Design of the hotel, meals, good housekeeping is the best that this hotel has to offer. The hotel staff does not speak English, or speaks it rather poorly. There is no music anywhere in the hotel during the day and there is the only hotel beach where there is no music.

A super great Hotel. Clean around, always friendly and very attentive staff. We are very satisfied. The Bufet in the evening is always a huge selection. Always something for Everyone! Daily a lot of ready-made salads or vegetables together. Every day, several main dishes — every day, several meats and side dishes. The Nachtischbufet is a dream — every day, several cakes, tarts and Puddings. Alternately freshly prepared delicacies such as kreppel Chen, pancakes, Etc. Or ice-cream. On Frühstücksbufet there are e. G. Different types of bread — for the various countries to visit. Fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats and and and. Also for Lunch there is not always a good choice, of course, as in the evening. Nevertheless, it is full of variety! And who is not still tired in the Afternoon eat ice cream, cake and waffles. The Bars are surrounded by occasions of numerous comfortable Seating. The SPA area is class! The applications are super great! We say THANK you for such a successful holiday!

Very nice and upscale Hotel, the only drawback is the paid Wi-Fi, everything else is really excellent.

We had a Junior Suite and was super nice :) the food is varied and fresh. The staff was very nice and accommodating… there are 3 small flaws and although the lifts take forever to come to a and there are too few, the Animation is very little and at the neighboring Hotels is much more active and the Check in was not great we arrived at 9 am and at 14.30 in the room Oh one more thing, we are third (3 adults) and have a folding bed for the third Person to get what a suite is a bit unusual! but all in all it is a clean Hotel I can recommend in good conscience!

Very nice Hotel all have a Smile on the lips. Fruit could be a little more. Were there 5 days and could not complain. Sea view room is highly recommended!

From this hotel, I expected more! For four days one time cleaned the room, entertainment programs, there is similarity but no wonder the Bar closes at 23:00

Now located within the hotel. The hotel is new. Nice staff. To the sea 4 minutes on a beautiful alley, can be reached by electric car. Huge beach, one of the best on the coast, you can always find sun loungers. Beautiful pier with sun beds and a bar. Right off the pier, the stairs going down to the sea. Very nice interior. Excellent cuisine, lots of fish and meat. Vegetarians is also a good choice of dishes. Fruit — melons, cherries, apples, pears, citrus. All issues are resolved fairly quickly. Very good nd alcohol. Lovely sauna, Turkish bath. We are very pleased with the hotel.

Are now in a hotel, with 20.05.2018 29.05.2018, arrived early, met wonderful! Wearing bracelets, offered to go to Breakfast, then got dressed and went to the beach, 5 minutes walk, but you can hitch a ride on a small open car, the beach is nice, sunbeds are decent and their all missing, settled before lunch, the room is excellent with views of the pool, especially like to mention the work of Inna from the reception, very attentive to guests, always very friendly, helping to solve any request and thereby creates a positive atmosphere at the hotel. The food in the restaurant is varied, good quality, everyone can choose something for yourself! Went on a trip to green canyon, swam, fished. Tour operator Anex, not for the first time with them, well done, no problems. But yesterday at the pool, didn't notice and stepped on a nut, someone from the hotel spilled and not removed in time, the foot drove hard on the wet hardwood flooring and I fell sideways on the iron edge of the adjacent lounger, in the end, blue side and a swollen leg, no idea how to take the return flight to St. Petersburg! If people can't ask you to clean up immediately if something is spilled, can deny food to take to the pool and on the beach will be to roll the pellet in the sand! And Hotel and vacation in General is beautiful!

We (about twenty to thirty of us with spouses) have been enjoying our stay at The Sense De Luxe Hotel during each November along with happy looking faces, clean rooms and linens, and delicious food, not mentioning refreshing cool drinks and beverages… We’re all looking forward for same time and same place in 2018.

A top-class hotel! Stylish, classy and all picobello! The huge spa is a dream, the gym with brand new appliances great, the beach beautiful and the food with great choice very tasty. Not to mention the beautiful room and the mega-comfortable boxing jumping bed. And the staff very friendly and attentive! Like to come back!

Nice luxury hotel in side. Interesting and incendiary animation. It is impossible not to say and about a rather diverse and delicious cuisine. Well. It is convenient to go down to the sea and walk on a good pedestrian road to old side. At the same walking along the sea you can see all the hotels that are located along the pedestrian route. There are a lot of them. We were at the end of January. We liked everything. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff.

Location Corresponds to the stated level. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is wonderful! I like everything here. )

You can't say a Super Hotel anymore.!

We're just back from holiday again.
Too bad I thought it was that all the pools, except for the big ones outside, were not heated. Even the indoor pool was very cold. The fountains were all out! why? Low season? The hotel was full! That seems rather stingy to me! We had a room with a terrace that flows directly into the pool (junior suite swim up) calls the whole thing. Unfortunately, that was the small pool, not heated and as cold as a cold water pool. Well, the water was nice to see though;-) Between June and August, the cold water is certainly a blessing.
The food was delicious, if quite monotonous, when you're there for 10 days.
Spa area: Very nice saunas and relaxation areas. However, 30 minutes in the hot tub costs a staggering 20 euros! For comparison our local swimming pool "Bahia" requires 22 euros for a day ticket and there is everything in it, including whirlpool;-)
I was positive about the operation, in particular Murat and Ali. Friendly and heartfelt people and speak super German.
Rooms were large and cosy, but there were also numerous questionable stains on the carpet: — (I'm generally not a fan of carpets.
This is not the best hotel I've been in, but it's not the worst either.

I was in the postage for nine days and on the firs day I ate fish with salad of vegetables at dinner and then my body was poisoned and I went to the hospital for 3 days and I did not get anything from the help of the butler. When I came to the information officer and talkedto him about the problem of poisoning, othel had no relationship and his words were rude. I never see a bad hotel like the sense de luxe hotel.

Who writes bad reviews don't believe… The hotel is great… Staff… Well, just njas all … Kitchen super… Every day a different menu. A hot table. Meat fish. The turkey is all there. Very little fast food. (which is very gratifying). Wai fai is… in general personally for me. There was not a single negative … I'll be back again at this hotel…

Wi-Fi connection is not good.
