Elevator drives with open protective door
Electrical plants and wiring life-threatening.
There is no sign of hygiene
Tings totally glued and dirty.
Music system is turned up so loud that you get earache.
The Hotel Chef Ismail Ak
Is violent towards the guests who have to complain about.

Horror Hotel
The hotel is in a ruling state
Mold in the bath
Cables of the electrics in the room hang loose and not insulated.
Food not varied
No sausage and butter for breakfast
Lunch and dinner only very sparse selection
All Including range of drinks is a joke
Beer almost never existed in the 3 weeks,
And once there was any it was warm and panicked with water.
The wine tastes like vinegar you couldn't drink.
The manager is very aggressive towards the guests who complain
I also noticed that the manager (Ismail Ak) had retained defects and certificates of the tour guide's forms.
The tour guide makes no effort to hold guests only against ripping to offer another hotel.

Unfortunately, you can't award 0 stars. I don't know where and when these pictures are supposed to have been taken here, but that's not the way it looks there at all. The date of residence was mid-to-late May 2018. I certainly advise everyone not to book there decubute at all levels. Dirty and broken rooms. For 2 weeks the same for breakfast no sausage and no cheese only jam and bread. Staff and managers very unkind and offensive. For everything you are asked in addition to the checkout. And no All — In! Travel guide locally ghastly one is left alone with his problems instead the tour guide tries to sell one of their tours of remedy the problems no trace on the contrary one has the impression as if the tour guide common cause with the manager power. A bunch of inept staff of any nursery kid could better run this hotel. Never again Semt Luna Beach!

Must warn everyone who deals with the Thoughts to book in this (hotel) deserves the Designation not Dirty hole or cheap Descents hits it better. Modern-tailed Crumbling Plaster on the room ceiling dirty Floors dust everywhere Garbage on Floor Staff that you have to wake when checking in (lay in the Lobby) was also not pleased to be disturbed. Then Have looked around me almost all Rooms have Burglary tracks several times. Hotel boss meant were Guests who had forgotten the Key so much by the way he could not imagine that such conditions in his HOTEL wanted to prevail in his hotel. But now enough thought everyone came to make his Picture we have not Endured it there a Hr. About the Food I can't say anything were not there for so long and didn't want to get sick. If No Luxury had not been expected, no one had booked, But the Conditions found there are unworthy of people.

My Annual Leave is ruined. The On-site hotel is a cheap Descendation. The Rooms all mouldy. The Food was an Imposition. All Inclusive Non-existent. Drinks must be paid for and on Demand they have been penalised extra. Tour Guide Arzu Tan And Hotel Boss Ismail Ak Are stuck under a Blanket. Rip off. One had zero Chance, no Help on the Part of the tour guide. Rebookings against Surcharges starting at 300 Euros were their Concept against Troublemakers. There was only Threat on the part of the Hotel Boss. One was just harassed and sold for stupid. Alanya itself is always worth a Trip, but offering this Hotel with the Pictures and Catalogue Descriptions from years ago is a Delusion of Customers. Please dear People out there, don't book the Hotel. You will be bitterly disappointed.

Unfortunately, a Star has to be awarded here.
Rarely seen such a Dirty hole.
The Rooms were dirty and broken. The food on offer Under all Human Dignity.
Coffee should be paid for despite all inclusive with 50 Cents in dirty Cups.
You should pay €3 per Day for the Air Conditioning.
So you didn't have to pay your own Beach section if you wanted to lie on the Beach there as well.
Hotel Boss is unkind and abusive.
If you want a Holiday, just Fingers away!

Disaster. The Hotel is in great need of renovation and in a very poor condition. The Bathrooms are heavily moulded with Mould. Sanitation is up to date 20 Years ago. The Images on the Internet have long been out of date and deceive. The Food is deficient and is served for several Days. W-Lan, the Sun Loungers on the Beach and the Air Conditioning system you have to pay extra on Site. The Boss "Ismail" is very aggressive against Guests who complain. Better you spend a little more Money on another Hotel and has a nice Holiday.

The worst place I've been, the food is disgusting, the rooms are dirty, the owner and staff are so trying to cash in and some kind of rude attitude of the manager-the owner to the people.

The hotel is a major disaster it has come down mouldy it is a fracture shop unsafe and nothing for children and elderly people there is no inclusive alcohol except wine that tastes of vinegar and beer which has been diluted with half water and that in 7 Days just once please people bay another hotel you want but have a nice holiday.

Unfortunately, there are no zero stars. I wouldn't recommend anyone. I've never seen a dirty hotel like that. If I were looking for something else, couldn't stand it.

Very friendly and everything very cheap, right on the beach.

We were told we don't have a booking. Luckily I had a printed voucher. Then we were told there are no rooms available. Reseption men were sleeping at the lobby. Finally we got a room, tobacco smelling, with spotty sheets and broken toilet seat/bath. Cleaner had 'forgotten' to clean the dirty ash trader. All inclusive with drinks was a breakfast and dinner with 1 small bottle of water. Food was served cold. Only 1 member of staff spoke other than turkish. This was older man, Senin. Pool water was not clear. If you can avoid, do it!

The Hotel Manager should tell the musicians to practise BEFORE they play for the audience. Heard 10 songs, none of them without any major mistake.

The holiday and hotel was super nice. To the hotel there is only good zuberichten. Very Nice helpfulness is more than sufficient. The food is always fresh enough to enjoy. There, starved to death no. For a change is taken care of. WITH delight to the tourists present. So my holiday is, therefore, invergesslich Nice. Always happy.
