Feels like home with the kitchenette, I can bring some basic foods with me to cook and have on real dishes with a dishwasher to clean them up in. Love it!

With the exception of a few parts of our stay the hotel staff was nice and incredibly helpful including the night manager named Chris!
He really deserves a raise for all his help.

They don’t offer upgrades, you have to ask. You probably won’t get one, even if an upgrade becomes available. I’m Titanium for LIFE, in a normal room. Still nice, but would love an upgrade. Everywhere else just gives me an upgrade.

Our room and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the accommodations in the room! Only side note would be for parents who plan to use their pool; the floor is just tile which wet made for a pretty dangerous and slippery surface. I would bring pool shoes or flip flops.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Hot breakfast is served free each morning and the waitress goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Rooms are nicely appointed with a small kitchen, microwave and fridge that has all necessary eating utensils. Beds were soft and comfy and I had a slight window view to the nearby mountains.

If you are staying in Anchorage for multiple days than this is a solid place to stay. We were only there for one night, but it met are needs. Full kitchen was great even though we didn't need it. Close to lots of restaurants and Fred Meyer.

Cozy place with a calm, clean bed room. Full kitchen is nice to cook your own meal. Staffs were really kind and helped me really well including pick up service from the airport. Recommend this place with all my heart.

Good hotel for pets. Clean, yes. But maintenance is needed in a bad way. First impressions are great, until you hit the elevator. Carpet smells like cat pee and is in desperate need a replacement. 2 bdrm suite has good appliances, however the sinks garbage disposal had something large and moldy in it. Beds are very comfy and clean, TV has HBO and specialty channels. Pool area is fine for little swimmers, make sure to look around for debris or band-aids. This is a personal experience over 4 days.

Amazing staff, especially the front desk. They bent over backwards to fix an issue I had, even though I told them it wasn't necessary. Rooms here are nicer than the residence inn nearby. Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Better than the Captain Cook surprisingly. Better Wi-Fi and has a Continental breakfast. It also has kitchenettes in the rooms.

Since this was a professional meeting, we didn't stay long enough to assess the hotel staff. The rooms looked small, but neat. The main lobby was nicely laid out to accommodate group check-ins, but wasn't as clean as I'd prefer. I'd stay here in a pinch or for last minute trips.

The hotel was nice enough, clean lobby and facilities. The pool being indoor is nice, only the hot tub was out of order while we were there. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable with a good channel selection on the tv. If you do breakfast note that it stops at 9 soooo dont over sleep… Like we did… Maybe because the beds were comfortable. It's in a good location relative to numerous thinks around town too… Recommend.

Best place in Anchorage. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Beyond that, the staff makes the stay well worth it. Everyone was a superb!

Nicest most helpful staff ever! Karen who takes care of the breakfast was super helpful but EVERY staff member was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful.

The staff customer service is great! Starting from the front desk to room service; friendly & service with smiles. Karen, the breakfast lady, was super helpful and went out of her way to help me get my family's breakfast together.

Your average Towne Place. Clean, somewhat updated, some good places for dinner nearby. The only downside is heater, relatively noisy.

This place has cozy beds and nice staff. A great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Pet policy was not clear and over the top priced for a small Maltese. They do not shed and waa told it was for hair removal? My daughter left a new outfit in bathroom at hotel when called it was not turned in by maids. ☹

I have stayed at TownePlace Suites multiple times. The hotel is very clean. The rooms come fully stocked with dishes, dishwasher, dish soap, full size fridge, and utensils. Its everything you could need away from home. I highly recommemd it.

I liked it. Wasn't too expensive but felt like an expensive hotel. Recommended.

The price of the room was great, the lady handling breakfast was outstanding! While the room was in good order, their seemed to be a smell in the room after housekeeping would take care of the room. Also, there is no hotel shuttle, the jacuzzi was out of order, and there were a lot of unmonitored kids in the pool. I would stay here again due to the rate.

I have there to see a friend. It a good place to stay in Anchorage as close to Walmart and a good gym nearby. Offices are at walking distance.

Is this place hunted and be honest please. It is a great place to stay. It's like an apartment, I would stay here again.

Checked in late and staff was very helpful and informative. Excellent facility and the room was good.

Towneplace used to be my go to place, I always raved about how amazing the hotel was. Then in October 2016, I booked a regular double bed room for my kids and I, and when we got there, the linens had not been changed, the floor was full of crumbs, and the couch was full of crumbs. I immediately contacted the front desk. We were upgraded to a complimentary 2 bdr suite, and that room was dirty also. I thought that maybe this was my only bad experience. So I went back again in April 2017, I booked a king size studio. The linens had not been changed, and there was DRIED URINE on the bedspread. It was so disgusting. I was offered to change rooms, the new room was recently maintained and still had tools on the floor. I was offered a new room once again, and finally had a clean room. I will not be staying at Towneplace anymore after these 2 experiences.

