Had too stay here in Arizona while moving. Was a really clean hotel friendly staff. Hot tub swimming pool complimentary coffee. If you are looking for a good budget place this is it.

Great staff, nice spacious clean room with fridge stove and microwave pool is nice and clean manager Xavier Macias was very helpful and friendly.

No breakfast and I must type 25.

Great hotel with a friendly staff. The location itself is decent but not great you have to drive at least 5 miles in any direction to get to more major restaurants and or nice places to shop. The rooms are very nice and have great amenities tor people that are staying for a longer period of time. Overall I very much enjoy staying at this hotel.

Honestly this was way better than I expected. It feels like a newer location. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It's kind of far from downtown and the freeway, but there are plenty of places to eat within a few miles if you don't mind driving to get there. Will definitely stay here again.

I was in Tucson 3/22/18 for a funeral I was a guest there my room was very nice and clean the nice and friendly no problems we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place a 5 star at minimal-great while visiting my sister at Banner University Hospital, — their care and product amazing. Clean, great accomodating staff, fully equipped rooms, you can barbeque, swim, unite with attached suites, at a time of extreme and high emotion for us we always got a restful sleep at Candlewood! I highly recommend you won't be disappointed!

Good choise for low cost and long term accomodation. No food service, however, there exists a kitchen in each room. Friendly front desk is always helpful to solve any problem. By the way, it is pet friendly.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for over three months on business. The customer service of the front desk, house keeping, and maintenance have been incredible! They have gone above and beyond in all ways possible. The location is very convenient with a grocery store and restaurants right across the street. It is reasonably close to the highway but far enough to where it keeps some of the noise and crime away that is in other areas. They have always been more than willing to help if something happens to break or we were in need of something. There is a full kitchen in all rooms, but there is no breakfast downstairs with the exception of fruit and coffee. Also, the Wi-Fi can be spotty some times which is not good if you have to do business from the room. Having a back up Wi-Fi source is important. There is free laundry, a gym, and a pool/jacuzzi area. There are also grills that are kept up behind the hotel in a nice gated area with tables etc. They even have a lending closet with games and small kitchen appliances as well as a DVD lending library! The beds are very comfortable! Awesome place to stay if you are in the area for extended periods of time! Thankful that we were able to stay here.

We feel fortunate to have chosen this hotel! The property was well maintained staff were super! they all went above expectations. Great room laundry, gym, and overall we'd reccomend to anyone.

The rooms, lobby, pool, computer room… the whole place is very clean and well kept. The staff try to be friendly and helpful. It's a great location and we are greatful the place is here. That being said they are NOT PET FRIENDLY! They are dog friendly however they do not allow cats. So if for whatever reason you want to bring Fluffy they are NOT cat friendly.

Large, clean rooms. Comfy beds and a kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and comfortable room for me and my family. Very spacious w comfortable beds. There was some static on the tv, but no big deal.

It is an excellent hotel very elegant and above all clean with an excellent care gives you pool with thermal water and has ample parking.

Great experience so far. Staff is friendly and helpful, building clean and well kept. Love all their facilities, efficient computer lab, decent gym, good grilling and pool area and there is plenty of walking and biking trails close by. The area is calm and safe.

Had to wait for hours to get into my room, made me late to my event. The sheets were *covered* in dog hair (side note: on the positive side they're a dog-friendly hotel) lucky I had a room with two full beds (I payed for a king), so I slept in the other bed. Who knows of they bothered washing those sheets but at least I wasn't having an allergy problem.

The staff and gm are all professional and awesome. Great hotel I will definitely return.

Great hotel! Should soften towels and a little more help from staff for guidance to out of town people for eats and attractions.

Great staff, very welcoming and very helpful. The premise are well maintained and the room are well equipped. Very good option for extended stays.

The hotel is clean and in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable. All interactions with the staff were positive. John helped us make a reservation and was extremely professional and helpful. The Candlewood extended stay style is a little different, but it has grown on us with every visit to one.

Was only there for a night. Seemed clean enough. Bed was comfortable.

Clean, quiet, and convenient location in Tucson. Kitchenette and work station are nice for working travelers. Small functional exercise room, laundry facility, and pantry are location amenities. Good value.

