Someone set the parental control on my DIRECTV! Front desk not able to fix this! Frustrating! Spire Elite and this is what I get?!?

Friendly staff, quiet location, amazing shower and comfortable bed.

Very clean with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Many restaurants near by. Walmart is across the street. We had a very nice 3 night stay. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is very helpful and very polite the rooms are clean and cozy.

Had a wonderful stay here. They offered a breakfast buffet and were very attentive during my stay. I was on a road trip and found this place to have availability. It was very relaxing and quiet. Great location as well since it's by a Walmart and restaurants. Next to the highway, so easy access for travel. They also had a gym and a laundry room.

Totally recommend Pell City, AL location. My husband and I came in at 3 am and Mgr was very helpful. She went above her duties to accommodate us. The hotel is obviously new, because the facilities were very nice. Definitely enjoyed the shower. Only issue was the housekeeping ladies could have been quieter this morning.

OMG the best mattress I have ever slept on! My sleep is the most important to me and they truly delivered!

The hotel was very spacious and modern. The rooms were great. I LOVED the shelves in the bathroom! Housekeeping staff was friendly. One day the food was terrible, but the other day, it was actually really good. I was not greeted as a Spire Elite Member, nor did we get Spire Elite packages in our room. It was not a warm welcome either. Front desk staff was cold as was the breakfast crew Saturday morning. Sunday's crew super friendly and we were able to phone in our check out. I would stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed 10 nights here. Breakfast each morning was good with a several choices of food. Make sure you put up your door hanger if you are sleeping in or your maid will wake you. The snack selection is well priced. Sign up for the rewards points if you are planning on staying several nights. Could be useful in the future.

This hotel has been remodeled very nice very clean. Staff is very helpful. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything next door TV people talking radio.

We had a good experience here! Rooms are clean, the breakfast is really good… they have some healthy choices (egg white omelette and turkey sausage) which most other hotels don’t have. The machines in the fitness room were a little old and the screen on the treadmill didn’t work. Good stay though if you’re traveling! Also, Directv channels didn’t work too good in the room.

One of the better holiday inns I have stayed at, and I travel for work. Friendly, clean, and not outdated.

It's your typical Holiday Inn. The rooms were updated at the beginning of 2016. They have a lounger/couch, desk, dresser, TV, bench, and bed (s). The closet is open (no door). There is a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. The gym has a treadmill, bike, elliptical, weight rack (5-50 lbs. ), bench, and some accessories. There is an outdoor pool. The shopping plaza has enough restaurants for a few days of stay.

Stayed two days. Room was nice upon arrival. Nice beds. But had problems. When we got back in the afternoon, found beds were not made, no toilet paper, and missing new towels. I know someone came in because our old towels were removed. Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels that were not replaced. Only staying 2nd night because I don’t feel like repacking and going somewhere else.

So This place was awesome… staff was friendly and attentive. Facility was very clean. Beds are super comfortable and have GREAT pillows. Breakfast is good. There are lots of little details that add up to a great stay. Like all the soap and shampoos and lotions are by Bath And Body Works. Lots of clean linens. A/C works great. Bathroom was spotless. There is a keurig in the room (although some idiot ruined it by pouring a k-cup in the water tank) There are fresh apples in lobby and also cookies. I must admit, I should have taken one or two cookies but I obviously have no self control when it comes to chocolate chip… so I took 6 and ate them till my stomach hurt. I feel bad about it so I was going to compensate by making a good review and attaching a picture to this review that I drew on my phone. But it won't let me post a photo. So ill describe it. It is a dinosaur wearing an American flag cape riding a snowmobile but it has lasers instead of eyes. Pretty sweet right? Hope we can call it even on the cookies now.

Excellent accommodations. Will plan a day on the Coosa River, and retire for the evening here.

The best rooms for pretty good price, the only thing is the hallways smell a little like smoke, from the smoking rooms.

Awesome from customer service to the cleanliness. Hot breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again if in this area! Wow factor.

The staff checking in was great but that's where it ended. The room was OK but the hallway and common areas all smelled of smoke. They still have smoking rooms which I didn't think existed still. Got to breakfast at 8:30 and the pancake machine was not working and everything else was picked over. If you're contemplating staying here keep driving. There were seemingly much nicer ones a few miles down the road towards GA.

Room was super clean and well stocked with bath accessories. Breakfast was wonderful… wide assortment of food items to select from. Staff was extremely friendly.

Unpleasant disturbing situation, and nobody cared to make it right. I paid for my full stay and I kept getting notices every morning that my credit card had been decline. When I went to the front desk they checked the system and it showed the room was paid for the full stay. They just didn't care it was a mistake, they took it was not a big deal. I was very disturbed, I would have left but unfortunately I paid in advance and couldn't get a refund. Please avoid I was told that it's an ongoing situation and it happens often, like they just don't care to correct the situation. The manager? I didn't even see him. Thumbs down Holiday Inn.

This was an awesome hotel. The room was super clean, and the staff was very wonderful. They even went the extra mile to accommodate us for breakfast.

Lovely rooms that are nicely appointed. Breakfast is good, the cinnamon rolls are lovely, but avoid the egg things!

Overnight stop on way back from Disney (about half way for us). Great location right off highway and near a Walmart. Did the job well.

Nice facility and good breakfast bar. Dissapointed that my room (3rd floor) and hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Woke up with sore throat as a result.

Place has been a mess for more than 6 months remodeling, very inconvenient. Lobby has been in shambles for more than the few weeks I have been here. They changed their internet provider and it it much worst than it used to be. Hopefully in the end it is all worth the mess.

The carpet was very old, worn out and needed to be replaced immediately. There were dogs on site and we explained that I am an asthmatic before making the reservation. The breakfast was okay. There was a very stale odor in the room upon arrival and lasted for several days. There was a window completely broken out by the large front door windows at the entrance. The front door entrance had a very strong odor upon entering. We will never stay there again. After driving for 12 hours it was not a good choice for a place to stay.
