Hotel super well located 1 min from the sea. The restaurant is clean and lots of super good and fresh choices. The servers hyper smiling and helpful especially Miss Seda who does her job wonderfully. Thank you.

Everything about the Blue Bay is great. My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years, the staff are all very friendly. The entertainment team, Vipstar are the best and the owners Orhan and Hale have become very good friends, they are friendly and very approachable if you need to speak to them about anything, they always listen to you and try to accommodate the guests requests.

Excellent stay fab hotel clean rooms 5 pools In/outside dinning fab day time snack bar is not your normal stuff chicken wings to die for… staff are incredibly friendly and very hard working. This hotel has so much to offer and is located ideally for beach and shopping. Will definitely return we loved it ❤️

We absolutely love this hotel resort! The staff are so friendly and we class a handful of them as our friends. This is the second time in coming here and it just gets better. Great food, pleasant people, clean and hygienic rooms and an amazing Turkish spa this place does not disappoint. Take my word for it ❤️

Had a mix up on dates at another hotel and the blue bay couldn't have more accommodating sorted us out for 17 days on short notice… staff are amazing.

Really disappointed with the hotel… it was running alive with cockroaches… food was repetitive… restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and so was Chris the pool attendant… the rooms were small but air con worked ok… definitely won’t return.

Had a week in Blue Bay for our honeymoon and we had the best time. Beautiful hotel and location. Food lovely and the staff so helpful. Our room had a fantastic view of the pools. Special thanks to the amazing animation team. You guys get everyone so upbeat and managed to get my husband up joining in. They all have so much energy, there is something for everyone and they took good care of us when we went out for the night aswell. You guys are awesome! We hope to come back soon.

From the first day arriving reception sta & porters Restaurant staff & clearers bar staff service food & choices excellent when we come back to marmaris I will never go anywhere else this is a true review I have read other reviews they must have been in a different hotel.

The hotel is nice, a lot of foreigners. They speak Russian at the reception. Cleaning in the rooms is great every day. The cuisine is very diverse, there is both Turkish national and European, and even fast food. The chef's team are just good. Service at the restaurant at 5 degrees. Food for five. There are 2 outdoor pools. The only downside is that the hotel is on 2 beach lines and the walk to the sea takes 5-10 minutes across the road and a small wasteland. There is no own beach, rents a hotel from the city. By 9 a. M. There are no beds on the sunbeds. All occupied from early morning. The beach is sandy, but the area is small. The water is amazing, the entrance to the sea is sand. Well, it's a hotel in town, there's a place to go for a walk in the evening. Well rested, but next time we will look for a hotel on 1 shoreline.

Spent the last week here with my granddaughter who is 12. Staff are amazing can not do enough for you So friendly and polite. Room so big and beautiful with the most amazing view. Sadly the cleaning of the room was not completed as often as I would expect Only twice during our stay. With the full open cleaning trolley left outside our room each. This is a hazard Accident waiting too happen! Plenty of sunbeds but guests are placing towels on them 6am daily. Then they do not use them for hours later. Food choice was excellent but repetitive Which occurs in all inclusive My personal opinion was not hot enough But a microwave was supplied. Restaurant staff were excellent. Animation team OMG wot can I say ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC work so so hard speak too all guests always very energetic and happy Specially SUE AND CHEETO We will definitely be back soon Thank you For a fantastic holiday ANGIE & PARIS X.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly. The food at the hotel is varied, delicious. You can eat from 8 a. M. To 11:30 p. M. There are two outdoor pools, but both are small. The hotel is not on the first line, but to the sea 3 minutes on foot. The internet in the lobby is free, the speed is satisfactory. Safe in room $5 per night. Impressions are very positive.

Just came back after a week at this hotel. This place is nice, big and really close to the beach, two minutes walk. It has it's own sunbeds on the beach and a bar but products must be paid. We had a room with see view which was nice but we didn't think it comes with a bunch of drunk English people every night under our window. The room was at the first floor and just under it was the bar where people stay late night drinking till they drop all inclusive style. We asked two to change the room because of the noise but every time they said that are no available rooms, which was odd. Food is good with a large variety of choices, meat, fish, vegetables, cheese. Sweets wore kind of lame in my opinion, lucky with the ice cream and the fruits. The pool was kind of smelly because of to much chlorine but why stay at the pool when the see is so close. Parking was easy behind the hotel.

It's a great hotel with an amazing staff where everyone is helpful and they're always happy and smiling. They greet you whenever you come in or leave the hotel as well as when heading to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or even snacks. They got amazing buffets with a huge variety where you can find all kinds of food that suit each and every person in the hotel; chicken, beef, fish and soups. They serve sushi as well, and all sorts of drinks; soft drinks, wine, beer, whiskey and of course cocktails. Plus, they have a great room service and they're very neat and of course they always serve you with a smile. In addition to that, there are always many entertainment programs and kids will love these activities. Even older people can benefit from these activities, too. Therefore, it's a great place to spend your vacation in, of course with your beloved ones even families. You have to know that having access to the hotel Wi-Fi in your rooms is possible but only if you pay for it, but that's not a big deal because it's cheap. It'll cost around 4$ for 24h.

