I love the view, but it seemed like the front desk guy was having a bad day. I asked if the restaurant was open, he rudely said, No, they're demoing it". Geezzzz.

We stayed over Veterans Day weekend they were busy and you never knew there were a lot of people staying it was so quiet.
I would love to come back durning to see the lake unfrozen lol.
Thanks to all who work when we were there and we will come back. The Badgers.

Our ADA compliant room was amazing. The hotel is nice, clean, and the view is amazing.

This place is great. Friendly staff and great rooms. The lake is a stones throw away from most of the rooms.

The staff is delightful. The rooms are CLEAN. And if u get the lake view side you are in for a beautiful place to relax.

Very lovely setting and a beautiful hotel. Everything was impeccably clean! We were able to choose a first floor room so much easier than carrying bags up the stairs. The Wi-Fi worked quite well. If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here. I recommend it highly.

Audrey and Tammy were so kind and helpful! We were in the midst of an emergency and they went out of their way for us and made things a lot easier. The customer service they provided was outstanding. Also, the property is great! Would totally recommend!

We had our wedding here at the end of May. The hotel was wonderful to work with. They made all our guests comfortable, were easy to work with, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to have the wedding. Loved getting to have the ceremony by the lake and the reception inside, with the ability to wander in and out. Our guests couldn't get enough of the view. Also was reasonably priced. Would use this hotel again in a heartbeat for any other large event.

Best place to stay with a nice location in the Mat-Su area. Considerably the best choice over the others I’d looked at it. This will be my place of choice the next time I come again to visit family in the area!

They said it was taken care of but when one guest called, they said we never blocked any rooms. We called again and were told the girl before didn’t do it but it was fixed. From then on out, any time the hotel had any questions they’d contact our poor guest that called previously and not us. We called on May 15th to release any blocked rooms as they requested us to. The day of our wedding, our poor guest received yet another call meant for us saying we never cancelled our block (which we did). Then I stay there for two nights (the day before the wedding and day of) and not only was I charged a lot more then what I was told when I booked this hotel room but after picking up cigarette buds that were thrown on the porch of the room I was staying and tossing them in the trash, they accused me of smoking in the room and charged me an additional $200. When I asked for a call from the manager, I never received a phone call back. The communication in this facility is horrible.

We stayed here in May 2018. The room was amazing. The staff was even better, very friendly and helpful. We will stay here each time we visit. Thank you for adding to our beautiful visit. The Loests.

We arrived in town around 3am and decided to stop here before continuing on our trip because it had good ratings. We were given a room with two beds and when we got everything settled in the room, it was about 4 am. We went to use the restroom and found dirty underwear and clothing hanging on the back of the bathroom door! The tissue dispenser was empty and one of the beds had blood stains on the white sheets, rendering it useless, which meant we all had to climb into one bed. Once we had everything in the room with babies sleeping it was too much hassle to move to another room. It was just a nasty experience. When we checked out later that morning, we notified management of our experience and the gal just looked shocked (pretended) and said she would deal with it. Charged us full price for the room! Just awful!

This hotel exceeded our expectations, by a long shot. Alaska is like two worlds in the winter and then the summer. It is now summer and this property looks breathtaking at this time of year. A beautiful lake with views of the snow capped mountains. The hotel has docks and a gazebo with a beautiful lawn and Birch trees. The staff and guests, for that matter, were all friendly. The remote control is apparently disinfected and bagged, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great with waffles, sausage, eggs, hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc.

Nice and inviting lobby. The rooms are comfortable and every door leads to the indoor hallway. It's decorated nicely and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a bit out of the way but very reasonable prices considering the amenities. Very short drive to restaurants, salons, bars, shopping and as the name denotes, Lake Lucille.

We had a first floor beautiful lake view. Unfortunately there was a traveling sports team of high school group of girls staying above us. We heard a lot of running, music, loud talking and such. Overall, we were happy with our experience. The staff were all very nice. They had a great breakfast too.

Great experience. Friendly and informative staff, free breakfast, and most importantly we were in Alaska.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Lake Lucille Inn in Wasilla, AK in March. It was a very clean & quiet place to stay. We had a lake side room with a sliding glass door balcony, granted the lake was frozen, but it made for gorgeous pictures. If I ever make it back to Wasilla, I would definitely stay here again!

The facility is very slightly run-down but I got to give it 5 stars because the service was fantastic. I like the atmosphere in my room that overlooked the lake was fun. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff did a really good job of turning us down every night. I'll be back, but really, you don't have many choices when it comes to the staying in Wasilla.

Well I checked in about 7pm. Got to my room and found the thermostat set at 60 F. That didn't impress me all that much. It took two hours to get the temp up to 70. The room was fairly nice. It has furniture updates, ample pillows and the bed/mattress was ok. The room is fairly large with plenty of room to move around. TV is large. There are three lamps in the room and all of them have switches on the base and two plugins on each base for computers and phone chargers. That is a nice touch. The refrigerator is large. There is no microwave like it said in the online details about the rooms. There is a coffee maker in the bathroom. The bath room appears well appointed with updates to the bath/shower. Once plus is instant hot water in the shower. The "free" breakfast while having quite a few choices really wasn't any thing to write home about. The pastries were hard as a rock. There was yogurt in the refrigerator. Bread for making toast, French toast sort of in chafing dish was tasteless and cold. Scrambled eggs were also in chafing dish also cold. Canadian bacon was ok but also cold. I'll be eating breakfast some where in town in the morning. When done with the breakfast I had to use the bathroom. I went into the mens room by lobby. I had to leave as the smell of urine was too intense for me. I don't know what the issue is/was but I went to my room. The Wi-Fi and internet connection worked fine. Never kicked off line. I would stay here again.

Great facilities, everything delivered as promised, and a affordable rate with friendly, helpful service. My event went off without a hitch and made my company look professional. Highly recommended.

This is a very great and very beautiful place to stay here in Wasilla. They made sure that everyone is happy and well taken care of. They also take a lot of Pride in everything that their bed and breakfast is top notched. I myself would say that this is the best bed and breakfast around the Wasilla and Palmer area to stay. We would very highly recommend Alaska Lake Lucille Inn and bed and breakfast to everybody to stay at to enjoy themselves and just relax. Very excellent!
