that summer heat!

I give this a 5-star rating despite the tiny bathrooms because it is so comfortable and relaxing. Excellent staff, decent pub, & ample smoking areas that don't impact nonsmokers like me.

My husband uses this hotel every time he goes on a business trip. I have stayed there numerous times too. Nice clean hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Very happy with this hotel.

This hotel has become my favorite place to stay whenever I am in this city I also keep telling people about them. The staff here is the best and they treat people with professionalism and honesty. They always give a high quality experience to their customers.

The staff are ultra friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All in all a nice older hotel very close to the airport.

Kind and courteous staff. Very friendly. Front desk management and hotel staff were all very hospitable. Provided directions and gave good information about local attractions. He hotel hosted a free happy hour and snack in the outside pool area. It was very welcoming and much appreciate it. Best Hilton property in Tucson.

Good place near the airport. Good breakfast but often the food from the buffet was not kept hot. We had trouble with our bed. It was a sleep number bed and they did not tell us, nor did we see the remote or any instructions in the room. It was hard as a rock so we had to call the front desk and the attendant had no idea how to inflate the mattress. We had to figure it out on our own.

You can see outside when the door is closed. If your credit card isn't on file they will deactivate your door cards so you have no choice but to go up to the front desk to update your method of payment. The A/C is ran on a timer system so it might get hot at night. Pool is only 6'1" deep. The "kitchenette" does not include a stove or oven; just a sink, microwave and small fridge with a tiny freezer. Being that They are backed up immediately against the airport, the planes can be quite very loud. They do have sleep number beds though which was a surprise. For the money it's decent.

Stayed a few days in February. The free breakfast is the best free breakfast I've ever come across. The rooms are decent, plenty of room, well appointed but not fancy. Staff was all nice, the hotel was unbelievably clean. Great spot to stay for the price.

Stayed here for a night during a short trip. Nice spacious room. The bed has adjustable firmness for each side. The only issue I had with the room was a minor one with the bedside lamp that would work like a strobe light when the switch is set to off. I had to loosen the bulb to turn it off from flashing every 3 to 4 seconds. Other than that, everything was good with the room. You will hear the fighter jet fly by time to time during the day, so it can be a little noisy. But, there wasn't much noise at night time. Very good ribeye at the restaurant. It was just a bit too salty for me, but the meat was very tender. Breakfast buffet was also good as well. Friendly staff.

Great hospitality! The front desk is very helpful and it's in a convenient location. Lots to do and eat in the area!

DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE ROBBED! Hotel has no cameras or site security. The hotel did nothing to make my stay better after robbery. My room was cleaned before police arrived on site and all evidence of scene was destroyed, even though hotel management and Hilton Honors app were notified of crime. Tucson PD arrived onsite the next day and were doing an investigation. During the middle of this investigation the hotel called me in my room and told me I needed to leave property or be charged for another day. I explained that I was told by Tucson PD that I needed to stay where I was at until the investigation was complete. The Guest Services employee told me she was aware of this but I still needed to leave. Another obstruction of justice! be advised this is how hilton treats diamond members!

Gotta love a huge, old hotel. The price was right. Staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms are outdated, tiny bathroom with a toilet almost as loud as the airplanes overhead.

If I could give a negative rating I would do so. No heat and the front desk acts completely indifferent. After a number of hours and still no heat at the time they said it would come on… the magic 9pm. I asked to move to another property and had to ask them to make that call to check availability. Do not stay at this property of you want customer service or heat.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are suites and offer plenty space. Nice courtyard area with a water fountain and pool area. Rooms are accessed from the outside, but it's Tuscon, so the weather is beautiful 90% of the time, right? Finnegan's restaurant is on the property. Good food at a decent price. Other food options are going to be a little bit of a walk. Closest is probably Subway about. 5 mile north. Within a mile walk, you can add about a dozen other options.

