I liked everything except the lack of air con in the huge hall. The sea is clean, the grounds are large, food at the height of the rooms are adequate with air conditioning the hotel Location is good, near the center of town, lots of greenery, proximity to shops, even no need to go anywhere. Your water Park slides really killed some, but still great and area cleaned perfectly. Will come back to this hotel.

Excelent for kids, Lot of contents, great waterslides. Rooms need small renovation but cleanest is well.

Staff at reception not kind & polite, the cleaning & buffet staff very kind & respectful. Overall great place to stay with kids.

The staff is very rude and they treat the guests very bad. We regret that we have chosen this hotel.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Food, service and accommodations are superb.

The food was horrible and the personal was not nice. The room service maid was rude and the life guard yelled on my 10 year old kid on front of everybody because he was running next to the pool. I found an insect in my food and when I notified the waiter, he didn't look embarrassed, told me he will come back and he never did.

I like this hotel and recommend it. They have a big beach and very close to hotel. Reasonable prices and good service. I also liked the service on the beach.

Great Hotel and nice staff. Everything is clean and the food is just indescribably delicious… close to the city centre and other shops such as drugstores, supermarkets, and of course lots of clothes shops and pharmacies. The private beach was nearby and the water is always warm and clear, and with the gravel you can pretty well accept the fact… I was already for the fourth time in Turkey and am still enthusiastic about the country and its people.
