Great Price, Very Clean I will Definitely use this place again.

Hospitality and quietness.

Very nice staff, very quiet hotel with very nice rooms! Clerk at the front desk let us book a room without prepayment as we were driving in from out of town. Gave 5 stars because it was a exceptional stay. Very polite staff and beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Original room was dirty and smelled like smoke so I asked the rude front desk receptionist for a different room. As we exited the elevator a guest was carry a pit bull inside the elevator without a dog leash on. The second room had a broken window lock and it was held close by a small window stopper which I was able to pull open with normal force from the inside and outside. The room was very unsafe because it was on the ground level. The combination of unprofessional staff member, unclean room and lack of safety resulted in this negative review, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We went up to the room and the room had not been cleaned at all. Fast food trash everywhere and sheets/pillows strewn about. When we went to the front desk they said housekeeping was "out for the day" and would situate us elsewhere. They were nice about it and gave us a full refund. Either way, we had a change in plans and left.

They definitely made sure we were comfortable our entire stay! The room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Only thing is I wish they offered a better breakfast. Other than that everything was great, the staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely return!

This was clean quite place. Rates are decent. We had a king size bed, a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and a microwavable. A full bath and dressing area. Plus we could smoke in the room all for about $55 a night.

The 24-hour check-in was very convenient, because we were stopping overnight to break up an 18-hour drive. My wife and 4 kids and I got the last available room with 2 beds and a pull-out sofa bed to accommodate all 6 of us in one room. However, our room wasn't very clean or supplied with enough towels, sheets and pillows for all of the beds. We had to go back and forth to the front desk several times at 2:30 am to get everything we needed. While that was frustrating, I will say that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful to rectify the situation as much as they could. Lack of cleanliness was my main complaint. My wife found a random bobby pin under her pillow in the morning, which leads us to believe the sheets weren't even removed or washed from the last guests. Not good.

Pretty much what you pay for. Not terrible, but not great. The rooms are definitely old but comfortable. When I pulled the covers back, there was a bobby pin under the pillow and one on the floor so that didn't instill confidence that our room was clean. Breakfast was very light even as far as continental breakfasts go. Two kinds of cereal, a few pastries, toast and bananas, coffee and juice. My husband and I have to be gluten and dairy free. Usually we can still find something at hotels but we could only have a banana. Cheap rates but after staying there, the rates make sense.

Looks decent from the outside. The room had an odd smell. The carpeted floor was damp. There was no soap — no hand soap and no soap for shower but there was a package of shampoo. There were two towels and no washcloths. The security chain on room door is pulling out of the wall as if someone tried to break in it. The shower curtain rod isn't secured well. Overall, the room felt dirty. The website did not say there is a pet fee. But, there is. Also a sign on the desk that says there will be a $250 pet fee if an animal is seen after check in. But that sign doesn't say there is a nightly fee based on weight of animal. The front desk clerk was friendly.

Pretty nice hotel, a little high but that comes with the area. Very friendly staff! We hardly got any sleep because of the couple above us. The breakfast was lacking, with only two cereals, bread, pastries, and bananas. Definitely not a good breakfast if you are diabetic or trying to low carb diet. The fitness center is limited to only treadmills and ellipticals, no weights and no area for a decent bodyweight workout.

Very friendly staff! Bed was comfy, quiet room, GREAT price. Pet friendly too!

Very spacious rooms and a awesome staff.

It was cheap but so were the rooms. Uncomfortable beds, toilet not fastened to floor, tub drain plugged up, towel racks hanging by a screw, but it seemed to be bug free.

Good price but really barebone service.

This is a wonderful hotel. I stay here every time I pass through Montgomery, AL. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are exceptionally clean and you can not beat the price.

Great Hotel and great price. I stayed here when I was headed North one night. I prefer the Independent Hotels they have a quainter atmosphere and the prices are better. If you are looking for a nice Hotel with a friendly staff you will like it here. Savannah L.

