Large clean suites with king size bed and buffet style breakfast which was delicious — с Janis Blackwell.

Very helpful staff all the way around. Clean rooms, clean pool… everyone had fun. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful Court yard, great location, friendly staff. Every room has a mini balcony and French doors at the entry. The doors face the courtyard. The lobby has a beautiful layout with a faux fireplace. The rooms were suites with two separate rooms. The only real negatives were small bathrooms and relatively thin walls. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice.

Very clean and we'll run. It's more of a motel style with the rooms facing the Court yard to the pool but that's what makes it kind of fun. We stayed in the 2 room suit which is worth the money. The continental breakfast was pretty good and was staffed very well. My only complaint is there aren't very many entrances in and out to the courtyard so we had to carry our luggage a ways. Parking isn't too bad either. We will be staying her again next time we are in Tucson.

Really enjoying our stay here. The breakfast here is really good. Rooms are nice and big. There are 2 rooms. A living room and a bedroom. Bathroom is small. Would be nice if they made them bigger. They definitely have the room to do it. Parking is ok. Room service is fine and the food is fine.

Rooms feel like an updated 70's hotel. Quiet and clean. Only real problem I had with the hotel was the check in. Was in line behind a Gold member and they were upgraded to a preferred room, awesome good for them! Next in line is me, a Diamond member and I barely get a hi and am shown on my way. Whats the deal? Why even bother getting Diamond when gold is obviously the way to go?

When I walked in the front desk was very friendly and casual. Was smooth with his work and took time to meet my needs. He worked into conversation the likes I would have in the perfect room location and made like a conversation and not like a question and answer session. This guy knows his stuff. The rooms were nice and VERY roomy. There was a small maintenance issue in our first room and they had to move us but the maintenance man was just as polite and easy to talk to as the front desk clerk guy. They took care of us like we were the owners it was a great experience and will surely be coming back.

The building is older, but the rooms have obviously been renovated and are very nice, big, and we'll furnished. The free buffet breakfast is also way above average, better than Hampton Inn's breakfast for a comparison.

The pool is very well maintained and their room is spotless. The staff is approachable. They also have a free delicious breakfast. Recommended hotel in Peoria, Arizona!

Well appointed suites, but bathroom was so small you had to stand up to shut the door (like at a restaurant). Huge spa, but it only has 3 jets. Also, spa skimmer was not filtering and there were several flies and other bugs just floating on the top.

This is a funky older hotel. But, it's Sly and the Family Stone funky, not old gym sock funky. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. They open onto a central patio with a hot tub, pool and nice desert-tropical landscaping. This gives the whole place a resort feel. The included breakfast was good and everything we had from the on-site restaurant was tasty. The staff are exceptional especially Joe and Patrick. Friendly and helpful, they were the best part of the stay. The hotel is centrally located, relatively inexpensive and just a nice place to stay. We'll be back for sure.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable and everything looked very clean. The problem I had is that all 3 lamps in the room were plugged into outlets that did not work. We had to unplug them and try other outlets, still one never came on. We also ordered room service and the food was unpleasant, not flavorful, cold, rice ansld beans were stale, dry, and overcooked. My soda was $3.00 but was just a small can, and the lemonade was watered down. Not a good dining experience at all.

We were in town for our child's tournament and definitely enjoyed it. Kid friendly and our room was great. In service dining was wonderful. We will be staying here again next time we're back in Tucson.

Not impressed for the price. 200 dollars is a lot for one room Decor is outdated. Lackluster service. Broken smoke alarm fyi. Will not be staying here again.

Place is a little older but very well taken care of and appears to be recently remodeled. It has the feel of old school bungalows all rooms face the pool and vibe it relaxed. Great front desk and room services. Pool is clean and well taken care of. Only issue is property is a little out dated when it comes to access, we were on the second floor and with a lot of luggage it was a pain cause you still have to climb up and down stairs with an elevator on property. Just watch for that if you have a lot of luggage or issues with up and down stair.

Breakfast is much better than average hotel breakfast but the maids didn't come by the room while we were gone.

Room was okay… Bit dated but clean and nice. Bedroom TV was not working and was told it needed a reboot… Never came up…

Awesome suite. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, especially the potatoes. Nice pool and hot tub. We had a blast and would definitely come back.