Absolutely fantastic. Fantastic staff, great choice of food. Clean and well designed. Entertainment is usually superb. Good location, plenty of things to do in the day and the night. Really can't fault this hotel, we come back multiple times a year.

All good except the beach. Catastrophically lacking ice on the sea and near the pool. If not occupied before 8am all the sunbeds are nowhere to be found. The area is not big. It's more like 4 than 5. They're feeding perfectly.

Super! Rest on the positive! The rooms are small, but what are they? The room was very clean. Food for slaughter! The staff is friendly. There is a separate 15 + pool. No children, calm and quiet. Recommend!

Good: Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Some nice dishes at dinner. Relax pool is very chilled. Rooms are nicely decorated. Hairdresser, spa and shop on site. Close to other shops and nice restaurants. Close to the beach. Very relaxing environment. Bad: Rooms are not always cleaned well. Standard double room overlooks the very busy road. Food is a bit repetitive. Layout is not intuitive, a bit difficult to figure out where things are. In general, Marmaris doesn't have a lot to do and whenever you step outside you are instantly harassed, cat calling and people wanting you to buy things. Also, if your travel company tell you to do the Turkish bath with them, don't, do it at the hotel.

Rooms and meals without complaints. Of the disadvantages of the entertainment program 1 p. Per week. In fact the second line. But as the territory in front of the hotel is partially built, the sea view in some rooms is decent. The beach is small, near the pier, no bar.

Now I'm resting here. The hotel is great. The main difference from the neighbors, its large area with three pools. The food is excellent, service is super. The Russians are few. The room was very clean. I can recommend. Nearby Leela Blue, the same owner is much sadder.

Just had a week here and me and my family really enjoyed it. Staff are very friendly and always wanting to help you. Food was good had a good selection main meals and snack bar. Good entertainment throughout the day and night. Room was nice and clean with lots of room and easy access to shops bars and restaurants. Pools where very clean the only down fall to the pools where the main pools was very deep and the baby pool is situated in the wrong place as they is no sun till later afternoon but over all great hotel and with definitely be visiting again in the future :) Also wanted to mention the professional photographer’s that are located round the pool we had a great photo shoot and they took there time to get great shots of me and the family. Would really recommend to have a photo shoot done for great memories:)

Great hotel in its price category. Rooms with nice furnishings but some very stained and overlooking the walls of neighboring buildings, we requested a relocation to the hull which is closer to the sea, given a sea view, the room was smaller but functional enough.
The biggest and the most greasy plus you can put the food in the hotel! Great variety of dishes, all very tasty, right down to snacks in the poolside snack bar. The pool is open.
Drinks are normal. In the evening there is a bar in the lobby. Live music is also played there. There is a disco, a hall for evening animation and contests.
The hotel is in a very good location, but there are many people who like it.
The beach is a part of the municipal beach with its sun loungers and umbrellas (b/w), three minutes walk. The only thing you will not be allowed for the hotel area with drinks and food, on the beach there is no hotel bar, only local cafes, where all for extra. Fee.
The center of the walk is 7-10 minutes.

Gathered in Turkey threesome with girls, asked the manager of CORAL to pick us a hotel where more Europeans. And we chose Marmaris. Udachnejshee location BLUE BAY PLATINUM US and bribed-close to the streets with bars and to the quiet beaches of Icmeler. The manager is very pleasant:) Were in the office at Taras Shevchenko (in Kiev). The room on arrival was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although we stayed three girlfriends, booked one room, but we were accommodated without a surcharge to a room with two rooms:) Food-fed perfectly! For 9 days of rest, probably, not even all had time to try. The rest were satisfied!

Great hotel. Good food. Good facilities. Some guests were noisy at night but security dealt with them. Highlight was service from "John" at adults only pool. First class.

We spent 4 days here in early April 2018. It was a great experience all round, the staff are so helpful and pleasant and the food is incredible… and plentiful. The rooms are basic but clean and I would thoroughly recommend Blue Bay Platinum.

Very nice room not conforming was made for a reservation triple room we had a double room with a bed of camp indoor pool being said heated it was frozen. Israeli Arab Population that respects nothing horrible room.

Disappointed after booking a holiday arrived at blue bay early April 18. Wifi extra 20 lira per day yes per day way over priced. Definitely not 5 star. Rooms and furniture outdated. Food good with plenty of choices but far from tables. Staff can do with smiling more. Will not recommend and definitely not come back again. It's really a 3 star.

Рейсы и трансферы пришли вовремя, так что время отпуска мы не потеряли. При бронировании попросили менеджера Coral дать нам номер с красивым видом – по прибытию нас поселили в номер с видом на море. Питание очень хорошее – столы ломились от еды. Хотелось попробовать всё: большой выбор мяса, салаты, паста, супы, выпечка, пицца, фрукты и десерты. Ассортимент регулярно менялся. Обслуживание в ресторане прекрасное, столы убирали быстро. Ненавязчивая анимация, особенно понравились вечерние шоу – выступали очень крутые коллективы.

