It's clean it's well-kept it's next door to a Burger King and it's walking distance to a waffle House what more could you want?

Absolutely terrible. Something bit us throughout the night and the bed was lumpy. Had to change hotels.

Beds very comfortable, bathroom set up is a little unhandy, decor nice, breakfast great, light over mirror went out so hard to see in mirror.

Clean reasonable prices nice staff. My friend left his wallet here and they agreed to Fed ex it to me so that we could avoid a 250 mile back track on a road trip. Very kind. They were amazing. Breakfast is ok. Waffles. Juice. Biscuits and gravy. Yummy.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, decent accommodations at a reasonable price. And breakfast is a plus. Pet friendly at a reasonable charge. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I really wish I could give this hotel a higher rating but they sent me home with bed bugs! I was driving back to Tuscaloosa from Athens, Georgia and had to stay here because my truck broke down. They only had one room left with a single bed for $200 ($227 with tax) but I was desperate so I took it. The hotel stay was actually nice and the front desk was also nice and accommodating but I left with bed bug bites all over my arms and now have to take precaution and quarantine all of my clothes and bedding just in case they traveled with me. This is so unfortunate because I actually enjoyed my stay.

Overall not a horrible experience. Only con I have, which is a big deal. We stayed two nights on the last morning we were still in bed at around 9 am, housekeeping unlocked our door and proceeded to enter without knocking or making it known who he even was. It woke me up when I heard the door unlock and and woke my boyfriend up who said something and he went back out. Check out is 11 am we also had the do not disturb sign on the door. We got up and got our stuff ready and left around 10am, when I was walking down the hall he was coming out of another room and asked are y'all leaving now. I said isn't check out at 11 am he said yes. I stated that's what I thought. I'm very disappointed by this, other than that the rooms were clean.

I'm not going to stay here again because it's a rip-off on the price.

Only thing that is good about it is the lady at the front desk was very friendly and it was clean. Other than that, the bed was hard as a rock, and the water pressure in the shower was not good. Not worth $94 dollars a night.

This location does NOT have an elevator, and all rooms require going up and down stairs. NOT for people with physical limitations. Breakfast was terrible. Room smelled musty.

The staff were great. The overall quality of the hotel was poor. Our room was very musky and humid upon entering it and had a strange odor. The bath tub had a pool of brown water that had obviously been sitting because it didn’t drain properly. But you get what you pay for.

Quiet room and comfortable bed. Convenient to I-20. Very helpful and courteous employees.

Great place to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were newly renovated and clean. We were VERY pleased with our stay. Great price for a great room!

If you have someone that is handicap beware. There is no elevator here. Only have a lift that fits a wheelchair and can only go to one floor. Also the handicap person won't be able to go to the dining area. Air conditioners in room are noisy and do not cool enough.

The light above the sink was burned out and the room had bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my legs.

It looks pretty good from the outside but the inside surprised me. Not in a good way we were downstairs in a half basement. Upon entering I noticed both beds had burn holes in the blankets. There were bugs, some dead some not, on the floor near the half window. The ice machine was broke, the elevator was broke, our keys never seemed to work right in the reader even after changed twice… My family and I stayed two nights at this hotel due to our vehicle breaking down. The staff were rude and demanding with the exception of one front desk lady who went out of her way to help us. One of the staff even demanded we leave the room after our first night so they could clean it. The following morning we packed up everything on our double stroller and walked nearly a mile to another hotel… Do not stay here… Ever!

The good news is that they are very pet friendly. However, some things need improvement: Wi-Fi was intermittent at best; microwave was inoperable; towel rack was falling off the wall; no sitting chair and desk chair was dangerous — don't sit back in the chair; toilet height was for midgets; poison ivy in bushes at check-in canopy; bed like a brick. Otherwise, no complaints.

The tub didn't drain, burn holes on the bedding, stains on the towels. The cover to the HVAC fell off in the middle of the night, from about 5 feet in the air.
And, they charged us for a night we had exchanged months before. $850. + for 3 days was rediculous.

It was a cheap place to stay one night. There is no way I could stay longer. Didn't feel safe to me at all. No code or key to get in the side door… just open for whoever. There was shady people lingering outside at all hours. Couldn't sleep. Spend the extra money and stay else where. Rooms were clean though. Needs new bed spreads… cigarette burn holes in them… yuck. Extension cord for microwave, TV and fridge… kept going out… blowing the safety switch.

We checked in to this facility at approximately 6:30 PM after a long day of travel. We have 2 small dogs and it is nice to find a hotel willing to accept pets. By the time we got settled in, found food for dinner it was about 9 P. M. We then realized the air conditioning was not very cool. We adjusted the air and proceeded to prepare for bed. The air conditioning never did improve during the night. In the morning when we checked out we pointed this out to the front desk. The only response was "Oh thank you why did you not tell us sooner? " There is no way at 1 or 2 AM would we have notified the front desk as the only solution would have been to move to a different room! It would have been nice if they would have discounted the room!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel two nights this past weekend and enjoyed it very much, our room was very clean and the desk clerks were very nice and polite especially the young man who worked the evening shift I would recommend this hotel to stay in.

While the staff was friendly and tried very hard to accommodate us, my husband and I find very little positive to say. Firstly, we RESERVED a smoking room-via the Choice Hotels website-only to be told when we checked in that this hotel has been smoke-free since NOVEMBER 2015! We reserved this room in Mid-March 2016. Secondly, we noted on the website that the hotel had parking for buses, trucks and RVs. Nothing like that exists. If not for a very helpful gentleman, we would have been stuck in a mud hole with potholes deep enough to break an axle! Thirdly, the entire wing where our room was smells strongly of paint and the door to our room doesn't work properly. You have to use the key card and then lift UP on the handle! If you are looking for a hotel based on it's website, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Its a good place and very nice, I just didnt like the fact that they hold $60 for 2 days off your debit/credit card.

Staff very friendly goes out of their way to be helpful, extremely polite, and yet professional. Offers alot of different options for breakfast. With little to no effort on your part can have an excellent fresh sausage waffle. That is tasty and not hard like a frozen waffle toasted. I believe from the smell and looks this place was recently upgraded and remodeled. The whole place was extremely clean and well taken care of. Best BBQ restaurant 1/4 mile down the street. A variety and assortment of food establishments close by.

Every Quality Inn we've stayed at in Alabama was filthy and over run by cockroaches! Others in out group were eaten by bed bugs.

The hallway had an unpleasant smell, our non-smoking room smelled liked smoke. The lady at the front desk offered us another room and the second room had a strong paint scent. I told the lady I was not pleased and she offered us a refund that we have yet to receive.

Clean, nice room. Showed guest laundry. Had none. Counter boy Couldn't tell me where anything in town was. Drove 14 miles to a laundromat when one was less then a mile away.
