Excellent service — rooms. Are outstanding. Got upgraded in a room on the 31st with a stunning view on the Bosphorus. Breakfast buffet is so rich and has so much variety and fresh fruits. A true joy.

Obviously a five star hotel comes with a price but when you are just a restaurant guest and come to the conclusion that the menu is not that great and a soup serving in a plain cooking pan is not fancy or original at all than a 35TL price tag on a small bottle of Heineken beer that comes unopened (and without a cap that you can open yourself) all of a sudden becomes way too much. The service was inexperienced and slow while being the only guest. By the way this hotel has a tempting 32nd floor bar with a view that was open according to the downstairs barman (after learning the bellboy did not know) but we had to discover ourselves the elevator will not bring you there unless you are an "executive guest" with matching key. After the concierge confirmed it was not open for us. I am sure this can be a great hotel with a lot of services but not for a casual meeting.

In the city center and very nice view. Good place for conferences and events.

Great hotel for tourist or business travelers. The hotel feel pretty safe with security checking cars and people coming into the hotel. Although it is a little bit far from downtown, the uber in Istanbul are all 6 seater mini van and the fare is pretty cheap.

It a good experience to be here. Marriot is offering affordable price through their website and it's secured every bag enter through its entrance should be check by X-ray device overthat personal checking. It is somewhat annoying but that is for customers security.

This was my first and memorable trip to Istanbul. Really adored the hospitality of the hotel and team. Everything was top-notch — the comfy room, delicious restaurant meals, quality service, add to that mesmerizing city view from my room. Will definitely come back to stay again.

I stayed in this Nice hotel for 2 weeks its very modern great room size friendly staff hotel location is very close to restaurants shops metro station is about 7mint walking and a huge shopping centre in the area just 10 min walking from hotel. Very recommended.

Great location. But has some renovation issues that makes it short of 5 star. They would be a 5 star when they complete the renovation.

Amazing location! Very helpful staff! Stayed here in first week of February — 2 rooms and also stayed during the coup in Istanbul! The hotel never fails to impress! It’s a 2 min walk to cevahir which can give you easy access to anywhere in Istanbul via the metro system! The only reason why I’ve not given a 5 star is because breakfast options are limited and the bakery products did not taste fresh! Other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely stay again!

Pleasant little, being in the shower fell off the glass door, broke into a thousand fragments. I hurt myself a lot. The hotel management started to prove that the doors were ok and in general it was my fault. They only calmed down when the example of another room showed them that the problem with the door restraint. No apology for what happened the hotel did not bring, no compensation was not, support was not provided, the doctor was not called, bandaged hand and had to stop the blood myself. The manager went to the pharmacy with me, transferred the pharmacist what is needed, when paying for the drugs just went aside and pretended that he had nothing to do with the situation. The second not pleasant point is that during the eviction tried to bill for breakfasts, although breakfasts were originally included in the cost of accommodation.
The hotel is four years old, but it is not followed perfectly. The mattresses are very soft, the feeling that you sleep in a hammock. When first contacting about the mattress, the appeal was completely ignored. Only the second time, reacted! How do you do that? They brought mattresses to the room, replaced it! When he lay down on the mattress in the evening, it was even softer and worse than the previous one! I had to remove the mattress and sleep on the base of the bed. I stayed in this hotel for three days and decided to move to another hotel.

There are no slippers, who will stay in this hotel take slippers.

Loved this hotel. Kind, professional, charming staff. Wonderful chef and delicious food. Breathtaking views, especially from the dining room at the 32th floor and the meeting rooms at the 34th. Huge ballroom and foyer, with capacity for up to 1000 people. I will definitely come back.

Center of istanbul in sisli. Very spaceful interior and beautiful scenery but narrow main gate and poor traffic in front of the hotel. No proper place for dinner.

Very nice hotel. Were there at an exhibition of world cuisines! Have fun! Clean! It's beautiful! The staff is all like a pick! Location of the Bomb! It is convenient to come and leave!

Perfect place for business meeting. Ask Begum for a perfect breakfast. Get Mustafa's endless assistance at the executive lounge. Have dinner from Volkan. This is a perfect place with excellent support.

Terrible food service! Twice getting cold dry food. I already went twice to ask them for my meal and there it is still sitting on the counter waiting to be brought!

Marriott sisli is Awesome! Had a very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The service is really top notch. The service at the restaurent is excemplory. Very nice spa, gym and the pool. Will defenetely choose marriott for my next stay at istanbul.

Dominates the Taksim Square.

Rooms have a "fortified" feel due to the apparently very thick exterior walls; however the personnel are extra welcoming, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast is very nice. Executive Lounge is a bit noisy (HVAC fans) and I would love to see the evening desserts left out a little later ;) Extra points for the included pool, spa, and sauna.

Cozy modern five star hotel in the middle of Istanbul attractions very nice spa with verity of choices.

We had a nice dinner at the lobby about an hour ago. My wife and me had meat course. Very delicious and special tastes. Personnel dealing with us was incredibly nice and helpful about our choice. They did not let me leave hotel before presenting a coffee. While I was smoking outside hotel, they served me an expresso. They were so kind.

I felt very secure and safe and our room was wonderful with awesome view.

I never stayed there, but been there for few drinks, service and staff is AWSOME but the building is horrible. I believe Marriot company made the biggest mistake as choosing that disgusting building. I'm giving 3 stars for this terrible choice. The building does not fit in that city's form. Lame.
