Excellent pools, nice size rooms with good air con, very good public areas, friendly staff.

Currently staying here. It is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been in the hotel as a building is beautiful however the staff at the bar and dining area are ignorant and do the bare minimum, I have stayed in Turkey 5 stars plenty of times and never had this service before I am truly appalled. Not to mention a dangerous hotel the middle lift doesn’t have a sensor on the door it just closes my baby nearly got trapped in the door I had to push the pram out fast so she wasn’t squished and luckily someone at the other end looked after my baby whilst I was in the lift trying to get out. The walls are so thin we are struggling to get any sleep due to the Neighbours, complained to reception nothing has been done. This hotel is more like a 3 star however like I say very nice to look at but the feel is not nice as staff are rude. We will not be booking here again not to mention the shops in the hotel are so expensive 3 euros for a bottle of Coke. The alcoholic drinks are so watered down and when getting the drinks the glasses are roasting, some have been dirty and had to send back truly disgusted.

Nice rooms, food very good and something for everyone, the pools are very nice.

Price performance good you can not complain.

Friendly staff, nice Service! Room clean and tidy, every day fresh food with variety! A lot of fish and very good salad bar.

Food was great, the buses are not the Newest was. Room unfortunately on the noisy plant, otherwise ok. Clean, all very friendly. The beach was ok the section. All in All a great holiday.

It's not a 5 star as advertised. Broken drain in shower in our room. Broken tiles in shower. Lifts were terrible. On plus side the staff at hotel were fantastic.

At the reception nobody speak English No smoking area people smoking everywhere with is no good for the rest people and kids… Food was good room as well but for me this hotel is maximum 3.5 ⭐ not 5

Good and clean rooms, acceptable service (mostly in German and Russian, English rarely), very good food. Drawbacks are that one should take a shuttle bus to the beach (or 8 minutes walk), and the sandy beach itself was somehow dirty. Overall, for the price of 1050 EUR for 2 adults and one child for 9 days, it was more then we've expected.

Definitely not 5* hotel. We stayed 9th — 16th of August 2017. First gonna start with staff — rude, not friendly, not ready to help, it looks that they laughing at you and gives an attitude. No one knows English, and when you speak Russian they just nagging heads and say nothing. Food. The kitchen is too small for that big hotel, you have to stay in queue ages to get grilled meat or fish too many people, for kids nothing to eat only fries or spaghetti every day lunch and dinner. The food tastes alright but smells in the restaurant dirty plates not nice to eat in. Warm spirits and wine. Staff were saving ice cubes. The only good thing water. You could get it anywhere from fridges. Rooms. We booked double room with double bed and twin or two singles beds, we got one double and one single bed and a mattress on a floor. 5* hotel and a mattress on a floor! Really? I asked second key (card) they asked me to give 5€. They not changing sheets. We asked to change it than they did. It's dirty in the hotel, restaurant, toilets. Be careful when children playing on a playground in the evening, there is no light and the ground is hard like a rock our son broke his hand there. There was the worst experience ever. Swimming pools and slides were fine but again Not safe be careful for the plastic parts. Our friend nearly broke his leg. The only cool thing was the bus taking to the beach always smiling always good mood and very helpful even the driver didn't talk English or Russian.

Good hotel for the Whole family. Around the pool there is the ice cream man. Read more reviews about the hotel not going to say that what others have written I will say only that the tourists who came to Turkey never go to the city Hamam the overpayment Hayato hotel doing better. Well, if you are going to a public bath get ready to listen to what you have a bad skin on the face. Still, the Turks know how to make money. All who go good luck to rest.

Worst service ever, from rooms to housekeeping, food horrible drinks cheap and nasty, management lying all the time, more like a bed&breakfast NOT A 5 STAR AT ALL, gives you a mattress to sleep on the shoddy floor not a bloody bed. Doesn't have an ATM or Money Exchange inside hotel, and doesn't accept GBP anywhere. Ridiculous paid over £2500 for 2adults and 2 toddlers under 5. Knowone speaks or understands English. Don't Ever Go There!

The hotel has really managed to digest a holiday
When checking in, the room was not yet available and we had to wait two hours in the lobby until this was done.
After two hours of waiting we got our room then. Room and location of the room was pleasant
The bathroom was not the cleanest and bath slippers were obligatory unless you want to take a great souvenir for free.
Food was funny white on Monday pretty pompous that we could watch twice at 10 days stay, the rest of the day was the food then EHR sparse and you had to visit the market nearby to eat.
Animation was advertised but did not see anyone. So the animation was = 0
I'm really not nörgelig but this is what you expect when you want to represent yourself with so many stars.
Pool area was also not sindbad yellow from the egg, glass shards lay in the pool. Service staff were advised that they were not responsible for making the pool. Pool or here in the country also janitors always comes around so evening to check the facility
So you'd have to get the glass from the pool yourself.
Beach was 1km away, which could be easily ridden with the in-house Strandbus every 15 minutes.
Market or Bazaar was reachable in 5 minutes which was also the only nice thing in the place. Otherwise there was nothing out of the box and House barracks.
We made the best out of it and somehow got over the holiday.

Rooms were always cleaned nicely. Nice staff, in spite of wage loss. There was only chicken and fish. A little bit of. Animation= 0 : (never again!

Nice Staff. Despite previous unrest in the country, the rest of the way. Short walk to the hotel beach (about 10min) passing through the Bazaar streets of the town. Could find in the whole, no major defects.

No program is very boring and very far away to city, and the drinks are all very cheap food. Always the same never again.

For the price very good and clean, what one can expect of any Turkish Hotel. The food and Service are good, as well as the location and of course the free Shuttle bus to the beach every 10 minutes. I can only recommend!

It was actually very good, however, compared with the Side Crown Palace / charm nearly as well. Therefore only four stars.

Took our booking 3 months before travelling, only to be told on day of flight NOT OPEN, moved us 6 miles away to another Crown hotel with less stars and less facilities. SCAM as can still book for tonight despite hotel being closed. Avoid.
