Really good location, near everything we needed. The best part were definitely the staff. They were really nice and would give us everything requested, also they were available 24/7. Also cool people to have a laugh with. Nice rooms, and air conditioning was always working. However there was a mix up in rooms so my family and I had to sleep in two different rooms for the first night, but that was sorted in the morning. Awesome place.

The place was really nice and cozy. Workers there are soo sweet and helpful; they didnt turn us down in any request that we ordered them to do. I must say that it is a place that you must visit…

Not easy to reach using taxi. Roads closed of congested most of times Services of hotel are moderate does not worth the money It is ok in terms of cleanness.

The service and manager of this hotel are helpful and attentive, the location and service are the main reasons we decided to stay. It’s more a deal for the location, right by galata tower, a lively touristic area, the room itself is basic and decent, not somewhere you’d be excited to go to or feel like staying in for long, the place looks nicer in the photos vs compared to reality, but the service is good. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra blankets, but they did forget to provide towels and unfortunately there were none available until the next day, but they were flexible with check out for us to manage to take a shower before we left. There also weren’t any water bottles in the room but if you ask they will provide you with a water bottle. (For those who are into minibar snacks, you’ll have to fill the fridge yourself) There was some molding on the ceiling, the design of the room was lacking, the bathroom essentials such as the shampoo, shower gel and soap they provide could be better, it’s that gel like stuff you might find at a gym, plus no other toiletry essentials you might need, such as conditioner, q-tips, cotton pads, shower cap, etc which are usually provided. The AC is strong and works just fine, as well as the water in the shower. There were some dead light bulbs they should replace. The lock of the bathroom was also a bit rusted. I’m also the type to walk around barefoot and the floor really should be mopped more often.

We were a Group of 14 guys and had a reservation for a 14 persons Appartement. Unfortunately when we arrive we were told that we have 5 rooms now. That wouldn‘t have been a Problem, but two of the rooms had NO window! And with three guys in one room you can imagine How the Air was.
Nevertheless furniture, bathrooms and Price are nice and you Walk 1min to the Galata Tower.

Overall the hotel is recommended to stay there again. But: the hotel is hard to find because the hotels in this street have no logos. (1 minute walk to Galata Tower, so top location) When we arrived and stood at the door, a mitarbeter surprised us, "Do you want to come in here? " and we said: "No idea, yes? ". After the check in we got our room it was a 2-er room although we booked a superior apartment Htten, the room was clean in itself the ceiling was moldy and it dripped rain down also, there was no window, so I went to the front desk and got myself bes Chwert, I was told I was supposed to stand a day, and then we did and got a new room the next day. The new room was like booked a triple room, had a window and was just as clean. It was a pleasant week, except for the first day.

I don't know if it's good luck, booking booked, the room is very spacious refrigerator kitchenette, sofa desk small coffee table are all accompanied, there are a lot of drinks and snacks to give, little brother is very enthusiastic praise one, and strongly recommended Galata below a restaurant, the amount of super foot, two people 5 dishes two large cups of beer plus consumption 270t.