Very clean and comfortable bed, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value as well, kitchenette is very well thought out and appointed with everything you need, shower is great. Highly recommended!

I stayed here one night with my dogs when my AC went out. The room was clean, and far nicer than I expected for a two-star hotel. The staff was friendly, and even offered me a late checkout with no extra charge while I waited for the repairman to get to my house. I would stay here again if the need arised.

Never had such horrible assistance from someone working front desk. Entire staff is amazing, but one particular staff member.
As I was locked out of my room after walking my dog I of course went to the front desk for a new room key, mind you it is 11pm and I'm in my pajamas hoping to get back in to bed. But to my surprise a certain lady that has been very rude to myself and my family multiple times during our stay decides she will not give me a copy of my room key even after being presented with an ID to prove the room belongs to me.
As I'm eagerly awaiting for her to speak to a manager or someone with some type of sense as I requested, she's cheerfully rolling her eyes and ignoring me completely.
I sat outside my room for several hours until another family member arrived to let me in. This is disgusting behavior.
My family and myself lost our home to a house fire. We are here because our insurance advised us this is our best solution. But after tonight. My family and myself are no longer planning to continue our stay with such a hostile environment.

I have stayed at this location many of times. The last time the lady at front desk was rude and very unprofessional. We were celebrating my babies 3rd b-day and put cake on the top self above everything went to get it down and was full of little insects very disappointed!

Nice place, well up kept. The room came with a DVD player and there was a good selection of DVD's at the front desk we could burrow. The room was a suite, we enjoyed it while we were there for 2 days.

Insurance company put us up while repairs made on our home. Everyone super helpful. Very comfortable, quiet. N accomindating.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Not too far from U of A, close to a lot of restaurants. A little on the expensive side, but cheaper than most other hotels I found in the area. Nice fitness room with the normal hotel gym stuff, plus dumbbells.

Rooms were great very clean and modern lots of outlets. Would recommend.

It's pretty good other than I'm here for work and they wait till I'm at work to call and tell me they're switching my room and can't wait for me to get back to gather my own belongings and move them and they have to gather my stuff and move it. Sensitive about my belongings and don't like other people handling my stuff and don't appreciate the last minute notice.

Pet friendly! Only$25 pet fee. The gym is excellent 24hrs and free weights! Like all candlewood it has a fully function kitchen and dish ware always a plus. Lending closet has kid games. This will be my go to hotel where ever I stay in Tucson. Reward nights are only 15, 000 points!

Amazing parking lot to sit in and wait for your uber passenger to arrive, nice spaces, great ambiance, I'd highly recommend it!

Excellent place to stay at. Front desk manager young lady Candy. How could I forget her name! she awesome didn't hesitate to not help. Staff is fantastic "rooms are extremely clean! my husband and I will be going back over there will be traveling back to Tucson pretty soon. This is the hotel I will definitely be staying at. This is a really hard place to rate. There were positive and negatives. I'll list all that was good then what was bad. Good: Kids liked it because they had board games. Pool wasn't impressive at all but it doesn't take a lot for kids to have fun. The room was somewhat okay (kinda of nice)? Bad: Outside — so-so. Lobby doesn't really look like a lobby. According to the guy that checked us in said they have a lot of long term tenants. I could see this place being okay for long term tenants. The price was outrageous for what we got ($309 a night). I'd rate the bed a 6 /10. Customer service: one guy — very nice, other guy — not so much. Last, they don't clean the rooms but once a week. Cleanliness 7.5/10. I just didn't feel like a hotel at all. Some people will like it but not me (nor my wife). Also, location wasn't great. Definitely not in a beautiful location. I just read over others reviews. One person said, "best hotel in Tucson. This must be a paid review. They obviously didn't stay there. And one person said something about "great food"? What food, other than the food you can buy in their little store. Again, I don't think this person actually stayed at the hotel (they don't have a restaurant)? Don't get me wrong, this will not be the worst hotel you have ever stayed out. Just don't expect a lot and expect to pay double what you should. Last, I don't have any tie to this or any other hotel. I live in a different state.