The room was outstanding with a nice front waiting area that allows your guest to enjoy the room with visiting you. Unfortunately, the negatives out weight the pros, when you first arrive the staff is not very helpful when it comes to questions about the hotel or surrounding locations. After parking, you find broken glass in the parking lot and individuals asking for change. To top it off, finding someone's underwear in between the two shower curtains.
My recommendation is to book your room at the Reid Park DoubleTree, which was my first choice but was already full by the time I booked my rooms.

A place with good location in the middle of the city with many shops nearby.

I I have never stayed in the hotel quite like this one. The rooms are arranged Motel Style with double glass doors working out onto the walkway. You can close curtains to block off the view to your room but many people don't. This hotel has free breakfast which is excellent but their Wi-Fi is spotty. The sweets were large although the bathroom was cramped. The Hotel had a nice pool and hot tub.

Beautiful interior courtyard… surprising oasis in a busy retail area. Staff was friendly but not very helpful with local attraction information. Gym is very small. Spacious suite with tiny bathroom.

Stayed twice now, excellent staff, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The views are spectacular. The restaurant staff is extremely friendly and the warm cookie you get upon arrival is the absolute best. Wouldn't want to stay any where else.

Excellent breakfast and room but there were no restrooms in the lobby as usual. So the mornings were slow waiting for everyone in the family to have their turn in the bathroom.

Stayed at this hotel in business travel. The room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. The restaraunt was nice to have. Good menu and good service. The front desk attendants were super helpful and cheerful. The only thing that was off was the parking. No easy way to turn around after checking in and the parking lot was haphazard. But that's more due to the city zoning than Hilton. The room and service was great. I'll stay here again.

Great layout for a hotel awesome looking pool and hot tub. But didn't have a chance to use it. Breakfast was good Lobby is recently remodeled. Rooms are recently remodeled to. Staff is friendly.

Probably the friendliest corporate hotel I've ever experienced. People working there appeared happy with their jobs and made our stay very pleasant. Nice pool setting with lots of shade and sunny areas. Good restaurant for quick breakfast or dinner. An Oasis from the automobile-centered streets that control Tucson.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help whenever they could. The location is pretty good with restaurants within walking distance and the hotel bar has good beer and is well stocked. I deducted a star since the exercise room pretty much only has a couple cardio pieces and a cable machine.

CONS: Bathroom smelled of mildew. Drawers had strong smell of vinegar. Jacuzzi was full of sand. Heavy set Caucasian front desk attended was SO RUDE! She was of no assistance at all. PROS: Large rooms, nice patio furniture, great breakfast at restaurant. Warm cookies! Other staff was awesome.

Rooms where very spacious, clean, reasonably up to date. Beds comfortable. Relatively quiet. Hacienda style format. Nice pool area, and breakfast restaurant was typical of this class of biz hotel. Staff was friendly. A good place for the traveller. I would stay again,

The hotel wasn't very accommodating. I needed a room on the bottom floor and was told there was none available. Upon walking around the hotel I notice there were a lot of rooms on the bottom floor available. It would have been nice even if the room cost more to be offered another room to accommodate me.

I love the set up of this hotel. The set up in open and outside. There's a beautiful pool in the middle, a beautiful fountain. The service from the crew there is outstanding. And the rooms themselves are awesome… there's a living room area and a bedroom area.

The hotel is located on Broadway Blvd, with multiple malls, movie theaters and restaurants all within close proximity. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

I have come to thus hotel time and time again. I was worried that is was no longer an embassy suites but I tried it and loved it. I take two children and my parents, every time a have a special request for my father they are the best! My father gets a room so close to a car that he don't mind walking to it. With children and a handicap father it is at times a challenge but when I get to this hotel we all love it. I hope this helps anybody who wants to know if to this place is comfy for family I love it!

When I had a problem with my room I was immediately given another. Building maintenance was also super quick to respond in person when I had a user error with the television. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Overall my experience was excellent. Wi-Fi, however, would fail in the bedroom often. I would have to retreat to the living room for connectivity.

The pool was refreshing, it didnt feel like we were in midtown Tucson, until you had to leave the Hotel. Thank you Hilton Staff, I am studying Hospitality, and this was a good example of great Teamwork.

The staff is superb, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. This is our top choice of our favorite places to stay in Tucson.

