The staff was all very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, as was the evening kickback. The pool area was beautiful, the entire hotel was nice and clean. The nourish spa line they have for the Shampoo conditioner and soap, I literally have no words. It is just that good. The bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. I never want to stay anywhere else again, anywhere I go on vacation I'm going to look for a drury inn.

The room. I got the microwave and refrigerator were dirty not very sanitary.

We came in and was greeted by some awesome staff. Glad to hear from them stating that the university students work at the hotel. I support that 100%. The room was clean. The breakfast was bountiful with many choices. They have a good pet policy also. We could not wipe things down after using the kitchen area like the washed dog water dishes, etc. We don’t use bathroom towels for that. It would have been nice to have a dish towel to use or some type of kitchen towel. We will keep this on our list. Great job to all the staff.

Tracing back to Illinois from California and stopped for the night. We love Drury Inn for the comfortable beds. The pool and Hot tub as well as the great breakfast and kickback hour. For anyone who has never stayed at a Drury Inn you're missing out. We prefer Drury Inn over any other place to stay! Thank you Flagstaff Drury inn for the great room. The comfy bed for a great night's sleep and the beautiful Mountain View. The friendly staff when we checked in and at the kickback hour, they were all awesome! Great stay!

Just wasn’t as expected. I’ve seen way better rooms then this at a lower price for a night. Looks nice from the outside but just simple on the inside. No coffee maker in room. Rooms too small.

We got a suite. It was VERY affordable! Plus you can reserve pool time (1 hour due to the pandemic), free dinner plus adult beverages, free breakfast, and much more! The food is very good! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Beautiful view from the balcony and kid friendly! Looking forward to using Drury Inn for our next stays :)

This is a pet friendly hotel and offered great service — especially during Covid. We were able to get meals provided by the hotel and happy hour — all complementary. More so, the manager Tim went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable in our room. He was beyond friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. Excellent customer still exists! Thank you Tim!

They have been around for a while hands down one of the most comfortable places to stay with your Dogs and Kids! It's always clean here also extra friendly too!

Stayed this last week and even during this unprecedented time of mask wearing and covid restrictions they made it as enjoyable as possible. The staff was very caring and fun and seemed genuinely interested in your trip! Always greeted with a smile or even a little dance (the girl at the food line-loved it)! The food was kind of a bummer but they did the best they could with all the restrictions while still serving with a smile. Highly recommend this place!

We booked a room at this hotel through Trivago. Upon checking out I noticed the dates were wrong and I tried to cancel the page from processing so I could change the dates but it didn't work. I immediately called the hotel and they were super apologetic but told us that they couldn't do anything. We had to contact Expedia and it was up to them. So we called Expedia and they were fantastic. They were more than happy to change the dates. They got it all situated and said they just needed to call the hotel and get approval. Since the hotel had been so nice on the phone I didn't think it would be a problem. Unfortunately I was wrong. They denied Expedia's request for a date change so Expedia's hands were tied. I tried the hotel again and they said since we booked through a different site those fares are non-refundable and they couldn't help us. We would have to keep our booking as well as do a new reservation for the weekend we will actually be in town. Well, I won't be booking with Drury for the actual weekend (or ever again) because of the lack of customer service. I understand it was our fault that the dates got inputed wrong but I realized it immediately. Even airlines give you a grace period. For a company that touts their excellent customer service on their website you'd think they'd provide better customer service. I will be sure to warn all of my friends and family across the nation to think twice before booking with Drury.

Terrific, efficient check-in. Everyone has excellent professional and interpersonal skills. Absolutely no hassles on our extra guest. I’m thinking breakfast will be great as well. We are in a fully booked hotel during Christmas week. Things are very clean. Nice parking garage.

Nice hotel that offers free dinner every evening if you want, 3 free drinks from bar per adult and free breakfast buffet. Many choices. Also provide free popcorn, soda, coffe, tea and hot chocolate everyday/night. Close to many stores, restaurants, train station and the Grand Canyon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the bedding was beyond comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Just love this place. Played in the snow during the day and pool with Jacuzzi at night. Free breakfast and a 5:30 kick off with a. Lovely dinner set up and tickets for a couple free drinks. The rooms are awesome clean. As for the staff?, the most friendliest and helpful of any place I have ever stayed. HIGHLY recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay! There complimentary breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious. The rooms are very clean and beautiful my family and I had a great time and can't wait to go back.

