Too expensive for the quality of the room provided. Dull bar and nightlife. Rooms are neat and clean.

Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff. Lovely pool and sauna. Nearby there is a market where there are a lot of boutiques, shops, restaurants, and there are shopping centers.

Convenient location. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast.

Rooms are big and clean. Location is out of place, but a small mall is next to the hotel. TV systems are abit outdated.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in a lovely room on the 15th floor with a panoramic sea view. The room had a lovely bed which was enormous, clean and soft. There was a mini bar in the room along with a kettle and tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was lovely with well lit mirrors and although we had a problem with the shower flooding it was sorted promptly. Staff here were so helpful and were happy to assist in any way they could. Housekeeping services were wonderful and the lady for the 15th floor was so friendly and polite, always smiling and chatting. Room service was great, lovely food as well as the breakfast and restraunt facilities being brilliant. There was a great selection of breakfast food and the restraunt had garden views. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the mall with a handy supermarket nearby for drinks and snacks. The hotel had its own taxi rank outside and a shuttle service to take you into the heart of Istanbul. We had such a wonderful stay here and would love to return in the future.

Great service. Breakfast is gorgeous. Located 15-20 minutes from Ataturk Airport. Nearby is the port. Nearby are shopping malls: "Capacity" "Carucel. "

Perfect location and friendly service. Close to airport and major attractions. Cub rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Prices are reasable.

Absolutely excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff are very professional and courteous. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. 5/5 stars for sure.

Sheraton is amazing for who wants to do business in stanbul. Everything is perfect but one or two ladies at the reception. I spend 5 days in the hotel and I enjoyed every bit of it. However, if you want to visit the old city, you should better stay around Taksim Square.

A quiet, modern and clean hotel as expected of Sheraton group. The rooms facing the sea has an awesome view of the ocean… both sunset and sunrise can be seen in their full glory. The restaurant in Basement 1 serves a good buffet spread for breakfast. Otherwise, the lounge on the top floor has a mini-spead too, with the same fantastic view. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice hotel and friendly staff and manager. Very common for weddings and other celebrations. Good ball rooms. Breakfast is various fresh dairy, produce and baking.

The hotel is super! It is perfectly all-service, interior, food, spa, fitness room, sauna, pool and much more) ) location-15 minutes from the international airport, the center is shuttled, there is also a small bazaar. The most chic in this hotel — the view from the window look either at the sea, where the horizon is washed away with the sky, or the lights of the boundless metropolis …

That's actually the gorgeous place to stay! Rooms are very comfortable and clean! The stuff is amazing! Oh yeah and very tasteful Turkish breakfast) with wide choice of Turkish delight) ) ) just enjoyed my staying)

The room was very nice and large. Toilet had a shower and a tub. The showers drainage could be improved, insufficient gradient causes the water to flow out of the shower area. Limited bathroom amenities provided, basic, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturiser. Hotel located just beside the marina and shopping mall. Decent sized supermarket in the mall and food options available.

This property was fantastic. I was greeted by a friendly staff for check-in. The room itself was very modern and clean. Perhaps one of the best experiences at a Sheraton for me. The location by the marina was conveniently located and was not too far from the airport as well. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Waited too much to receive the room. And when complained. Stuff was trying hard to prove that I am wrong. We were expecting some slippers in the rooms but found nothing, when request room service they said it was ordered but not delivered to hotel by supplier. Vanity kit were not in bathroom and when requested we received shampoo and cotton pads only and not he complete vanity kit. There no tissues box at the rooms. Due to some construction around the hotel it was a bit noisy. Other than that the rooms were nice and specialy the long couch. Also, we got connected none smoking rooms as requested. We ordered food to room and it was good. In short, We not expecting that from a 5 star hotel and specially from a Sheraton hotel. We used spg group hotels in the UAE and it was an excellent experience.

Good to stay away from the city centre. Staff not that good in communication. My stay was 3 stars overall.

The suite room I was given in the beginning had a host of problems, but the room that I got instead had one problem the A/C. It was addressed. So I'm happy. I don't blame them, is the whole country they seem to have a problem with A/C. Coming from Kuwait where it's so normal it was a culture shock, they prefer to keep the A/C off.

8km from the airport, great facilities and food. Comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Fluffy towels. Great friendly, helpful staff and tour desk. I really like it and hope to visit again. There is a floor of bedooms where smoking is allowed. Beautiful sea views. Very comfortable, I don't want to leave.

Too bad since there is an ongoing metro construction. But very nice spot and close to the shopping mall.

I was worked 5 months in this hotel. Hornestly, conciarge stuff are very professional and kind.

I didn't stay there, so I don't know what's going on at rooms or other places. But, the two gentle staffs at the breakfast lounge were very kind and very smiley, that warm smile that welcomes you, we had to check if one of our clients was still having his breakfast or not, the gentle man was looking for him while the gentle lady was calling his room n reception just doing their best to help us. If all staffs were just like those two, it would be one of the best places in Istanbul.

I checked into the hotel about four days ago using my SPG points. You would think that charging over 19, 0000 points per night would get you something good. Not at this hotel. Guest services wasn't able to speak English (although I tried to speak Turkish, but we simply couldn't communicate) We had three different people behind the counter stating they are getting a deluxe room (which we paid for through our points by the way) the room was on the second floor with limited to no view of the beautiful sea. None-the-less, we had to take because we didn't have anything available. The room was dusty (it was like the loaner room), there was dirt on the floor from what looked like the previous occupants. The T. V. Remote didn't work but it took the staff two days to address it and change the battery. We were promised a different room but the hotel never executed. When we asked them, they stated that all the rooms were booked. Did I mention they charge 20 Euro for watching regular TV? Seriously During the day, the rooms next to us was very loud and kids screaming, at night, we felt as if the hallway was a race track for kids. (this is a deluxe sweet may I remind you) The majority of the staff avoided any type of contact with the customers as if not to be bothered with any questions or information. The only two friendly staff members were the concierge and the young lady who made coffee in the lobby at NIGHT.

First of all the hotel need new staff the room is very dirty the wells are old and smell they take things from Mani bar and charged you no internet no breakfast they left the room without tea bag or coffee bags and cups the hot water are very slow and week the towels are old and turned off (have photo) the shower gets the water out side the shower ban rested hols at the doors of bathroom (have photo).

The worst ever why they are soo rude and where is the cleaning service I t was the last time for me.

Angry stuff ın reception. Delay ın servıces. No ınternet wıfı for free. I dont recommend to book thıs hotel unless they change theır behavıour.

The services is bad a special room service are very bad and there is no cleaner. Most of the stuff tuff and angers. We waiting long time to take our rooms. They taken two times (8%) vat. I would not advise anyone to book this hotel it's bad.