The hotel is on 4, with excellent food and "so-so" beach. The room was nice but could not be folded, judging by the reviews. No complaints. The overall experience is good. Recommend.

Big last minute scam! Paying a 5 star to find yourself in a rotten annex reserved for French, it is shameful.

Stayed fully inclusive, the food is alright, although you have to get there for 7 (when it opens) for it to be any good. There is alot to do around the hotel, and the spa is amazing and Antonio is wonderful.

Typical large scale hotel. Loads of people. Good value. Plenty of food if sometimes a bit samey. Rooms good. Staff good. Would go back… you know what to expect!

A great hotel! Food very specific, rooms as well as the people (staff) and surroundings of the hotel quite nice and cozy, it is definitely not the last time we have visited the "blue bay's hotel. " Maybe we will check in spontaneously in the near future. Many-many thanks for everything.!

Great place to stay. Our second visit and we will definitely be back. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, good selection of food to choose from.

If staying anywhere near marmaris go to the Blue Bay Platinum and book in to their Spa. They have a variety of treatments to relax and pamper you. Speak to Bulent or Antonio who will be more that happy to assist you with booking the treatment to fit your requirements. It was the best spa treatment by far. Bulent and Antonio ate both pleasant polite and an absolute asset to the hotel. Many thanks to the both of them for making my stay so relaxing.

If you're coming to Marmaris this is an excellent place to stay. Staff are friendly, Housekeeping is generally good at their job, the place is great for kids and has quite a few different pools, each varying in depth, for you to enjoy a swim in and spend most of your hotel time in. There is also a MASSIVE variety of really nice food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snack bar and bakery are also open during the day and are available to you if you book this place all inclusive. Whether you have kids, or are just going out with a few friends or as a couple you are most certainly going to enjoy your stay at BlueBay Platinum (if you book your stay here of course xD).

Liked it very much. Asked to change room, we were not denied, the next day, all done as requested. Food, location, service and staff on top. 4 pools which are always clean, beds are all missing.

The rooms are nice and cosy, all the staff are welcoming and respectful, there's a few different pools you can choose to chill by, the food is amazing and I would definitely recommend you visit this hotel if your staying in Marmaris.

A little crazy. Staff steals inflatable mattresses. But very good and varied cuisine.

In general-the place is not bad, except that in bars stinks dermicom and also pours alcohol very little, Wi-Fi often falls off and if works only in a lobby, the safe is paid, service disgusting, including cleaning, but feed well.

Everybody's lying. The room is small. The beach is dirty, there are not enough places. In front of the hotel is a dusty wasteland. Hotel No more than 3

Upon arrival at check in very little info from reception desk. We had to take our own luggage to room, wich is strange for 5* hotel. They also forgot to gave us towel cards. Housekeeping very bad. The second day I found my sheet folded ion the bed. They didn't even make the bed! Mold in shower, they do not clean properly, because I tried to take it off and it came off very easily with a wet wipe. Staff overall is very friendly though. And the location of hotel is very good. Food also good and lots of variety. Overall okay. But it's definitely not a 5* hotel. Not even for Turkish standards, because I have been in many other 5* hotel.

A very good hotel. Stayed here for one week with my wife and baby of 11 months. Seda who works on the front desk needs promotion as she will help with any issues in Turkish or English. We lost our suitcase and Seda came to the rescue making sure a taxi went to airport to collect this for us. Room Clean and bright. Very modern with a contemporary feel. I found the bed not very comfortable although my partner did not have any complaints. In room cot provided for our baby that was used as a play pen in the day. The view from room 1403 was fantastic (see our pic) Pool /gym / health Impressive choice of four pools and water slides. Very big pools and no complaints when using your own inflatables. Best gym I been to in a hotel as they have new modern equipment with free-weights. Cardio equipment very good with in built TVs and games to play while you jog (very smart). Health suite is very good and modern. Usual Turkish baths and massages Food / drink Very good food. Good selection although if you stayed here for more than one week you may become board. Poolside pizza and burgers are as good as premium vendors on the strip. Drinks good quality just not enough bars if you compare with riu chain. Local beer and spirits are of good quality and not watered down (trust me). Sick of running to the bar?

Excellent. Cleanliness, service and food. Modern feel. It feels good for a vacation to rest. The port is 1 km away. Negative sea is not accessible from the hotel, but as she is small it is better to stay at the hotel. Comfort is everywhere.

Disgusting Internet for money in the rooms. Free, slow only on the lobby. Little Russian, wild Europeans occupy sunbeds with 06-00 am. For them, the announcement that the towels on the sunbeds before 8 am will be withdrawn, so they take up 6-8 PCs of sun beds and leave one "guard". Very funny to look at these Euro idiots". Disgusting bathrooms are clean. After harvesting had 2-GDI maid to return, I wiped off the table and took the empty bottle and the second poke his nose into the dirty towels and force her to change. What are 5 stars?! Yes for what?! A maximum of 3 at a stretch. The hotel area is virtually nonexistent. Very sorry for the money paid.