It is an amazing hotel in total. The elevators, the rooms, even the toilets are clean as a can be. The service is really quite nice; the people working the counter are very nice and provide a lot of information about the surrounding area. Very happy with my stay. When I come to Flagstaff again, I am definitely staying at this hotel.

We decided to stay at this hotel since we were bringing our 10 month old baby and it looked very clean online. It did not disappoint. The hotel lobby was very well put together and update. Our room was very clean and it had a large space for my baby to crawl around. The front desk staff was extremely nice and Michael was as well they were very accommodating and let us borrow a fan for our room for noise for our baby. Also Tim was great I believe he does maintenance are battery died on our vehicle and he jumped us which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

Service was great… everyone was super nice… everything immaculate. Big rooms… free Big breakfast and free drinks and horderves (a lot! ) at night… a pantry for anything you might need… beautiful views and walking distance to downtown shopping… close to freeway… reasonable price… will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel, they give you free dinner. Everyday is different. Lots of choices to choose from… 3 free drinks from bar… and had one of the best free breakfast buffet. Many choices … also provide free popcorn, soda, coffee and tea and hot chocholate 24 hrs a day and night, very close to many stores, train station and the Grand Canyon… can’t beat the location and views from some of the rooms. Stayed twice and will definitely stay at a drury inn and suites again.

Nice family hotel. Staff was wonderful especially Jayson who helped us when our car had a dead battery. Evening kickback was great — taco night saved us at least $50 on dinner. This is very much a family hotel and the crowd at the pool was expected. Only downside was being awakened at 5am with a beam of sunlight from a badly placed mirror.

It was nice hotel. They offer free hot breakfast and have a happy hour type deal. From 5:30 to 7pm they have little snacks and you get 3 free drinks per adult! Alcohol drinks! They are small cups but found that interesting. We did not partake as the line was long. The snacks were like nacho chips and salad and I think that night you can make a chicken taco. The room was roomy, we had a balcony. There was no chair out there but it was nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was high but soft and so was the sheets. They did have microwave and fridge in the room. Note: parking was lacking but they did have a structure you need the key to get in AND out. So save the key and drop it off when you leave the structure. If you forget you can call and they can let you out. I would visit again!

Staff is super friendly with great service! Mega comfortable beds, Dana from the front desk and Meghan from the Kickback are wonderful. I recommend this place, you get free happy hour drinks, dinner and breakfast plus a great comfy room. You can't beat that!

This is one of the nicer hotels in Flagstaff. It was always my go-to place to stay at since it opened. However, the price per nice has risen significantly. Price per night used to never be over $100. Now it's well over $200/night and I'm finding myself staying elsewhere. As much as I enjoy this hotel, I would rather spend that extra money on activities in Flagstaff. It's sad they sold out to tourist gouging.

Great hotel. Located adjacent to NAU. Clean rooms, wonderful mattress and linens. Friendly personnel. Free soft drinks and coffee all day in the breakfast area. Hot breakfast, cereal and sweet rolls.

Nice place and pet friendly staff was nice. However pretty expensive. Rooms were clean.

Had a wonderful stay at the Flagstaff location. The room was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a great breakfast provided and the service was above and beyond. We had the pleasure of working with Wes Saxson at the front desk. He was very friendly and tried to make our visit more enjoyable in anyway that he could. I have never had an employee be so attentive and helpful to their hotel guests. I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately I did not really enjoy our stay. First, I called ahead of time to request a crib, when we got there I told the front desk girl and she said it should be in the room. We got to the room and it wasn't in there so I had to call and ask for one. The vending machine took extra money off my card and Wi-Fi barely worked I also had to call the front desk and ask what was going on with it. The room was nice however I just would liked to have had it been a better experience for us.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! I called to book a room the night before our stay and customer service rep was so polite and helpful. The next day when we checked in, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! We also found out about the buffet dinner and 3 drinks per person which is a great amenity. My husband and I have stayed at almost every hotel in Flag and this is by far, my favorite. The room was very large and had a nice bathroom. The location is less than a 10 min walk to the downtown shopping and bar area. I really cannot overstate what an excellent hotel this is.

