Its a good buy for the nightly price. Great Location. Recent upgrades have been done and have made it safer in regards to the parking lot structure. Management works hard to handle any problems accordingly to keep happy customers. The location is a PRIME spot in all aspects.

Front desk African woman checking us in, was polite, great smile. I wish we got her name. We felt very welcomed. But the Caucasian woman checking us out, seemed bothered. Should smile more. Vibe was off putting. Room was clean. The people around were a bit sketchy but it doesn't bother me because me and my boyfriend keep to ourselves. What I didn't expect was when I was outside smoking a cigarette, the older man next door… opened the door completely naked! It's not the hotels fault. I didn't have time to not was comfortable to stand around in the lobby to bring up the incident. That was on July 3rd and His room was 2043.

There Nice! The rooms are clean, Security is helpful and the rates are affordable! Me and the misses stayed for a vacation and Clean towels and housekeeping was daily, and the Managers did the housekeeping there self after hours Five Stars!

Went to the Premier Inns to go visit someone we knew that was staying there. Place is right by Metro Center Mall so the area is pretty decent and the hotel itself is humongous so I imagine there could be available rooms whenever needed. Rooms themselves weren't bad but they also weren't top notch but besides the minor drama we had to deal with sure to other guest staying there or visit there I would say was overall pleasant.

Very good place for the price paid. Staff is great and the location is even better there's an amusement park very close and a shopping mall really it's float to everything around here plenty of bars and restaurants.

My name is DeAndre Curtis. I worked here at premier inns by Metro. Loved my job went to jail for a 2 yr old open container ticket and lost my job. Tried talking to manager about what happened and nothing. Smh. I really want my job back. It was a comfortable job.

Regular motel. Clean inside. Soft beds. Pretty safe area. Great bar close by.

No coffee maker, hair dryer, iron in room. That's not a hot tub, it's a cold kiddie pool. Guest laundry is upstairs. No breakfast. Our water was off several hours one day. Our A/C didn't work good. Loud questionable people outside all hours of the night. Will never return here.

Great price… best around. Front desk was 2 ladies and they were fine. Clean big rooms. Parking a bit minimal.

If I could, I would give negative stars to this poorly run business. After arriving from a different state, having drove for 12 hours, we get there to find out that our reservation was “nonexistent”. It might not have been the biggest deal if they messed up one room reservation, however we reserved SIX rooms, and none of them were available upon arrival. After talking to the manager, Carolina, who said that nothing can be done, she offered to call a Motel 6, (which, after reading these reviews, would have been a huge upgrade). Later, Carolina decides to throw the blame on her employee who was “new”, and explained that she must have deleted our reservation. Talk about poor training, and lack of supervision! Not sure what Carolina’s job is as “manager”, because apparently the only thing she’s able to properly manage is the build up of these terrible reviews. Nothing was offered in place of the inn’s mistake. No voucher, gift, coupon, remorse, or apology. I would never recommend this unmanaged place. In the end, I guess I should be thanking Carolina for making it impossible to get our rooms here. Based off of the reviews, it sounds like the cockroaches would have eaten us in our sleep if our reservations were properly respected.

What can I say. You get exactly what you pay for. An ugly, dirty room. Bring a flat shoe to kill the roaches. No clock, coffee maker, microwave or any other normal convenience. Luckily close to some great restaurants and freeway close. Will definitely pass on this place in the future.

Very very very dirty motel. Lots of sketchy people sleep here and it doesn't seem all too safe even if there's a security guard. Pool is gross as it seems to never be cleaned. Staff is the only thing keeping this place alive. Also pretty expensive to get a room. I've been woken up many times by people banging on doors. Staff does nothing about it and security guard is nowhere to be found. The rooms themselves are disgusting. Loud showers with little to no hot water during winter; and little to no cold water during the summer. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Not a five star resort but nither are the girls that I have brang but nice price clean rooms flirty staff.

The price is low, but they make it up, in the lack of cleanliness and horrible customer relations. Also by frequently tossing guests out after they've paid… We we're rudely evicted at 12:02AM January 1st, for lighting sparklers and a smoke bomb in the empty paved corner of the parking lot… after a week of paying their fluctuating daily rent, and observing several other guests being escorted out of their rooms (assuming it was for doing really bad stuff), we witnessed first hand, the absolutely insane and profane manager, as he screamed, running from the other side of the property, "get the f* off my property" at us… He proceeded to scream, insult, accuse and curse at us until we emptied the room… We quickly gathered and removed what was our remaining property (things not damaged in our house fire on Christmas Eve — hence our need for the room).