This place is my family and I's go to hotel when we are in Tucson. The staff is so friendly and professional, all the people in the restaurant know my daughter and little brother by name. We just had our parents anniversary dinner at this location and it was all just great! Megan and her staff did an excellent job to make sure everything was set up. She worked with us from the very beginning to the day of the event!

The hotel had a very nice staff and everything was fantastic.

Staff are awesome here, the bar is great. Rooms are quite large, very cozy atmosphere. The rants in the previous reviews are true, however to me those are quite minor details. The place looks and feels great. I've enjoyed my stay here.

Nice hotel. Wasnt that impressed with the room. Hardly any outletts. There was no outlett for the coffee maker would have to move it to the bathroom counter or desk to make coffee. Bathroom was very small. Other than that nice hotel good breakfast buffet. Overall experience was pretty good.

Friendly service, clean rooms, nice ambience.

I was here for a work function and my company rented a meeting room plus I had a hotel room. The rooms overlook the gorgeous pool area, being very spacious themselves. The front desk could use some training on customer service and greeting customers. However, Frank the person who runs the meeting rooms did a fantastic job at keeping in communication and making sure we had everything we needed. If you are hosting a meeting I highly recommend this hotel because Frank will take care of you.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub warm. The staff was friendly.

Room was nice. But unfortunately the breakfast we expected including custom omlets no longer is an option. Now it's pre made eggs in mass military style, fruit toast yogurt. Too bad. Staying somewhere else next time.

Nice and friendly staff. However, the hotel is definitely dated and the carpet in our room did not appear to be new. I would rate the bed a 5 out of 10. The hallways are open air and tiled. Service carts clunk down the hallway from 8am until later afternoon. If you are near one of the many maid stations, forget about sleeping during those hours. A/C was loud and room seemed to be hot when in between cycles and then overly cold when the A/C did run. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy. Medical marijuana shop next to hotel. The redeeming factor? Was able to cancel remainder of stay to move to another Hilton property.

I spent the night in this hotel and didn't get much sleep. First, why do you not warn customers about construction going on you hotel before we make a reservation. Second, clean or replace the carpet. Air conditioner rattled the mirror and other stuff all night long and was so loud I would have tuned it off but it was too hot to do so. First time I have stayed at a suite that had only a fridge, and a microwave. Very ruff night. Save your money and go some place else.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and accommodated our needs nicely. I see other reviews talking about the dated appearance. It does appear to be an older hotel, but they were actively updating when we were there and our room had updated fixtures. I think this would be a fine place to stay. We were there for a week and had a good experience.

Super suites comfortable and well-appointed, the complimentary breakfast is excellent, 2 hours free bar service is perfect. Pool tempered :) and the staff friendly 100%.

This hotel is very clearly dated. Nothing is terribly bad. But far from fresh and new. The bathroom is run down. Air smells like an old cottage, or something along those lines. The staff does seem friendly and helpful. But sadly the building just seems old. I have seen reviews that there is another Embassy about 10 minutes further away that is much newer. It may be worth at least checking out. If you like a lot of character, or need a quick stop over, then this may be your place.

I called the front desk and spoke to Nailem. I needed an early check-in, same day, with 2 beds billed to our companies cc. She expidited everything within minutes. Amazing customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. I am sneezing constantly after ten minutes in the room. It smells like cats whn you walk in the lobby and the room ia worst. We had no choice but to stay as we are traveling and need a place to sleep. Employee at front desk was friendly.

We spent three nights while visiting family. The hotel was lovely overall. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and whirlpool were wonderful! Our suite was nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was very generous and served a wide range of tastes. We would love to stay here again.

The room was run down and dirty. The staff had a great attitude and try hard to make up for the lack of hotel amenities. If you are traveling on the cheap and just want somewhere to sleep then give it shot otherwise spend a few minutes more on the road and head over to the new Embassy across town. Hilton needs to spend some money on this place.

Embassy Suites is usually my preferred stay, but not this one. I have seen closets bigger than the bathroom in my suite, which is ridcules considering how big the rest of the room is. I particularly hate being nickeled and dimed (9.95/day for internet) when I'm paying a business rate for an entire week, that is DOUBLE the AARP rate. Get your act togeteher Hilton, this one is a black eye.