I hate to leave such 3 star review, especially with the nice breakfast, dinner and front desk staff who care about customers. Those factors stated are weighing in not to make this a 2 Star Review. The Wi-Fi here is considered slow. Can’t really download anything. YouTube and music still works fine. The room service here isn’t the best, at least for our room. By looking at the bed, you can tell there wasn’t much effort — not TOO bad. Saw some hair on the sheets Overall I find this hotel on the upper side of hotels these days. Reasonable and would recommend to others.

Stay here a lot for work. One of the nicer hotels in flag. Not a 5-star, or even 4-star by any means. But clean, nice staff, free drinks with check in. Needs some updating/improvements. Rooms/bathrooms have stucco walls and gross tile. Toilets are strange. Beds are comfy.

Staff friendly and helpful in locating an item for a special request. Hotel has an attached parking garage — very useful! Rooms clean as was rest of hotel. Breakfast and kickback were good as usual, always an excellent value. Would love to visit again.

The hotel is amazing all around. It is right on the NAU campus so it's perfect for visiting people in the University. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast they provide is top notch.

It was a great stay. Picked a suite on the 5th floor with a great view! Parking was easy, they offered free breakfast and dinner both were good food and had 3 free adult beverages per adult! They offer free popcorn and fountain drinks! Loved the hot tub! The Bartender was really nice and so were the room service ladies. The white man with suit who checked me in was very rude about first time visit questions I had both days I was staying. Didn't let that get to me till today when we got home and my wife brought up same guy and said he spoke to her Rudley when she went down to buy something from the front office. Other then that all the people are great and friendly!

We stayed overnight for the North Pole Experience and had a pleasant time. The kids enjoyed the pool after we ate the hotel dinner. It was what you'd expect so if you're vegetarian/vegan/just plain picky (my wife) plan accordingly. I rated 5 stars because the attitude staff and general feel of the hotel was perfect. It felt like visiting a very accommodating family member's house, and that's a great thing. 10/10 would visit again.

Outstanding experience from check in to check out. Yes we paid $150. For a double occupancy king room, but it was well worth it. They provided dinner and 3 adult beverages for both of us, then breakfast in the morning. That brings the price of the room down to around $50. Well worth it! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, clean, warm and not over chlorinated. The room was clean, clean, clean and seemed new. The king bed was very comfy and nice pillows. The personnel at the desk were happy, helpful and made us feel welcome and at ease. One of the assistant managers was roaming the dinner area at dinner and breakfast speaking to guests. We spoke to him numerous times, just an excellent experience. The location is within walking distance to the downtown area that has lots of activities available. We recommend this Inn to anyone! Tanks to the entire crew at the Drury Inn for a great weekend.

This is the second time I've stayed here in Flagstaff for work. Both times were great, rooms are nice, facility is clean and safe, and they offer breakfast and a happy hour in the evening. The second time they upgraded me to a suite and it's gorgeous! Nice mountain view and a ton of space. Highly recommend!

The Drury Inn in Flagstaff was great! We were greeted by Tony who was very friendly and gave us several suggestions for dinner since it was our first time in Flagstaff. Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. They offer a great happy hour in the lobby area which we did not attend. We did have the free breakfast which included both hot and cold choices and all the food and coffee was very good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Drury Inn!

I love this hotel. They've thought of just about everything and the food is great too but not only that breakfast and dinner with drinks are included! Love the hot tube and pool, love the comfortable beds and love the friendly staff. We would visit again for sure.

Everything was super lovely. Rooms were near, bathrooms were clean, food was good. My only trifle is the Wi-Fi was very slow and I had a hard time completing work due to it.

The lobby is always clean and safe. The staff are polite and helpful. The Drury inn is an excellent choice to stay in Flagstaff. Just know you are in the heart of traffic noise and train noise. But those things are not terrible, just a background sound.

Location is close enough to grand canyon and even Page if coming from that direction. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Check in process was very quick and staff was available to help when needed. Free breakfast was very good, also.

Wonderful, friendly staff! We came in from a storm and were given an upgraded room. We got to the free happy hour just when it ended and Nicole hooked us up! She brought everything back out for us and was so sweet! The rooms are fabulous! I wish we could stay longer!