Great hotel. Outdoor pool and hot tub. 24 hour gym. Nice rooms and right next to the airport. Breakfast was great as well.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The staff was excellent. The reason for 3 stars however, is that it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but they were allowing people to smoke in the courtyard and on the small balconys which easily entered our room. The staff was responsive when we called to complain. Also, even with the room closed up, the noise from the pool was excessive.

If you have stayed in Hampton Inn, it is quite disappointing to stay here. Unlike Homewood Suites (where we stayed the night before Double Tree experience), WHICH IS ALSO under Hilton Hotels, their customer service is worse. If you don't mind that, consider booking at Double Tree. If you want a happy stay, the first two mentioned hotels are perfect!

Great well run property. Have to try breakfast sometime that I don't have a 5 am flight. Rooms are comfortable.

Celebrated my in-laws' 52nd wedding anniversary at Finnigan's. The server was great. The food was tasty. And the drinks were perfect. They even made a fabulous chocolate lava cake to top off the night.

Very nice hotel and rooms are large with a kitchenette. Cookie upon arrival and plugs by the bed. Pool and hot tub are very nice and only a 1 minute drive to the airport. Definitely staying here again next time.

I like this hotel and being a Hilton Honors member makes it even better. Friendly staff, specially the guy in the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Very clean in general. Comfy beds. Free parking. Definitely staying again.

Great hotel close to Tucson Airport with everything you need. Two room suites feel like mini home. Hotel staff are such lovely people. Just love it.

Sleep number bed never became comfortable. TV channels did not include local Tucson channels. Water from the bathroom sink was clouded to the point I could not see through it. And two dishes at the breakfast buffet in the restaurant were dirty; one still had egg on it. Never again.

This is a great place to stay! Great suites. Polite and caring staff. Ralph Vargas and I especially like Finnegans, great food and love Micki, she she is great with everyone… nice atmosphere.

Attending for a convention of Jehovah's Witnesses and this hotel has always provided wonderful service despite being very booked when we come. Great sleep number beds. Nicely kept rooms and nicely updated. Would highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Tucson.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff are amazingly nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

It is a good hotel, but older. I had some trouble with the electronic lock on my door.

This hotel is located right next to the airport. The hotel itself is a bit dated but still adequately appointed. However the service is lacking. Before arriving to the hotel, I called a day before and confirmed my reservation. However, when I arrived the receptionist couldn't find a reservation under my name and was quite rude about it. I finally went over to another receptionist and she was able to find my reservation, but it had been canceled (by whom, I have no idea). They were able to find a room but when I went to open the door, it was already occupied! Then the cards for my new room didn't work… after the third time of returning to get new cards, they finally sent someone to help open the door. After they tried the card 10 times, they were finally able to open the door. I suggested that they need to change out the card reader, but instead the worker just suggested that I just slide the card, pushing the card to one side or the other, until it works. Just lazy! I just ate the breakfast… not good… definitely would not pay to eat.

This hotel is ok. A little dated, but our room was reasonably clean. The two room suites are a benefit for traveling with family. We received free breakfast coupons at check-in, which was a nice benefit. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but the two doubles are very small.

Rooms are big with a kitchenette and 2 TVs. Pool area is clean and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh fruit. Front desk has no problem helping you with whatever you need.

Only there for a quick night before flight. Rooms are nice, spacious. Large a/c unit outside my room was a bit loud.

I stayed at Double Tree Suites by the Airport for a week, I had a training that was about a mile away. Each and every morning the shuttle would gladly drive me to my destination and when I was done in the afternoon I would call and they would immediately pick me up. I never once felt as though I was a bother to the drivers, a few evenings they drove me to go to eat as well. The motel was nice and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The housekeepers and front desk crew went above and beyond to accommodate us. We ate in the pub several times with in the week and the food was excellent with excellent service. I would highly recommend Double Tree Suites by the Airport and I will go back again someday.