Great place to stay. Great staff there. Very nice, helpful and accommodating staff. Not like it used to be. Rooms are fair for price. Clean and comforatable.

Terrible! Management has no clue. Excpect your room to be missing items, leaking water and bed bugs. Your better off sleeping in your car.

Staff sucks vehicle was broken into phone was stolen night shift could not call police for me not sure why bloody spots on pillows… up date caught one Mathew kohn of Phx in the park n lot at 230 am with my stolen property he and his mother are frequent guest here however tonight Mathew is going to jail. But there are plenty of his type here to Rob you or break into your car anytime. Homeless traffic insures plenty of drugs on the property so bring you some party cash night manager and security guard know where to get the best pot.

Friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the pyscho night manager. I have had one personal experience with him. When I stayed there last week, I heard him acting the same way he did the first time I had the misfortune meet him. He waits to catch people with with unregistered guests til late at night so he doesn't have to refund ANY money to quests. Then he literally screams and threatens them as they are trying to pack to leave He purposely antagonizes and berates we quests as the are trying to get out. The acts like he is crazy.

Don’t stay at this place. My friend was drunk and got a room here, walked her up, and security came and told her she was being kicked out. Walked back to lobby, where very very rude manager (Aaron) (according to him) told us she was trespassing because she was drunk, all this after paying for the room in person at front desk. Then had the audacity to threaten me with jail Time as I was drunk too and trespassing. Telling security to pull handcuffs, but I guess security was smarter than him, and knew the real crime would be handcuffing a person without a crime being committed. It’s called “held against will/kidnapping”. Don’t stay at this dirt hole, don’t give them Your business. I travel allot, and mostly use points to book rooms, but this was to ensure I don’t have to drive all the way up north to drop my friend, off just to go back home in laveen… this place has zero customer service for customers. Don’t be fooled by the sign and the white gal up front, it’s not worth the hassle you will find yourself in… your safety is not a concern for these folks… if I could…

Roach invested, meth heads all around. Swipped my wells fargo card everytime it declined so I would have to go to the atm or bring cash. Checked my account only to find out the money actually went thru. Myself and my children was put out by the new manager Aaron after my kids were told they needed to be out of the room for 30-35 minutes while the room got cleaned. I called and asked why because I was at work. Yes I have a job. Was only staying there because my place will not be ready until the 18th and my lease was up on the 1st! Aaron got upset and started yelling at me saying these are his rules and if I didnt like it to get out with NO REFUND when I advised there was no need to speak to me in the manner he told me to be out by 9 as he would personally come throw me and my children out! And yes they didnt refund me. They think because there corporate office is not in the states and a lot of homeless people meth users etc stay there they can treat people any kind of way. Nope not me already have a lawyer and what MR. Aaron didn't know is our call was recorded. Spend your money else were. The knights in our travel lodge is much cheaper and they have real Wi-Fi. See you in court buddy. You never know who a person is our who they know.

For the price this place is great. Lots of crazies running around but thats not Premiers fault. Reason for 4 stars is the cockroaches. I guess thats Phoenix for you but I've stayed at other hotels in town with zero bug issues, so I know it can be fixed! Also seems as though the walls have never been wiped down. But again for the price and ease of check-in it is worth it. Office ladies are nice. Haven't seen the security walking around like they used to which could explain the amount of crazies wandering around.

If I could put no star rating here I would this was the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in. First off the room stunk and was filthy. The refrigerator didnt work. I couldnt take a shower cause the handles were stripped out and frozen up. The white towels were gray. There were stains all over the carpet and walls. Someone urinated on the side of the refrigerator. Then the creepy tweakers and prostitutes and crazy people hanging out in the parking lot. I had to call security 4 times that night one of the reasons why was cause some old guy in a wheelchair was creeping by my car and creeping now at my window 5 mins later and the same old man was now at my window creeping. They really need to change the name of the place as Motel Hell. Seriously felt like I was in a 1980's horror Flick. Do not stay here!

Two ladies up front in office were awesome. Very polite. Very Professional. Rooms awful. Cleanliness not so much. Loud neighbors who could not shut up no matter the time. And security guard is a dick.

