Great place. 👍 👍👍 super friendly staff, very well maintained hotel complex. 2 min to the beach. It doesn't get any better than that. 👍

❤️ 🇹🇷 The hotel is just awesome. Everyone was super friendly, everything was always nice and clean especially the hotel rooms. No boredom there was always something going on. The food was very good, as well as the buffet. I was overwhelmed. The selection was very large. The hotel is really just to end. Until next year 2023 We will be back.

It's true easy ser hammer all staff very very nice bufett flawless and clean it was anyway super thumbs up.

The hotel is nice, clean, spacious. The room is also normal, but the shower room with the toilet is very small and cramped. Barely one person fits, all narrowly and closely located toilet, sink and shower cubicle. Washing a small child was very crowded. Another negative, the ventilation in the toilet is bad and constantly had a bad smell! For 5 stars, such a shower room just does not fit…
Some sockets didn't work, the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly! Cleaned in the room every day.
There was a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. Basically all the staff were German speaking. Waiters did not always bring drinks on time, had to ask several times. And sometimes you take it yourself.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the huge pool, there is also a children's pool and indoor.
The elevator cabin is very small and had to wait in line to enter it from 2, and sometimes 3 times. The beach is nice clean, sandy.
The food was tasty and varied, there is something to choose from.
Very tasty pancakes for breakfast, coffee or tea a wide variety of desserts, especially liked baklava.
In the refrigerator rooms always put new drinks, there was always water, cola, juices.
There are also small boutiques on site where you can buy swimsuits, water inflatable cylinders, etc.
There is a photographer and a photo salon.
All in all not bad!

Great Hotel, from the cleanliness, the incredible food, the Service, the friendliness of the staff, with very nice outdoor facilities, leisure facilities, to a Spa area with a medical practitioner and professionals as a therapist-not a ten-minute treatments with a good price/performance ratio. We were not at home. It was a great holiday. Anyone who complains, should better stay at home.

A wonderful vacation, super Hotel prepared very good Servis delicious and versatile food with a lot of love. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great facility. Particularly, the photographer Harun matter, a dream of quality of the images, as well as the friendliness of the 4 photographers. The Hamam I found not so good och think it is very overpriced. Otherwise, everything was perfect again, I'll come back next year and recommend your Hotel very much. To praise what is the tourists are almost only German and that is the complete system for older and disabled people. The Manager Mehmet the first 14 days in this Hotel works, is very anxious that all the guests well and he touches also is used where help, he is yet to meet nocht to loss your every desire. Stayed at this hotel a week ago and had the best experience. The staff were friendly yet so professional, the rooms are comfortable most with a glorious pool & sea view. The pool and the pool area was large enough for everyone and had great water slides which my daughter loved. The food was out of this world with something different everyday not like you standard hotel food this was good quality food. If you are there for the Turkish night then go get a good seat as this is a show not to be missed. I've seen many Turkish night shows but this is one of the best. 5* hotel at it's best will be happy to return.

Old Hotel. Not A 5 Star. However, good 3 star Hotel.

A Hotel with charm. We — my wife and I — were in March 2015 to 3. Time in the TERRACE as a guest. Our General verdict : RECOMMENDED. This Hotel has excellent Service, the staff is very friendly. The "Kitchen" produced an extensive, delicious Buffet and seduced to the feast, my compliments! The desserts and cake galore are extremely good. The rooms and sanitary facilities are carefully geflegt — about the Spa area, we can make no statements. It was striking that in this Hotel from many of the "regulars" will be visited — even long-time residents. The Hotel has an excellent location : right on the beach, free chairs with cushions on the beach, in the garden and the Pool. Also a free beach towel. In the center of town Kumköy with many shopping facilities is a short walk away quickly reached, etc. Etc. We will be back in this Hotel guest. Rooms with sea views.

A bit old Hotel but very clean and very nice staff.

We were from 1.3.2015 to 8.3.2015 in the honeymoon in the Terrace Beach. Unfortunately was the Pool at this time is still not open, because it still was too cold. Nevertheless, we have the vacation very enjoyed and can the Hotel highly recommend. Super price-performance ratio in the All-Inclusive, excellent room service, everything is super clean and gorgeous rich endless Buffet with everything your heart desires. The room was large, comfortable mattresses, the Minibar was refilled every day, and every day a little full. The most important (12) German TV-programs are available, though not always in very good quality, but so that you look good can. Very nice grounds, small indoor pool, Sauna, gym, Fun basement with Billiards, Air Hockey, Bowling, Playstation, and Basketball (Fun Center for a fee). Free Wi-Fi in the Foyer / Lobby, in the rooms against Fee. Very fast Service at Check-In and quick response to the reception (lack of bathrobes within 2 hours in the room). The only downside: There were 2 times free meal in the a la Cart Restaurant (reservation 2 days in advance). It has not been clearly said that the drink is not included, the same when you Sit down but the wine and offered the bottle on the table deposited and automatically refilled when it was empty. The room appeared then suddenly 17 euros for the wine. This we found not so great, the waiter, the bill has then but taken over.
