Great staff, will maintained rooms and good location. You get more than what you pay for.
➜ It's a lousy hotel. Small rooms. No one on the staff speaks English or any other language other than Turkish. The deal is not right and they always try to deceive you. I don't recommend.

Definitely a value for money choice for the ones who seek a place to rest after a long day in Instanbul. Rooms are small but comfort. Some of them have some issues with the bathrooms (for example a shower had holes and water was getting out). A big advantage is that there is room service 24hours every day. Breakfast is basic and everyday the same without changes. Cleaning was not an advantage at all as we had our bed sheets changed after 4 days and had the floor vacuum cleaned after three days. The refridgerator in the room was using an economic but inefficient motor which could not keep even water cool after 30 hours of operating at maximum efficiency. Another disadvantage is that personnel can speak no english at all although they are willing to assist you. Prices for the cafe and snacks are really ok and dishes served may be no big deal but they are definitely nice tasting. Metro of gayrettepe is a 10 minute walk which makes the hotel's position very comfort as you can move everywhere in the city by there. There are a few cafes and restaurants close to it plus there is a big mall with a few good shops. If you really want to have a room with a basic breakfast and you simply look for a quiet, clean and cheap place to relax after touring in Instanbul then this a reallly good deal.