I stayed here before a flight, and they are hosting an insanely loud cowboy party the entire hotel can hear. I went to the front desk to complain, thinking it was someone throwing an un sanctioned party. Turns out it's going until one and they allowed it. This motel is obviously a traveler spot, and I think it's ridiculous they would host late night parties in rooms that resonate the sounds through my walls until extremely late hours.

Excellent, professional service. I was greeted whenever I went through the lobby, and the staff was happy to assist me in any way they could. Convenient location by the airport.

Right next to the airport. Near many other hotels and not much else. Room's fine, no issues.

Pictures on website are very DECEPTIVE! Looks new, but is actually very OLD! There is a lot of space in the rooms and all rooms have a view of the pool (I think) and a tiny balcony, but it's a very old hotel and all the rooms have a VERY STRONG OLD SMOKEY SMELL! Staff is nice and bartender at the bar is a doll — fresh, warm cookies, free drink (if Honors member). Restaurant reminds me of an old community center where you might go to play bingo. Probably won't stay here again just because the smell and age. And I'm scared to sit on the couch… They need to rip out the carpet (because it smells RANK! ) and put the couch out on the side of the road where it belongs.

The room itself was nice. The air conditioner for the first 2 nights did not work very well. I found the filter and pulled it out and it was black and clogged. The refrigerator barely worked. We could not use the pool because it was cloudy and they said it was a chemical issue and was being looked at. We were there for 5 days and it was never fixed. We had to go buy our own pillows because the sad excuse for pillows they put on the bed were well, sad. The TV's were a joke also. Every time I turned them on I had to reprogram them (that takes about 10 min. Per TV) because they would lose over 1/2 of their channels. The hotel itself was very clean so that was a plus. Oh 1 more thing, there are no restrooms in the lobby so you have to use the restaurant restrooms and it smelled awful.

If you've been to a DoubleTree Suites before then you know exactly what to expect. This location, however, is maybe a little on the lower end of the spectrum. The biggest thing going for the place is its proximity to the airport. Staff, however, were friendly and all in all my stay here was pretty average.

Spent multiple days at this hotel initially not disappointing but on the second night we found that our vehicle was broken into the dash was ripped out it was attempted to be stolen, then they gave up and just ripped out the stereo. With all the electrical damages and items taken damage is at 3000. We found out from another couple whom had a trailer with all their belongings stolen from this lot the previous week it is a regular occurrence. They still have not contacted us with in regards to the incidence and their insurance coverage. The criminal left behind Blood and fingerprints and we waited 7 hours for the police to come. We had to wait this time past the check out time and needed to pay for another day just to stay and wait for the Tucson Police. The Tucson Police were great and took blood samples and fingerprints as it was a very regular occurrence at this hotel. They supposedly have night security but judging from the time the person spent in our truck they must not be their much. Signs say premise are video taped, Guess what only taping is the front lobby. We did our best to help protect future residents and help with apprehending the criminal. Do not expect the same from this hotel. All of this and hardly an apology.

Plus: Hilton family, Hilton service Minus: upkeep of this aging "Tucson-style" hotel is slipping a bit In a world of queen beds, this property surprised me with two double beds. That was a little tight with five people in our room. But the Hilton customer service really tried hard to accommodate our needs and even offered to move us to another hotel within the Hilton family. The kids were excited about the pool, but it was obvious we were the only ones stepping foot within the pool/whirlpool fence. It needed to be cleaned and the towels we took the previous days were never replaced. If you need to be by the airport, you have a few choices on this hotel row. Even within the Hilton family you at least have the Hampton Inn just a block away. But the DoulbeTree Suites are a solid choice.

We chose this hotel because of it's location as we had an early morning flight to catch. We were very much surprised at how well the suite was decorated and how comfortable the layout of the room turned out to be. We're planning on staying here in the future as a get-away destination.

The suites were spacious, but showing a lot of wear and tear. I hope the change in ownership will bring with it some remodeling. Service was great.