My best friend just told me that he booked a room there last night. He and his wife were having problems. He told the front desk that she could possibly come by so they could talk things over. He gave her name and the make and model of her vehicle. The desk said she would need to check in with the desk. As he guessed she came by the room and they quietly discussed their problems for a moment and she left to get them both something to eat nearby. She returned with food and they continued their discussion when a very loud knock was at the door. They answered and a security guard told them they had 10 minutes to vacate the room. My friend had only been in the room for an hour and paid $70. The guard said it was because the wife overlooked checking in at the desk. Words were had and the guard pulled a weapon out and threatened my friend (who is an expert martial arts practitioner). Bad idea. Before the guard knew it, my friend kicked the baton out of his hand and backslapped him to back him off. The wife went to the office to find out why the guard was so aggressive and resolve the situation. The night manager was very rude and sided with the security Guard. She also told his wife that she was trespassing and to get off of the property Before the police were getting called. They both left the hotel with no refund and feeling completely ripped off. He also said as he was checking in, they were busy kicking someone else out.

Has great people… it has it's quirks but feels like home and come noon they not in a rush to kick you out like motel 6. There customer service is great. They have a lot of variety of restaurants around and even a mall and theatre. I had a great birthday get a way with my husband for 3 days. Awesome time.

Staying st Premeir Inns Metro was an interesting adventure to say the least. Upon check in my best friend and I were informed that if we met somebody who we wanted to invite back to our room it was okay, as long as we checked them in first. Apparently prostitution is very common in this area of town, so if that's what you're looking for you should ask if they rent by the hour. It wouldn't shock me if they did. Beware of the linens. They felt like sandpaper on my skin and could have been used to sand the dirty, old paint off the walls. The door stuck when we tried to open it, and it required multiple attempts to get into (and out of) the room. The tv, fridge, and lamps were all unplugged, and the door was hung crooked, creating a huge gap for sound, light, and heat to come in. The air conditioner worked well, but it was so loud and vibrates so much that we expected it to achieve lift and go flying off into the sunset at any moment. The walls were thin and the tenants were loud. The man in the next room was coughing or puking all morning. The bathroom was a mess. There was a huge crack in the door, the hot water knob was on the bathtub floor. The shower head didn't work at all and the toilet only flushed part of the time. We checked out early and will not be going back. If you are renting a room by the hour or have VERY low standards, this is your place! If you like having a shower and a quiet night of sleep, go somewhere else.

We came from another state and exhausted from driving. We stopped here and had stayed a couple days. We were greeted by a Wonderful staff and the price was $57.00 a night. Our room was very clean. It had a refrigerator in it. Only wished it came with a microwave oven. Otherwise we were Very Happy with our stay. Oh there is security cameras to keep watch on the property and at night. There was a on duty Sheriff on the pernicious so it makes you feel even safer. I would recommend this to anyone.

The only thing "Premier" about this sketchiest house of sketchy horrors is the price, which after experiencing half a night here, I'd gladly pay double their rate for a comfy place on the side of the curb somewhere far, farrrr away from this place. ☢ ❗⚠✋☠

The worst experience in my entire life. The security officer "in charge of the property" forcibly entered our room and then evicted all guests registered to stay because he accused the 3 of us of being addicts because he allegedly found drug paraphernalia in our room. He was very rude and would not allow any of us to finish answering his accusations and said that we could not retrieve or remove our belongings until the following morning when the police arrive around 8am. I personally called the police for information on how to resolve this issue at that time "now. " Why we had to wait until then (10hrs later) in the street instead of allowing us to gather our things and leave with respect, especially since our father of 67yrs young had to be looked after and cared for in the mean time with no ability to have a roof over ur heads. We all were treated like common criminals and were treated & made to be homeless and have no options for shelter or food, a place to stay safe and free from harassment. The security officer never introduced himself and is rude and doesn't allow responses from paid guests. Threatened us and called us names. He also almost caused my ride to have a seizure because he refused to stop flashing his strope light at her face. She is an epileptic and our father is a 67 diabetic with COPD, wmphazima.