Clean and yuppie-esque but lacking in features. The bathroom in my basic king room is the most disappointing. The towel rack is in a place that requires you to step out of the tub on to the slippery floor to reach it. There's no bathroom vent. The water pressure is poor. The location is great and the staff were friendly and polite. I'd stay here again because it's probably the nicest hotel in Flagstaff.

The hotel is very clean, smells clean, beds are comfortable, view is amazing! You get a free breakfast and dinner with 3 alcoholic drinks included in your room cost. Factor in the costs and this room was cheaper than the budget dive chain typical hotels. Way worth the money! Will be staying at Drury again!

A very nice place to stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was large, double beds and a seperate room with a nice sofa sleeper, not the torture device one finds at most hotels. Covered parking. Free soda and popcorn in the afternoon. I wish they had a cooked to order breakfast, especially for the price paid. It was ok. Plenty to eat. Better than most typical hotel offerings. Free dinner. I say that a bit loosely though. Not sit down order what you want, but a variety of things. We stayed for dinner one night. It was good. Three free adult drinks every night. Nice indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room.

We had a great visit while we were staying in Flagstaff enjoying the cooler weather. The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy and clean. The 5:30 kickback was really cool too! A choice of 3 free alcoholic drinks and appetizers/dinner, can't beat that! The location was great too — right near NAU and very close to downtown restaurants and bars. Lovely hotel with convenient location, however be aware that there aren't any family restaurants open late nearby (we ended up going to Safeway to get microwave meals). Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Well appointed hot breakfast. Also, one of the few pet friendly hotels in Flagstaff.

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed in. Comfy bed, shower was good. The breakfast in the morning is really good, and the dinner is good as well. The only complaint I have is the pricing needs to be better advertised. I thought I was getting one price and they charged me a different one. They did fix it for me so that was great. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

I spent the money for a King suite, then had to SIT AND WAIT to buy snacks FOR 20 MINUTES to check people in?!?! Are you kidding me?! If you have children run a hotel, don't charge $300+ a room. Been here before. So unhappy about this treatment. Never coming back. And balls of hair on the bathroom floor, obviously shows it wasn't cleaned. Cannot believe this is a hotel I've stayed in before. Never again.

I have been very happy with my experience here. The hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to downtown. Plus their evening appetizers and drinks are a bonus I wasn't expecting. The good for this and their breakfast is pretty good, very substantial.

The room was clean and open. I could only open one window to enjoy the cool Flagstaff breeze so that was disappointing. The morning I was set to checkout, there was a man with a gun walking in the hotel and ended up having a shoot out with the police across the street. The Drury wasn't fully up to date with the situation and let guests go in and out of the hotel while it was happening rather than being on some sort of lock down.

This is what every hotel should be. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Good shower with built in shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser. Mini fridge and one serving coffee maker. Free breakfast with eggs, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee, etc. Free pop and popcorn most of the afternoon and evening. Three free drinks at happy hour, E. G. Montezuma tequila with Margarita mix, beer or wine. Free appetizers and dinner items along with happy hour: a delicious salad with fresh greens, carrots, and dressing choices, pasta in sauce, baked potato with sour cream and cheddar, basic style round nachos with cheese sauce, and (not good) basic chili. The local restaurant economy probably suffers because you don't need to go elsewhere for much, but the hotel is also convenient short walk to restaurants, galleries, and NAU campus. Free parking in garage. Perfect stay and I would always stay here again if visiting the area.

Nice staff, extremely fancy common area. There are free drinks and (always) free pop/tea from the fountain. There is a 5:30 kick back period where friendly folks engage in friendly chatter. Rooms are nice, and equipped with spacious bathrooms that include built in dispensers filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed is large and amply endowed with rows (! ) of pillows. Wonderful paintings (replicas, printed but attractive) adorn the walls in and out of the room. The toilet has a water saving flush mode, a nice touch in this dry state. The windows rattle sometimes though and produce a bit of noise in the wind (wind speeds here in AZ are high this time of year). It's also a little confusing sometimes where the entrance is and we ended up in the conference room across the street a couple times. Woops. But the best part is by way of comparison. I mean, look at the poor little motels down the street.

