I've been staying here for 3 months for work in a renovated room and a non renovated room. They have done nothing but taken care of every issue and Martha the head housekeeper saved all of my shower products which saved me $40. The pricing is great, Heather the assistant manager is great, and Heather the afternoon person is awesome. I'd stay here anytime and this is the top of the line motel which will help and take care of any issues.

The complete staff was friendly, very sweet, kind & extremely helpful. My room was very clean and well put together & it was always nice & quiet. The pool was also very clean & kept up. Ill defiantly be staying again & recommending it to anyone & everyone. Xoxo.

Customer service means a lot to me. So when Heather was able to provide me with not only a welcoming smile, but also an amazing personality, I felt I was in the right place. I was renting a room for my friend and she made both of us feel welcomed. Heather not only has an amazing personality but she is also very empathetic and extremely good at making sure you feel like this is the only place to rent from. The room is spacious and has a microwave and a full size fridge. I found it to be clean and comfortable. Funny thing about reviews, everyone will have a different experience when you go someplace, however that shouldn’t stop you from giving someone a chance. I firmly believe that as long Heather is there you’ll be in good hands.

Heather was amazing… worked hard to make sure we were comfortable… quite complex… rooms were good… got a nonremodeled room and was still clean and well kept… good price… will stay here in the future!

Well where do I began, From the beginning the staff was Very nice and understanding about everything. We have been here for almost 3 weeks now and I have nothing bad to say about this place. If there is a ISSUE they fix it. And the maintenance man is super friendly and helpful I don't know his name but he has long hair. And the front desk clerk Heather S is super nice and cool and my kids LOVE her. Both of those workers have made our stay here super easy and relaxing.

I booked this online because of the cheap price, don't stay here! I read the reviews after leaving and I'm glad I didn't stay. I was told after check-in to go look at my room and make sure it was up to my liking because once I paid there is no refund. So I walked down the long corridor which was dirty and falling apart, to only find a dank smelly room of smoke and there was a clear stain right on the white sheets that were on the bed. So I walked all the way back in the hot heat. This is terrible after driving 6 hours to get to the hotel in the first place. So needless to say I was a little frustrated, the clerk who wasn't friendly then provided me with the second key to a different room which was even farther away from the first. I walked all the way over to check that room which was actually clean, but the air conditioner didn't work. You need an A/C in Phoenix. I went back and got a third key and a rude manager saying it's not THEIR fault and I figured I'll just take the 3rd room regardless, I was tired and over heated. I moved my car from the front of the hotel and parked close to my room grabbed all my bags and belongings only to get to the door and my key doesn't work! I now have to walk all the way back to get my key to work, I was met now a fourth time with the manager and the clerk and of course I'm upset and I think this is a ridiculous policy! Needless to say I took my money elsewhere.

Seems like it was just taken over, so things are still getting figired out. In my week stay id say that there is Very nice, friendly staff. Housekeeping isnt very good, rooms are very out dated but I think it has potential to be a very nice place I would stay here again.

Nice place usually quiet aas I work nights. Not all rooms have a fridge. Needs to update name in Google maps as listed as Bell something hotel.

Pretty chill spot, my brother and daughters are staying here. Large Rooms, even though it is under construction right now, it isn't much of a bother. Not crazy and loud like motel 6 usually is. All in all I'm very happy with the experience.

Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. The door to the room was broken so you had to slam it to shut, the lock was broken, the floor and bathroom were heavily dirty, every outlet barely held a plug (if at all), the room stunk horribly and there were cigarette burns and stains all over the bed sheets. Also, and this may be just a happen stance, but the people on either side of our room we're up stomping around screaming and fighting all night; leading to my man and I getting only about 2 hours of sleep between midnight when we got there and 10 am when we left. When we had called the front office to explain what was going on and ask if they could do something all the front desk guy said it and I quote "I'll make a note of it". Taking a shower was a nightmare, it went from ice cold to burning hot over & over again over a period of about 10 minutes while the water dial was right in the middle of yes and also the hot/cold was backwards. Like I said at first, it was absolutely the WORST experience I've had my whole life. I will never return, I plan to warn people to never stay there, and honestly it wasn't even worth the $30 nightly I've spent on road trips before in other more run down motels. Good job doing everything possibly wrong here extend a suites. No one good thing about this place.