I think its wrong you have to give a star. This place deserves minus 3 stars. The staff is rude as can be. The only good reviews you see are from the staff writing them. Their old security guard thinks he's a state trooper hat and all… very sad and pathetic individual. Junkies all over the place. The bald coward management was cursing at my wife until I showed up… then the coward changes his tune… I have stayed in hotels all over the country and this place is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. I asked him what kind of crackerjack hotel he was running. He said I was being threatening. I guess the little coward can only talk down to women. Because he immediately call the police on me which was a joke. And the cop that showed up new it was sad. Find anyplace else to stay even a cardboard box. You have been warned.

There were roaches all over! The toilet seat was black! The floor's were pitch black! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, pay the extra money and get a better room at another hotel! Bums and druggies out loitering in front of your room, the worst experience I ever had. Not to mention the cigarette smoke in the only smoking room's they seem to have. Please somebody call code enforcement.

The hotel room was filthy. There was stuff boogers or something all over the walls. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I called the front desk to ask for soap, they said they were all out. The room smelled like smoke and had cigerate burns in the bathroom and on the chairs, but it was a "nonsmoking" room. There were homeless people wondering around the parking lot. My son found a razor blade in the rocks right outside our room door. People say you get what you pay for, but I didnt even get that. I will never stay here again. Disgusting! The only positive was the housekeeping lady was very friendly and replaced my dirty pillow case right away.

Stayed there for a week before and after a camping trip, the first time we stayed it was okay, the lady at the front was super sweet and more than helpful but the rooms were horrible. The second time we stayed… WELL… I had just gotten back from a week and a half camping trip and REALLY wanted to take a shower, I got stitches which is why we had to come back early but I could not take a shower OR bath because the water temperature knob was broken, no bath tub plugs, so I had to wait two extra days to be moved. The lights were broken, the phone didn't even work even when we plugged it in, and there were roaches, pimps, prostitutes and everything else in the book to ruin our experience.

TV'S are old and have a poor picture the rooms Ive had tend to be rush cleaned, only a few rooms have microwaves and the front desk help has no clue witch ones. Most rooms have a fridge and if you ask they will get you the shampoo, soap and toilet paper they forgot to restock when they cleaned the room. But overall they do provide the most important thing, a bed and pillows.

I don't know why a lot of reviews that I've read. It a lot of complaining. Well I've stayed here on many occasions and I haven't had any problems with anyone or anything. All I can say is for the price. You can't beat it. Those who complain about everything that happens outside their room. Well maybe they should've stayed in their room and kept to themselves…

Worst hotel experience of my life. Manager has a permanent stick up his a** & the staff overall are very rude. They don't seem to like doing their job when it comes down to it. My boyfriend and I were placed on the DNR list when we only wanted to get our stuff out of the room. We were treated unprofessionally & were greeted with attitude, as I was not a 'registered' visitor. When my bf went to work, he tried to call & have me registered, was told no because he wasn't there physically to register me. We asked them where in the rules does it state a guest has to be physically present in order to register their visitor but of course they couldn't answer. The room was filthy, I cleaned the shower & the toilet as best I could to feel better about using them. Carpets & blankets stained with cigarette burns, TV remote didn't work & a stranger even accidentally walked in our room with a key to a completely different room! Never staying here again, I don't recommend it, think twice before you do! There were pimps, prostitues & drug deals going on in the parking lot but their main concern was a unregistered visitor lol. Please. We only stayed there because the Radisson across the street was at capacity. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

The bald "manager" kicked me out because I was waiting to rent a room. It was my first time in a hotel alone and a friend paid for it so I had no idea what was good and bad so I did what the friend said and waited until 4pm to rent a room for a 2nd night. Well, baldy would not let me talk. He assumed I was trying to stay for free I even showed him the $51 I had set out to pay my stuff was packed by the door. Not like I was laying in bed having a good time. I didn't know I was not allowed on the property until I tried to rent a room at 4pm like intended. So I was forced to take all my stuff and my 5 year old across the street in the rain. Classy! Maybe if I was a prostitute I could have stayed, thats all that place is good for.

A very convenient location. The front desk was rude to us. It is rundown could use updating but the water was hot, it had 4 walls, 2 beds, and was clean.

This place has one of the lowest prices per night around! This attracts the city's seedier element. I literally found a used hypodermic needle on the sidewalk outside of my room. When I discussed this with the manager at the front desk, she rudely dismissed me with a curt reply of "I can't control what people do here. " Aside from the rude staff, needle, broken a/c unit, outdated room with an old CRT television and non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke the mini fridge provided inside the room worked great!