Great hotel. Awesome staff, convenient location, and very nice furnishings and decorations. Room was large and very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Would have liked a couple more pillows but it was so late didn't bother to request. Free internet and shuttle to airport. Again staff were efficient, friendly, and very professional. Bosnia checked me in and he provided excellent service. Moose's Tooth restaurant is only blocks away! Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

The hotel itself is great — very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The only difficulty is transportation into downtown. A shuttle or some other resource would be great.

I'm not one to really complain about accommodations but my experience with this hotel was less than desirable. I stayed for 10 days. The night we arrived our vehicle was broken into and some equipment was stolen. Clearly not the hotels fault, however after checking whether the parking lot had cameras we were told it did not, but the manager would contact us. That did not happen. Again, not holding it against the hotel. I do however find it strange that the manager never bothered to check if there was anything they could help with. A few other things I found a bit annoying was the pans in the kitchenette are far too big for the stovetop. Very difficult to cook with. Lastly the fact that there is only one type of pillow. The down feather style pillows were very uncomfortable. I'm trying not to sound petty in this review but these things can be rather annoying during an extended stay. I'm hoping the hotel will be able to improve off of this review.

We stayed for one night in the suite 333 on Aug 10, 2017. (1) room Wi-Fi was not able to get on, we paid 4.95 USD then able to use Wi-Fi (2) When checking out next morning, for some reason the front desk won't be able to charge the amount of 40.32+4.95 USD to my credit card, we paid cash for the amount and I got the invoice later from my yahoo email with total balance = 0 USD. However, today I saw there is a charge of 6.47 CAD was post on my credit card on Aug. 14! The amount is not big, but I can certainly say Towneplace will certainly not be my choice for our next trip to Anchorage or other place.

Went there for a weekend about two months ago! Swimming pool is nice but the room is stuffy and dirty we checked out a day early because I got sick! never again!

The hotel was great, but there was not much to do around.

The room was clean, closet had an organizer, almost full kitchen with dishes, laundry on site, comfortable bed. Hot breakfast.

We had a medium sized dog and a small cat. The attendant recommended a first floor room closest to the exit for the comfort of our dog when he learned she was a senior at 14 years old and I was concerned about her having accidents in the elevator. We were all very comfortable and the sounds of passerby's was reasonable in regards to our room's location by the exit. But the recommendation was perfect because my old girl would squat as soon as we got outside! There was not reserved area for her to relieve herself and we were quite disgusted that some other patrons were leaving their pets' excrement instead of bagging it. So, I would recommend that the hotel reserve and area and have a bag and bin station. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were amazing! When I needed a room refresh they were quick and even attended to the litter. I greatly enjoyed our week there! Thank you all!

I stayed a few nights here housekeeping was wonderful… one of my housekeeper in my stay left me a wonderful note expressing that she hope I was having a wonderful stay there and if I needed anything just let any of the housekeeper know and it was going to get done… housekeeping was great the housekeeper Anny witch left the note was wonderful. Saw me in the hell and always there was a good morning. All the housekeeping services was great. Will recommended any guest to stay front desk everything was wonderful and everyone was wonderful. Will stay there my next stay in Alaska also told my business about your hotel for they stay. Thank you all.

Place is new and is dedicatedly set up for extended stays. It has a medium size fridge, stove, and dish washer. The in door pool is only 4 get deep, but was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant hotel. Staff is fantastic, very kind and professional. Unfortunately, you can hear the upper floors through the ceiling. I can also hear my neighbors TV through the walls. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel.

Rooms are nice. Hotel room with kitchenette. Lots of storage space. Included breakfast is above average. Pool is small, but hot tub is large. Laundry facilities available. Very happy with my stay.

The cleanliness is definitely outstanding but how the rules like in the fitness room or pool aren't being followed. Too much noise from other people during late at night and it's very annoying. The staff are very nice and helpful though which is nice.

Went and drop off my soon to be in-laws, the hotel van driver, decided to rev up his gas and then speed off at least going 30 mph! Went on the main road next to the hotel and then speed about 50 mph! This all happen cause we was dropping people off and getting groceries out off the bed of the truck! We a car full off people. Two kids! Talk to another town place worker and he said we can't park in front of the hotel! But we was not parking we where dropping family off!

Very nice place. Clean, rooms are awesome full kitchens, and the staff is super nice. Beds are comfy. Would be a great place if you had to be in a hotel long term.

My bed is hard, our room is never cleaned unless we ask them to do it. Other then that they are nice rooms, people at the front desk are really nice, but it took two days to get extra pillows and blanket. It looked good on the ads. Haven't had a good night sleep here.

We stayed in this hotel for few days! So blessed that I chose this hotel! They made our stay so comfortable. From the shuttle driver, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff, we couldn't ask for another hotel! They offer a wide variety of breakfast that will fill you until lunch. Very friendly, efficient and so welcoming staff! And the room is so comfortable! Best hotel we have ever been!

Quiet n lots of room. Really good service, lots of space in the kitchen, large table n good chairs, n good large bathroom space.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and have zero complaints for our entire stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in several different rooms and they were all very clean and comfortable but the family suite was particularly wonderful with 3 tvs so the whole family can watch their own shows. Affordable and close to everything you might need. Highly recommended.
