The perfect hotel. Beautiful grounds, very friendly and brisk staff, the best food and a huge selection. No wish remains unfulfilled here. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to Novum Garden for 12 years now and still enjoy being here.
Great atmosphere, great cuisine with a large selection, of different dishes.
The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Complex is maintained throughout and it is fun to stay / relax here.

A beautiful hotel with first class serviice. The entire staff is very friendly and literally reads every wish from the eyes. Everything is clean and you feel totally comfortable right from the start.

Staff is super friendly and just super committed to making your holiday as nice and pleasant as possible. And really in all areas from the cleaning staff, cellars to the animators. In addition, the facility is super well maintained and clean!
You simply have to experience the hammam with massage, pure relaxation❤. In addition, the best skin feeling.
Also there the staff is simply great, as well as the advice.
Corona protective measures are implemented, but the holiday feeling does not go flute. 😉

Super Spa area particularly friendly and accommodating. I am very enthusiastic Hüseyin is the best masseur and Kubilay advised me very well. I'll definitely be back next year and I think I could be a regular.

The food is very good. Super staff, all very clean even the toilets by the pool. Every evening 5-6 types of grills. Very good fruit and many delicious cherries. All top.

Excellent hotel. 5 mins from a variety of shops bars and restaurants. Food in the hotel was great and the hotel is very clean and not overcrowded. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend.

Great place to stay, had a couple problems with our bathroom and everyone spoke either Turkish or German.

Hotel is very nice, very clean just a 5 min walk to the beach and market. How ever it does say they speak/cater for English I think we met two staff that could just about understand us and they worked in the shop. It is 95% focused on Germans, from food to entertainment even to money as everything is done in euros for them. I think we were all most tge only two english in the hotel. It was a nice holiday over all as we ended up spending most of our evenings in the local bar (titanic) friendly staff great food. Would we visit again? It is a lovely place but No we wouldn't.

A very nice holiday is over, are just back. The hotel can be recommended absolutely. Clean rooms, very nice staff at the reception and friendly waiters in the restaurant. We were thrilled. The great animators rounded out the evening. The only minus point was the music in the nightclub. But that's a matter of taste. The food is delicious and something for every taste. Everything was fresh and plentiful. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the hotel 100%.

After 14 days of Novum Garden there are two points that are not so nice. Are.
1. Cleanliness of the dishes is also suboptimal the cleanliness of the chairs and tables at dinner.
2. The Internet is modest.
This is still possible for a fee but the free is more than modest.

A very nice Hotel, clean and with modern newly renovated rooms, the Animation is great and the childcare is already since 13 years in this Hotel which speaks, in my opinion, for yourself. With the Hotel you are not doing anything wrong the beach is beautiful and the Bazaar to the left of the Hotel can also be seen.

Great Hotel. Food, service at the height. The Beach is a 10 minute walk away. But This is not a problem, but a plus.

Came to the end of April. The water was a bit cool, but warmed up after lunch. Three pools at different levels on the street, plus one warm in the Spa. The food is good, it is easy to grow fat if it is not controlled. Cakes and fruits too much. Watermelon is not seen, but was the strawberries. Not the season, it seems (: I do Not advise those who want to lie in the sun and read the news or listen to streaming music: there is Wi-Fi everywhere on site including the beach, but it is limited to 1 hour a day for a room. If you buy pay with a limitation of 1GB/day, bought for 1 Euro/day separately for each person.

We have been to this hotel several times and we are delighted every time. In this hotel you are still perceived as a guest. The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their lips despite the stress. The rooms are well equipped and the beds/mattresses very good.

We are here for the first time and very excited. The hotel is on a very modern stand, everything is very clean.
The food is just great, but some conditions are unfortunately quite unfriendly, too bad there is nothing to expose. Next holiday is already booked.

Good hotel and partly nice service. Very good and rich offer. Rooms are clean.

Breakfast buffet super. Was 1 times gala dinner with the figures out of ice dishes on the fire and a great show. Every day was in the evening a mini-concert from the animators.

This is a really good hotel and I will be flying again this year. I have to say that I am a picky person about food, but that really exceeded my expectations of taste and choice. The beach is great and always nice clean. The rooms in the hotel are in good condition. What I did not like so much is the hotel's own volley net on the beach. You could invest money to make the hotel guests even happier.

Those who love cats will be happy here. The rest, though. Staff nice, eat well and pools as well as the bars were also good.

We are now a week back home and miss the Novum Garden so much. The first Time you were there and to us it has to be carved out of the socks. This Hotel is simply Top! It started already at arrival. We were greeted as if we were already regulars. Here everything is just right. The rooms, the Pool, the food and the beach are just great. The right place to relax and unwind. The beach pleased us so well, that we have spent most of the time. There we were looked after well by our beach boy Bekir, who for cleanliness and order, and for each berth provided. Also the Animation on the beach, by Alex was the Burner, because I have learned to know very nice people and it was always very funny. For the physical Well-being was the beach bar is very good. This holiday in the Novum Garden is unforgettable! Our conclusion: We will come on all the cases in the next year again!

Reall good hotel, everyone here ls friendly, many pools and very good food.

Great hotel, good size room with aircon, tv, minibar, Kettle, tee, cafe. Food great well prepared served. Staff frendly always prepared to help. Pools and bars good with plenty of space. Frendly to kids with mini club offering different activity every day. Also I like lunch serves in beach bar. From hotel to beach 5min. Around hotel is big Bazzar, taxi, car rent, bus to Side every 10 min for 2e. Doctor at the hotel if needed. Just point down as no Wi-Fi in rooms.

Amazing hotel. Gestern food. Amazing atmosphere. One thing I hate… the Wi-Fi is crappie. No Wi-Fi in rooms only on the lobby and the worst part is you only get 1 hour for free which is proper slow and if you pay for it it still is very slow.