The management patiently assisted my children as well as myself with a few more hours of stay until my funds were released to make another payment… god bless them. The house keeper dollie was a friendly and very professional… jose made sure all our needs were met and Alex was very kind and understanding twords my familys needs… thxs guys and keep up the compassionate work… ms torrrs.

Nothing to like here. The owner was so quick to throw me and my family out because my son's friend was running threw the parking lot after we had dinner at the olive garden next door. He came banging on the door say to get the f_ _ _ _ out of his building accusing us of using drugs and selling them in his place. They did not give us a chance to explain why our sons friend was there. We invited our sons friend to dinner since he lives in the area and then come back to our room to pick up his work clothes but the owner of the place wanted to assume things and easily put us on the streets late in the evening. The staff was very rude and even used fowl language with my 13 year old daughter. I guarantee they will never get any business from us again. Besides the place is very dirt, carpets are stained and the bedding smelled like it has never been washed.

Our room was full of roches and the neighbors next to use smoked weed to the extream. We were in pheonix due to my child having breathing problems so we went to the lobby to get our room moved so she would not have to breath it in all night with us having an ajoining room to them and had to fight with them to get in a new room for better then an hour in a half needless to say we did not get into the new room until after midnight and the new room was not much better. We will never stay there again it should be condemed!

You don't need a credit/debit card to book/stay, smoking rooms, most have a refrigerator, one of the cheapest places in the north valley area, and the room aren't bad at all. There are a few other hotels in the area around the same price but only offer a few of the things I mentioned above and all cost more and all (quite honestly) are shit holes. You'd think with the price and the area the place would be crazy and what not; but in my opinion, it's pretty okay here and for the most part relatively quiet. The only negative thing I could say about this place is that some rooms still have (way) older A/C units. Even if you have it running all day at the lowest setting your room will not cool down. That has only happened to me once. I dealt with it for about 5 hours 'til I couldn't stand the heat any longer. I went up to the lobby and told them about it. I'd say within less that 3 minutes they had me in another room and everything was fine. I've been a returning customer for almost 7 years and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Stayed here for like 3 months now and it is the best place. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and nice, with fridge, microwave, table and chairs. HBO on channel 4 and at least 75 different channels. Some might not like the location, but in my eyes its the best place to go if your in phoenix not trying to spend a lot of money.

Bed bugs or scabies mites! Me and the fam stayed here for Dodgers spring training and when we got back about few weeks later, all our legs started itching like crazy. There's either a bed bug or mite infestations on/in the beds, carpets, etc. I'd advise not staying here. Tricks, pimps, people getting high, and offsite visitors all thru the night. We found used syringe caps and meth baggies stashed around the room. We disinfected the room and deodorized it too. Do not put your luggage on the floors either. I'd say pay the extra buck and get a room somewhere decent. Only good things was the proximity of restaurants and sports bars. Peace.

I traveled 2500 miles and stayed there the Staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible every request was meet in a timely fashion the pool was clean and the room was nice I saw no signs of vagrants and the area has something for everyone from kids to Dad this is by far the Best Bet for the price and I'm booked to stay there again tomorrow so don't believe all negative ratings that you read. You can please some people some of the time but some people look for things to complain about.

My son 23 years old on vacation, was robbed and while we were trying to get via credit card and pay for it so we could figure away home from him. They wouldnt do it with and I. D. Even after explaining the situation, would not transfer me to a manager to talk to. We travel and will never use this company any more.

This place is a roach infested dump. If you value your health do not even think about sleeping here. Management is horrible and not friendly at all. Worst place I ever stayed.

Nice place to go and relax or have fun sports bars. Mall. Amusement park. Lots of fun for adults or whole family grate place to stay.

The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met. U have to buy two beds when there's only 1 person! The bathroom was disgusting, tiles falling off the walls, look like pee marks all over the tub, the roof was two different colors, heater didn't work at all. Didn't have a phone book (not a need but nice to have) people outside were loud and obnocsious. Not enough parking. Furniture was out dated. Beds were hard as a rock! Would never recommand this place to anyone.

Place is disgusting, when I pulled up there was a swat team taking someone down in the parking lot. Front desk service is god awful the employees all stand around and make excuses why they don't have to work, the manager susan was so rude and ugly towards me! I was so disgusted I wanted to puke! I waked out so angry it ruined my entire day horrible experience.