Excellent customer service, we had a mistake with our reservation and they took care of it. Wi-Fi was seamless to set up. Room was clean and had pretty of space.

Had a horrible experience at a different hotel down the block. This hotel made up for it and Cait and Nicole behind the front desk were very polite and caring. They answered all my questions. I can't thank them enough! Stayed in the ADA suite for a family member and it is by far one of the best accessible bathrooms I've seen for a hotel. Complimentary breakfast, dinner, and 3 drink happy hour included. Very clean and friendly staff. It's located on, or next, to the University. Neighborhood is great and there's a Dunkin Donuts down the block.

This is the last night of a four-day stay at the Flagstaff Drury. It's time to check out in the morning, but I don't carry cash with me. I want to leave a tip for the cleaning staff, but the hotel front desk staff has just refused to either put it on my credit card or advance me the cash against the card. They say it's against their policy, even when it means the cleaning staff won't get a tip. The late-night convenience store down the street, fortunately, was more cooperative, so I got the cash for the tip. I'm not too sure about the safety of walking down that particular street late at night, but the transients I passed on the way seemed mostly harmless. In addition, the room's refrigerator doesn't close, which pretty much means that it doesn't work. Other than these two things, the place has been OK — except for the dogs in the other rooms barking in the night and the cheap soap and shampoo in the dispensers.

I am writing a review as a response to the excellent customer service I received from Wes at the Front Desk at the Drury Inn, Flagstaff. After initially being told that our 3-night, prepaid reservation had been cancelled because we missed our check-in date, and that the hotel was now sold out, Wes completely redeemed this really upsetting situation. After patiently listening to the details of our situation, he made sure that our prepaid reservations was honored with a room for the remaining nights of our reservation. His willingness to find a solution to our problem made a dramatic difference in our trip and in our opinion of Drury Inn and Suites as a total company. Though the situation started our as seriously upsetting, Wes' commitment to giving us great customer service changed a bad travel experience into a (5) star review. Thank you Wes, you save our trip to Flagstaff.

Worst hotel night stay my wife and I have ever had. It's 2 am in the morning and the guys in the room next door to us have been playing their music loud, talking at the top of their voice (yelling) and spewing vulgarities for over an hour now. Not what we wanted the night before our friends wedding. They are also smoking marijuana and the smell is coming through the adjoining room door into our room. Guest Services called very little change. Extremely disappointed. Addendum: Matthew Thomas, the Assistant General Manager personally came to our room, apologized to us and made things right. The Drury Inn now receives 5 stars for their amazing service. Let me say this, the property and staff are amazing and the scenery is amazing. It is a great place to stay. We will for sure be back. Thank you very much Matthew.

No late check out. I travel for a living and this was the first time I've heard I cannot get a late check out. I won't be back here.

Favorite Place to Stay! Rooms are great, especially a suite! You get breakfast! a kick-back which is like a quick bite to eat! You also get complimentary drinks! you get your moneys worth! Staff is amazing.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The customer service goes beyond anything we had expected. There was two small issued with the room my husband and two children were staying in. And by small, I mean 1 of 2 TV's were not working and there were no bath towels. To my surprise when I mentioned this when checking out, our room was comped! They ensured we will be returning to their hotel again and we will recommend it to everyone.

Had an awesome time here with beautiful mountain views from our room. The hotel was clean and the hot breakfast and dinner buffets are good, With 4 children this was very convenient. We have stayed in a few Drury Inns but this is by far our favorite location. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Pretty good rooms, 2 pets a room, good breakfast and clean beds.

The rooms are very clean and the personnel are wonderful especially assistant manager Brian is so helpful. Thank you all for making our trip a memorable one.

Budgeting for a family of 5 can be tough, but we were able to make 1 room work with our 3 kids. The free breakfast was a hit with our kids. Come early evening, they were able to enjoy snacks that could pass for dinner. My wife particularly enjoyed the maximum 3 free drinks per night. We had no issues with noise on our floor, which can often be a problem at some places. Though we didn't take advantage of it, the fitness room and indoor swimming pool looked appealing, we just didn't pack for it. We joined the Club and will check for other locations in our other travels.

What a great hotel! Our suite was enormous and very well furnished. The building and amenities were wonderful and the staff was excellent. They even offered us a 2nd night for half the price! I wish we could stay longer.
