Located in a quiet office park this hotel provided a lovely respite after a long day of travel. We have stayed her previously when traveling and return because we know this location is not your typical off interstate spot. The hotel lobby is welcoming and clean. The staff, gracious, efficient and welcoming. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. Our only issue was the bathroom — the towels were dirty and had to be replaced — not a huge thing, but not something you want to deal with after traveling for 10 hours.

The parking lot at this place is heaven for thieves. There is absolutely no security and it is dark, providing the perfect opportunity for your car to be broken into. My truck was broken into (window smashed) on 6 June 2018 along with 6 other vehicles (that I know of) in the same parking lot. 3 more vehicles were broken into the next night (7 June 2018), with one of the vehicles being broken into for the second night in a row. On 4 June 2018 there were at least 2 vehicles (that I know of) broken into and the weekend prior there were at least 2 cars broken into. In addition, there were 4 cars broken into on memorial day weekend (according to Montgomery Police) and this is not uncommon at this property. These are just the incidents that I know about, there may be more that the management will not tell me about. The management is not proactive about warning customers or providing any kind of security for the parking lot. I would highly recommend ANYWHERE ELSE. There is an Embassy Suites downtown as well as the Renaissance which are both great and have safer parking.

Definitely the place you would want to stay for the night or if you're going to be in the area for a few days. The staff is is incredibly friendly and only want the best for their costumers. There's plenty of parking, and you can tell by the way the lobby is presented to you that it will be a pleasant stay. As soon as you walk in everything is elegant and beautiful. There's a small dining area for coffee and a quick snack. The rooms are rather nice and spacious. The bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but it could always be worse. Most importantly, this hotel is extremely clean.

The room and bathroom were clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. Save your money and go somewhere else for breakfast.

Easy to get to, it's right off the highway. The room was very nice and our check-in was done with great service. My only regret was having breakfast plans, thus not getting to enjoy their breakfast. It looked fantastic.

Beautiful Decor! Filled with organic shapes and colors to mimic nature and this design aesthetic is throughout the entire hotel is very cool and beautiful!

This hotel is very nice for the price. I'm staying for business so hotels tend to be my second home and I'm happy when it turns out well. The room service is terrible, I would save your money and eat out… The breakfast was free since I am a diamond member and it was delicious. The location is very convenient and I will definitely stay here again!

A food place to stay, keuring in room, the house keeps love decaf though, only gave one regular coffee. Anyway pretty standard Garden Inn, continental breakfast is 6.95 and normal warm is $11. Other than thst it's pretty standard with friendly staff. Hotel is a bit older but it's been renovated nicely in the lobby and works well for work purposes.

I attended a company meeting here. The lobby was very nice and everything was super clean. The small conference room was typical; chairs and a couple of tables.

The location was secluded but a short drive ttyl almost anything. The lobby was bustling and the bistro/restaurant was very active. The staff was courteous. The rooms were a bit dated as could be seen in that all the outlets in the lamps were worn out. Also at check in the staff didn't follow procedure. I checked in via the honors app and provided my card but was asked to do so again at the desk… however I was given my room keys without my ID being checked which was worrisome.

Noticed something sticky on the carpet between beds as soon as I took my shoes off. Air conditioner noisy and then awakened 3 times in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into my room and hotel staff assisting them. No sleep after that the rest of the night and of course too tired to enjoy the tailgate and football game the next day. Mentioned the Hilton Promise and nothing done. Next night we get back in and neither key working. Very disappointed as a loyal Hilton Honor traveler.

This hotel is awesome, very much. Food is amazing and staff members are very knowledgeable. Great Director of Food Area (Carmen), wonderful General Manager (Melvin). Treated hurricane evacuees with dignity and respect. They even modified pricing for those short on cash! Amazing amazing amazing. Will not stay anywhere else.

First thing I noticed is the the staff was super curteos and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hot breakfast was extra but it was good.

Consistently one of the best Hilton Garden Inn's that I visit. Staff is well trained and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

The conference room was very nice. The food served to us was delicious. We had chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies with a roll. Sweet tea was on point!

The hotel was alright. We stayed in a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke.

Room was clean, nothing special The bed was kinda hard. Only free thing was the Wi-Fi, no free breakfast or drinks or anything. Had a drink at the bar and my friend had some weird substance all over his glass. Kinda gross.

I would have given this one five stars, BUT, they need some help with the breakfast. Whoever is in charge of that needs to think harder about quality. 1. The orange juice is so watered down that it's gross. Come on, do you REALLY save that much money by watering it down that much? Just stop. 2. Lukewarm coffee — seriously. 3.30 things of grape jelly, 4 strawberry. I know it's a personal preference, but I heard 3 people ask for strawberry jelly. I know it's probably 3cents more for you to buy strawberry jelly, but seriously — is the hotel that desperate for money? All that said, the hotel staff people are wonderful — so friendly, so helpful, the front desk people are very efficient. I loved it. But, again, if you're going to charge 10.00 for an already-mediocre breakfast, you need to rethink things a little. So, the whole review of the hotel suffers because breakfast isn't run well, and that's one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel! Hotel was beautiful and clean. I really really enjoyed the fact that this site is just so convenient! The staff were so helpful, even upgraded our room for free. The atmosphere therein the evenings are just excellent and the open lounge area is great to just relax in.

GREAT rooms, staff and food. Everyone was super friendly, especially the chef. I would highly recommend trying one of his signature meals. All around awesome.

I've stayed at a few Hilton Garden Inn's. This IS NOT in the same class as all the others. It might be worth a $49.00 motel but not even close to what they charge. Safe, yes. Friendly staff, yes. They claim HD TV's, I had a old "Phillips" I think, just sitting on a table, one view, one angle. The remote was wore, could not read all the lettering, but doesn't matter anyway, It did not work. I may be wrong, but you hear of some hotels that do not wash the bedspread (who know who does what) and mind was stained (you get the picture. ) Good water pressure in the shower, however, by the time I was finished, the water was over my ankles. Breakfast cost is high and not really that good. Other than at the hotel, there are no restaurants in the area, you have to get back up on the interstate to even find a "fast food" restaurant. I;m sorry, it lacks a lot. I do not normally write these, but I felt I needed to on this experience. Sorry.
