I went to terrace elite resort and it was amazing the food was great the service was really good and friendly I really enjoyed it especially the animation team they were so kind and always happy and hard working this was Definitely the best holiday yet thank you to everyone who works there.

The hotel is run down. Not renovated since 2013. Walls dug and dirty and fungus visible in the shower, toilets and pool. Monotonous food, a small selection of dishes, and in the restaurant room and in the lobby you can see a tooth of time everywhere. Every day pasta, fries, potatoes and pizza, some fruit such as watermelon, melon and pears, and it's better not to write about confectionery products. The hotel offers free towels, while the staff rarely exchange them 0.50 €, although in the travel agency's offer this service is free. In the beautiful Turkish bath, cold water and tiles, and mold and fungus on the walls. Give a wide berth.

A family-friendly hotel with enough animation for kids and a very good all-inclusive concept. Every employee from cleaning lady to manager is extremely polite and 100% looking for your well-being. We are very excited. Thanks to DoDo! You have been the best of them all. Class Animator👍🏻

This was our worst holiday.
The food left much to be desired, rooms were not cleaned decently.
The staff did only the most necessary and were defiant despite a friendly call for improvement. We were very disappointed and will not even visit this hotel for free again. The negative points prevailed and were themselves surprised as there were only good reviews to read.

We were at Terrace Elite for the second time. Great facility, large pool facility, perfect r beach section. Service and staff perfect we can only recommend the system. We are looking forward to next year again.

We had a 15 day stay there. There is nothing to complain about, questions were always answered, all the staff were very hard-working and incredibly nice. The food was always very varied and delicious! The facility was perfect for us, as it was very manageable with 370 rooms. We would come back at any time!

For 5 stars, the hotel room is not clean enough for me and the service leaves something to be desired. Great is the beach and the pool. Food is sufficient and of the quality as I know it from my last holidays. The situation is good. Very quiet and shopping is possible nearby.

Nice hotel. Great pool, extensive food, nice beach restaurant. Apart from the pool, you can also relax in the hotel garden. But unfortunately no adult pool. As a result, an almost constant acoustics by the animation team and music sound can be expected so nothing for absolutely those seeking peace and quiet; Those who do not seek peace of mind highly recommend.

The hotel is clean. The family room is very spacious. In itself, a very nice hotel. A star deduction because the staff did not meet our expectations.
The staff are partly overwhelmed at the main meals and then just knew what they are doing. So it can happen that you have to get your drinks yourself, even though the waiters noticed it. You just get ignored. A smile is usually not to be expected. Too bad actually. There is potential for improvement.

Beautiful hotel built in 2013. Price performance is right, but deductions in the service, there unfortunately only a few employees get anything. There you would also have to introduce young employees who work there properly and not a waiter picks up drinks and 3 guys run after them with drinks on the tray and play the bimbo. At the end of the day, the operation was no better. In some cases, you had to get drinks yourself very often, which I am not used to from other hotels.

The hotel is all not included. There is no animation. The fitness room is tired and half empty. Sanatorium for Old Europeans, after dinner lobby, maps and in 0:00 to sleep. Food is not bad, it is + but variety of dishes is absent. It's funny that the shower accessories are paid and beach towels are free of charge once, well at least shampoo and soap sometimes give:). The beach is Sandy, walking 10 minutes walk, on the shuttle 1 minute. I will not recommend anyone.

Very nice and clean hotel, is quite well equipped. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Very good food, everything tasty, very well prepared are very surprised about the hotel. Is not directly on the beach, but the muddle by bus is very fast.

Was in many hotels. But this hotel for me became just an example of attitude to clients. Clean and comfortable.
The food is special thanks to the chefs and all the kitchen workers.
The hotel has everything: swimming pool (huge), gym, football field.
A bus which for 1, 5 minutes will bring you to a clean and comfortable beach, runs more often than the Moscow Metro in Rush Hour) ) )
I was struck by the diligence and responsibility of every employee in the hotel.

The hotel is a great hotel. Good food, great personnel and just awesome rooms! Did not disappoint at all. Pleasantly surprised.

L came here for a week with my family and we had such a great time. The all inclusive food and drinks, rooms, entertainment team and beach was excellent. Looking forward to going back soon, highly recommend!

Super hotel, everything to our satisfaction. Were last year in the summer holidays there with children, and this year, a week alone from 4.9. Up to 11.9. The rooms were always clean, the food plentiful, the Service at meal times spitzenmässig time a tragedy. The Animation needs to be urgently worked. Since I like Shows: and even better stuff seen I would have it 3 of 5 stars. Impaired but not because you have a wonderful holiday whether as a couple or family :)

Staff can not speak German and do not understand. The Zimmerbetten were getting wet and had to dry first. The employees make about German-speaking people funny. Therefore, we had to complain. Entertainment is limited and the food is not varied, yet delicious. Instead of the a la carte restaurant to go, I would rather have a frozen pizza! The beach is in order, however, the pool chairs from the early risers in the blocks, so you have no more room! Upon arrival, you will be a white man dressed 2 days on the nerves going to you an overpriced Wellness program to sell. The people at the entertainment team, however, are always eager tourists to entertain. So, I ask you! Do not make the mistake in this Hotel to go. You will regret it. In my opinion it has 2 stars earned.