Flea bag motel. Would of gave it zero stars but it is convenient to my area. That's it.

Made reservations for a one night stay that we updated to a two night stay for this past Saturday and Sunday. While checking in, I was informed that my service dog could not be accommodated in the room we reserved. The front desk was not aware of the difference between a "pet" and a Service Dog or "service cat or iguana". She asked for the typical fake ID that anyone can purchase online amd certificate that doesn't actually exist or make a dog legal. When I provided her with the ADA laws that explained what she was doing was wrong, she refused to even take a glance at them. She gave us a fake number to management but said she was speaking to the manager who informed her we had to be moved to a lesser room. When I asked for the direct number she was using for the manager, she refused to give it to me. This dog had been in training since she was 8 weeks old and raised for the last two years with the nation's leading service dog training organization for combat wounded veterans, all while being training for me and my disabilities specifically for the last year. I informed her that the law stated we had to be given equal access and accommodations and could not be segregated. She took offense to that. I then informed her I was calling the organizations lawyers for guidance and to report the incident for further action from them on our behalf, at which point she wanted to end any interaction with me.

Denied service to myself and my legal service dog by downgrading our room amd moving us to a smoking room. Refused to even look at ADA Law.

I checked in early because they said my room waa ready, but it wasn't because there were no towels in the room, the lamp was broken and the table and chairs were wobbly. Also the towels were supposed to be white, but they looked beige! The staff waa friendly.

Not the best quality, beds seem old, carpet needs replaced, really needs some maintenance, our bathroom door had a hole in it on both sides. Breakfast was toast, cheap pastries, two choices of cereal, bananas, juice and coffee. The rooms smell of old cigarettes even though they are non smoking. Probably would not stay there again unless they do some serious updating.

It was very clean and nice friendly staff. However, we were on our last day of vacation and the kids wanted to go swimming but their pool was closed I suppose that couldn't be helped.

The room was clean the staff was friendly it was quiet no issues no loud disturbances all and all it was very pleasant experience.

It was ok. Sink dripped all night and there was no wash clothes for bathing. Just one bath towel and one hand towel for a room with 2 queens. Location was outside of town, which was much quieter than in the middle of the commotion from the 4th of July.

Very respectful staff and met our expectations.
Old TV not HD, TV had lines, these are the only complaints everything is very good.

They encourage thieves to come around. Someone stole a cooler out of my truck. Parked right in front of back entrance. Couldn't get any assistance from the lady at the front desk.

This is a very good hotel for the price. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. There wasn't much to the breakfast though.

Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, & nice rooms with shower that accommodates tall people. The free breakfast is minimal fare.

We like this motel because of its cleanses the price was very reasonable compare to the other two we stayed at very nice hospitality well mattered people very polite the cost was $ 64.94 compared to $104.47 at days inn and $86.00 at super 6. Yours truly Peter & patty s and family.

Rates are cheap, and the rooms are clean. There is a microwave and small fridge in the rooms I've stayed in. Pretty quiet area with a Race Way gas & convenience store close by.

The room was in need of better repairs and the people above keep stomping and slamming stuff around. We called the front desk clerk several times and it didn't stop till 3 am. We will never go back again.

Its alright, definitely not worthy of the 4+/5 star rating it has. The a/c in our room didnt work, the TV is old and outdated with a fuzzy picture, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned and prepped like a normal hotel would do. The "breakfast" they advertise is literally cereal and bananas. On the plus side, it is cost efficient somewhat, although I cant see how this room cost more than $40. The Wi-Fi is surprisingly very fast. And the customer service was exceptional. Will stay again if its my only option.

We arrived late, Travelocity had reserved the wrong date. Michelle helped us, room was very nice.

Good rate with aarp discount had the family clompers above us at 2am very load but clean room and lots of pillows.

The room was adequate for the cost, one thing I didn't like was a silver fish I found on the shower curtian. Only a 10$ pet deposit! The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.