Room Smelled Like Smoke, Shower/Bathtub Where Dirty. Avoid If Possible. Pay The Extra and Stay Somewhere Away From Bell Street. Staff Was Cool but Manager Is A… Well Not Very Friendly. Newly Renovated Room Meant Painted lol. No Extra Pillows or Anything. Bought Pillows And Blankets. Left After One Night and Went Somewhere Else.

We booked on line for a good rate. When we arrived, they showed us an extremely old and dirty suite. We paid extra to upgrade to a newly renovated suite. Although the bedroom had been recently painted, the bathroom was awful! The bathtub and faucet were old and rusted through … and extremely dirty. Although advertised to have Wi-Fi, it did not. So we ended up paying more for the room than advertised and had less amenities than advertised.

Just continue driving, don't stay here not even for a night. No hot water and the maintenance will just come in the room at any given moment without warning. They will shut the water off for a whole day at least a couple times a week to "fix" the hot water and it still won't work. I didn't even want to give the 1 star.

Fraud!

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights due to a family emergency. It wasn't my first choice however due to alot of local hotels being booked out we took what we could get. The staff was friendly enough although I was kind of put off when our toilet backed up and they simply handed me a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag to take care of the issue. We requested extra towels and there was only one available. That didn't turn into a huge issue though after one frigid shower we just washed up in the sink on day 2 and thanked our lucky stars it wasn't hot out. There was a three inch gap under the door however we simply placed one of our towels under it. We did have to get our cards rekeyed after one night but they handled it quickly enough. There was no housekeeping during our entire stay but we only used the room to sleep in. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired but as I said our options were limited with lots of events going on the weekend we were staying. I'm glad we checked out when we did, the day we checked out there was a notice stating that the water would be shut off from 9am to 3pm due to plumbing and hot water issues.

Got in for a weekly rental paid a deposit of over $100 as we’ll. We’re told we wouldn’t have to pay a deposit for a second week just pay the weekly rate. Then before our checkout is even passed we go to pay and they have apparently booked the room and we have to leave. No complaints no owed money we had cash in hand. Tried to pay before our time was even up and was told by management “that they do that all hotels due”. Which is untrue especially when offering daily, weekly, or monthly. We will complain with whatever corporate office we can.

No stars from me. Horrible service. Manager is rude and has a chip on her shoulder. I had to request housekeeping constantly. Rates are inconsistent and one of my cash payments was misplaced (computers were down of course no receipt was issued). Due to work I ended up staying 3 weeks and paid close to $900! Dirty rooms, drug use and domestic violence was apparent. No refund was issued on my deposit yet I cleaned my room myself for sanitary reasons.

A lot of things were broken, it smelled like urine, the air conditioner hasnt been cleaned in a long time, the shower was from like a horror scene. The lock on the door had been busted before. I ended up staying somewhere else.

I payed over $300 for a week for no hot water and it being filthy. And the police was there twice in less then 10 hours. Not to mention the wonderful staff that didnt want to deal with anything. She just wanted to argue that it needed to be renovated when its simple wipedown. Housekeeping is lazy and it was ran by me I would have fired them a long time ago.

Rooms need to be upgraded.

The place smelled of urine and it was infested with bedbugs. And they were the ones with an ugly attitude. How dare them! they should be shut down! …

After only staying there for a week, was already regretting my decision. I paid $275.66, and got ringworm in two spots from the bed, had hot water for about five minutes a day, had to get my keys redone at least twice a day, and The pool was closed with no sign of reopening. I paid $275.66. A buddy of mine who stays there now, (has had a worse experience than me) told me they are raising their rates by about $50 a week. I find that ridiculous because it wasn't worth what I was paying. Plus paying for the ringworm meds! If it was up to me, that place would have been shut down before it opened. Absolutely would never even consider staying there again!

Excellent stay. New ownership and now newly renovated. Stayed here in February and it was ok, stayed again in June after the exterior was renovated and back again in November with one of the newly renovated rooms. So much better then before yet still priced competitively for the area. Heather at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. I’m looking forward to staying here again next year.

