I called the hotel to book for a room for my wife and I, and despite difficulty from hotel side in English communication and after repetition finally they said "yes, you can come tomorrow for two nights". And the next day we arrived from the airport and we GOT shocked by the "Rude" reception staff "Mr. Khani" as he was telling us "You said you will come to the hotel at 5 pm but you didn't show at that time and your room was given to another customer. And when I tried to ask him to connect me to the manager over the phone to speak to him he said "Manager went home and forgot his mobile phone in the hotel so you can't speak to him", then he start telling us "We have no room for you, leave the hotel". Then he called another guy who seems to be more rude than him and was helpless. We left the hotel with our bags at night looking for another hotel. Next day I went to see the manager and I explained to him what happened (plus another details that I couldn't write here), I wanted to tell him that "Hotel renovation was to the stones and walls but not to the staff, and also to let him know what is happening in the hotel after he leave at 5 pm or so. He promised me that he will punish these "RUDE" staffs but I didn't hear from him any thing as I had given him my phone number but? I didn't get any call from him. VVVVVery bad experience in this hotel sorry to put it on the net but to let others knows and don't get surprised if they will encounter such staff. Amer.
