Well take time to read, please. Hotel is old, feel it immediately. Definitely needs one big update, if restaurants and reception is still ok, please study in details: cleaning of the restaurants is not well done, many plates are not clean, other issue paper cups and plates — come on 5 star?!?! Rooms cleaning done good, but look at the photos — the devil is in the details. Old old old old! Other situation happened today. I am here as a guest, in Turkish hotel, Turkish company wanted to meet me to discuss future business, so for Turkey is WIN-WIN. Hotel told me that we can told at the lobby only 30 min, then I would have to pay 60 Eur, we talked 1, 5 hour and I had to cover the 60 Eur bill. If hotel can be the place to relax and have nice holidays + do great business, then this hotel would of be in my top list forever, but NO, never. THIS HOTEL HAS SOME RESTRICTIONS, business are not welcome, they offered us to go outside on the street to some caffe to discuss future 😠 Part2 Let’s continue! Holidays are over, time to finalise: After my negative review I was invited to a personal meeting with chief of client relations (lady), after some questions and explanation from both sides (my points what I personally think must be considered to change) lady told me that I am in porpoise give negative feedback — yes, in did, I do, and I will copy / paste my feedback every where.

Beautiful grounds, delicuous food, good service, fantastic evening shows.

Everything was extraordinary, the menu very rich, delicious and full of life. Employees grade 1000+ kind, attentive, polite. Congratulations, it was the most wonderful vacation. Room 4110 is one of the most beautiful rooms. I heartily recommend you go! Her şey olağanüstüydü, menü çok zengin, lezzetli ve hayat doluydu. Çalışanlar 1000+ dereceli, kibar, özenli, kibar. Everything is perfect except quality of cleaning, especially towels. Almost every time towels was not good.

Very luxurious resort, great customer service, very good beach site, great buffet with huge varieties of food, I gave 4 stars because the only pros in the hotel is the room mattress was hard and not comfortable otherwise everything else was.

The hotel is nice, the power and internal arrangement, lots of greenery, swimming pools, but this is undermined by the service and incompetence of staff. Starting from the first day of settlement happens all the things that should not happen in a hotel of this level. Namely, poor maid service, the cleaning lady, in principle, is not how many people live in the room, on three leaves, one towel, and shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom nearly fell of the glass, because the rollers on which it rides have already worked out their resource. The hotel, grounds, beach, pools — very good. Maid service good. Food as in all Turkish hotels: many, but not all good. Many food outlets on site. No iron, only a paid service. There is no currency exchange in a 5* hotel. The hotel is very suitable for families with children, they have a lot of animation, pool with slides, a Department in the restaurant.

Just yesterday left and already are making plans to visit this place for the next year.
Patient and attentive staff. Enough Russian. The area is huge and well-groomed. The room is spacious, a large balcony. There are a lot of places by the pool, soft mattresses with white rubber sheets on the pier.
Lots of meat, red and white fish, always delicious borscht and crumbs — a variety of cream soups, freshly squeezed juice, strawberries, cherries, watermelon.
I recommend ALL.

it is mostly family oriented, so if you want to avoid kids then be careful, mostly old couple and families with kids but there is always something for young too
I must thank them for great room of 5119, it was ground level, just like I wanted
Guest relation was good but receptionist could be more polite
I might go there again.

Nice hotel, good food (lots of seafood), chic interior, mountain views, all day pass of the game, attentive waiters, lots of greenery, beautiful waterfront, always playing music, a great Spa, spacious rooms, staff always happy to help (a week before arrival I asked for the site were put in building 6, all done) in the evening a very good show, DJs come singing actors and that's all before 23:00 and after 23! little disco 2 people) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) the only negative boring after 23:00.

Awesome territory and service, kitchen ois tasty! Cool pools, relaxing spots and spa. Bathroom could be a little better but still descent.

A room with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are well kept, clean. The beach is great almost any additional paid services. Near the bazaars. In the lobby is always cold lemonade. The hotel looks gorgeous, very green.

Another rest at the hotel before 24.06.2016 and I want to say that here are very nice and cool. There is nothing to compare. Every day a variety of performances in the amphitheatre to 22. After various performances on the big stage near the sea (Disco/Live music and so on). For children the animation of various contests. For a family vacation is all there. The good news is that this year in full reasonable prices that allowed us to come here. Special thanks to Pegas, through which we got here. I went here 4 years in a row and I really liked.

The hotel benefits from the beautiful, skillfully splanirovano area, great beach. The kitchen is standard in all Turkish hotels of this class. About the caring staff will mind, listen — Yes, but to perform in a reasonable time — no. Maid in the ball rooms, the Minibar refill is even worse, the bed linen to the promised 3 day schedule has no relation. Many people, including vacationers, refer to the tiredness of the staff to the end of the season, which I think is inappropriate since the money for the tour did not take symbolic. But thankfully the sea, the weather and the surrounding nature is not subject to human whims. Took off 2 points for the need of constant communication with the guest relations representatives on issues that should be resolved without additional intervention.

The hotel is on 4. A lot of people, unnecessarily designed for a family. Places under the air conditioner very little to eat in the heat is not comfortable.