Do not book at this hotel. It is a seedy nasty hotel with women who look like prostitutes hanging around in the parking lot. They will demand a cash deposit for the nasty room and add charges to your credit card. I have filed a complaint with Arizona Attorney Genrals office for credit card fraud.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! The rooms smell bad. A man and woman came into the room at 2am. The pool is empty and has been for about 7 months. There is no complimentary breakfast as it says. The TV didn't work most of the time we were there. The price for the room was changed several times and the person helping us said it was because of taxes. I talked to Rocky the manager and he wasn't even willing to talk to me until I confronted him. He isn't willing to reimburse us for anything. He said he has no occupancy right now lol. No kidding. Still not my problem especially when everything including customer service was AWFUL!

This is the dirtest, slummest motel. The rooms had some terrible funk, like something died in there, the bathroom was dirty with only one towel, for three people. Not to mention the pool they do not have, but falsely advertise. Outside of the rooms are drug addicts, drunks and even prostitues! They are con artists, in February I booked a room and after entering, asked for a refund. Was told no, now three months later Chase let the scammers charge me for a while whole week, for a 30 minute stay!

This place is a circus with monkeys behind the counter! I had to stay there three nights and one of the nights I had two rooms. The first night it took over an hour to check me in because the staff was trying to fix other people's reservations. The next morning I tried to reserve two rooms for that night and was told they had enough rooms and to wait until I showed up. Well that night about eight I showed up with my grandmother and two aunts (we were here because my uncle got a kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic) and they were totally booked up. It took over two hours to get checked in because they were running the credit cards from all that night's reservations to see if two would be declined so we could have their rooms. We got one room in about an hour and a half and then my aunt and I had to hangout in the parking lot hoping for our room. After we got in our room we discovered the toilet wasn't working so we waited another hour or more until they eventually used a snake to clear the line. Last night after we got our room I found out we needed to stay one more night. I immediately called the front desk and tried to extend my room one more night. I was told I would have to wait until the morning and when I check out they'll then check me back in AND that it would be the same rate. Well tonight it still took over an hour and ended up paying over double for the same room as last night. They have no clue as to what the heck is going on or how they are supposed to do it!

Oh my. Right off on the phone he quoted us a 49$ rate and then my husband told me we charged 70 $. Well just a step into the room and the stench of dirty dog and it, s waste he, d did on the floor. Along with this musty old human Hasn't, t bathed in longgg time moldy skin my nose is still self cleaning. No we called mass hotels in our price range and North Phx was full for some reason so we stayed Then right as we pull a young girl 16 to 19 walked thru, over & over. I put aa shoe of. My husbands on window sill to prop a opening so we could check on truck. The girls not alone. So sad young guys walking these young girls to sale. But they were like vultures. Didn, t sleep. Kept peeking out window. Up packed & gone before dawn could be called daylight. We will not ever even cocider the Howard Johnson N Phx again. Now for some good hiking & rocking before we head north to our cold and frozen home. Oh and did not even d dying up the filthy tub So glad I keep a bottle of cleaner in truck, no plug for tub, 1 wash cloth Only 1 side of bed got a night stand. The frig was fuzzy. And get this they had to look at room with husband to get our 50 $ deposit back for our minpin.

Yeah pretty bad! No hot water many times and they pretend you don't know how to turn on the shower! No water in the pool and our keys never work so we gotta get it recharged every time we come back to our room. The maintnance team is really fast though you call and they come right away. Most of the housekeeping ladies are very nice and very attentive! They try to please you in every way so that is a good thing about this place! Also the people from the front desk are nice!

The employers are friendly especially you Rocky. You are the reason I am still here. You make me feel like family. And I have been here now for almost a year. Thank you once again. And I also want to give a special shout out to my lovely husband Jason Schlicht-Gonzalez and cuz Bradley for making the outside look spectacular.

The people there are awesome! The workers that is. They helped me out when I was in bad position. It wasn't the Hilton but you get what you pay for. They made me feel comfortable like as if I were at home.

Too bad there is no 0 star rating because that is what this place deserves. There wasn't even any water in the pool… I checked in, went into my room, did an about face and checked out, and, you know what? They charged me for one night… You have to laugh.
