Great view and nice location despite the traffic and the continuous complains of Taxis just to get more money from u. For breakfast, the Labne together with olive and Turkish Simit was my daily's favourite plate 😋

Booked to stay at Raddison Blu Bosphorus hotel (& paid over 220 days ago), the hotel agreed to refund after Turkey closed borders and over 220 days ago despite multiple emails and phone calls to both booking. Com and the hotel I STILL don't have my refund… it's always coming… now after 6mths they're saying end of Sept! Wtf are you guys doing I'm a long standing customer of both Raddison and booking. Com get it done!

Great location, perfect view at the terrace, good and welcoming staff. Great for short vacations, business trips. No pool. There is a Vale service at the front. The hotel is located right at the heart of Ortakoy, surrounded by cafes, oubs, Starbucks, the Historical Mosque. In summers, there is some traffic around the hotel. (The photo is from the terrace of the hotel at the 4th floor).

Great hotel, I have been there in march 2018 for 4 days. Beautifull view for Bosphor bridge, Ortakoy Camil and for the 2 continents Europe and Asia… I will return there anytime…

Great service, spotless, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Not much more can be said, although the restaurant and breakfast were both delicious. The only thing I found wrong was how the bathrooms could be looked into from the room, but it's hard to find a hotel in Turkey that doesn't have that kind of arrangement.

The rooms are dead, the linen and towels are not fresh, the repairs are unclear when there was no pool. Paid for an improved room overlooking the Bosphorus, in the end, gave a shabby comtok with a window on the side, which hypothetically visible the Bosphorus, if you lean out, but that is also problematic, as the windows are limiters. Of the pluses — good service, there is hammam, gym, delicious breakfast.

Lovely location, Perfect staff.

Very bad staff have no patience and very aggressive while explaining to us the things we didn't understood in check in and check out, he was about to jump and punch us all in the face so very uncomfortable and we felt really unwelcome in this hotel. Rooms are okay but the wall are in bad condition its scratched and just bad, not such a great view. Over all you can find better hotels then this, bad experience.

Dear Sirs, this mail is addressed to Mr. Wolfgang Neumann CEO of the Rezidor Hotel group including Radisson Blu Our stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel in Ortaköy Istanbul from 19.3-26.3.2018 was pleasant, except for the fact that the extra Manufactured bite rails — Invisilines — made of high-quality plastic in a value of more than 2000 euros (invoices available) of my wife, who were accidentally threwed by the wash basin when cleaning the room. This was probably because they were wrapped in paper and extremely light.
On request, if possible An oversight, we got the answer that it might was an oversight and that would take care of it. Our data was recorded and we were assured that there will be timely feedback, which was not the case. As a result, we raised the staff again (several times) to the facts, whereas they have shown the guilt and when they noticed that they could not find them or have noticed that they have made a mistake, suddenly the Statement came that it cannot be that any possessions are touched. Furthermore, it was said that if it was so valuable, it would be closed in the safe.
If we can consult the manager on a further request, it has been rejected. After a mail to this issue to the general manager Mr. Rob Kucera, this has taken the same statement as his staff, by mail.!
My opinion about the hotel is simple, that for a 5 star hotel can not be so to deal with guests! That is unacceptable!

There's something hidden in a small, pretty neighborhood. Morning food fantastic good and rich. The view directly on the water and the large bridge from the Bosphorus.

Location is great, however the staffs' response to calls are so slow and the rooms need to be re-furniture.

Best location in city. Cafes & restaurants r a few steps away. Staying here u will feel away from the city noise. Stayed here more than ten times. There r around 130 rooms. Rooms r not similar in terms of view/size/noise for the same category. Something I learned after frequenting the hotel a few times.

I am from india and I visited the hotel from 14 to 18 feb this year. It was one of the worst service I have seen in a reputed brand as I have visited several Radisson hotels accross the world. I have many issues with the hotel/staff which I would like to highlight.
1. Nobody from your staff knew english. It was so difficult to communicate to them. All they did was making faces at us as if we talking in an alien language.
2. My allotted room was next to the road where traffic was too much. Windows not well insulated! And when we requested them to change our room all we got was hotel is fully booked. We could not sleep till early morning.
3. My room's shower was not working. When complained about the same it took them 1.5 hours to rectify things and we had to leave our room for travel without taking bath.
4. The Wi-Fi in the room was not working well and when communicated to reception the girl told me go close to the door, it will be good there. When I asked her to send someone to have a look she rudely refused saying its a general network.
5. The room cleaning was not done during the initial 2days of stay, despite repeated requests. They said they are out of staff. Common. How can you give a lame excuse like that for a five star hotel.
6. When requested for an extra bottle of water they sent me a bill of 28 liras? Don't know wats wrong with you guys.

Wonderful place & a very good hotel with a great view … I highly suggest to choose it to stay in Istanbul. But for muslims be aware of pork.

I spent a week in July 2017 at this delightful Hotel to attend the World Petroleum Congress in this bustling, lively cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is on the beautiful blue Bosphorus Strait on a quiet street within walking distance of cafes and restaurants serving enticing dishes from soups to sweets. The promenade is busy on weekends as families enjoy lunch al fresco and watch the tourist ferries, tankers, yachts and other craft plying the calm waters leading to the |Mediterranean and the Black Sea. Pink and white oleanders cling to hillside apartments and ancient ruins. Restaurants are crowded at nights when shops open late and the magnificent bridge glows red across the water.

I lived this hotel so much fantastic view of the beutifull bisphore in the world from their you can see the 2 quantinants asia&Europe at night it is so gourgus with the beutifull lights on the bridge and it's so peacfull you can relaxe and listen to the music it is a wonderful place I advise every one to visit this hotel do not miss it.

It's close to the bosphorus, t he ortokoy area. It's clean and the staff are very friendly. The only problem is that room service is slow sometimes, but I will visit again for sure.

The hotel is past its prime, but the breakfast is great both the dishes and the presentation. If the weather permits, use the patio with a great view of Bosphorus and the bridge connecting europe with asia.

Great service they can't do enough to help you. The spa is wonderful but no swimming pool. If you can get a room with views of the Bosphorus Bosphorus it is stunning.

Not impressed, all it has is the location. Rooms are so small & room service menu is just horrible. Plus, no way this a 5 star hotel. I barely give it a two — three starts MAX.

Fantastic location, nice room with great view, friendly staff, close to good restaurants. We skipped breakfast. 35€ is a joke. You better walk 5 minutes and have breakfast in one of the restaurants nearby. We'll come back for sure.

Good services, view and premium rooms.

Firstly — based on service, design and ambiance, this is not a 5 star hotel. The worst part is the noise level. It's ridiculously noisy till the wee hours of the morning. We paid extra for a "premium" room with a Bosphorus view. Although we got the view, we got the annoying neon ours as well. There are numerous restaurants/bars/nightclubs within 10 meters from the hotel (the pic attached shows how close a restaurant was too my room). I don't have a problem with a restaurant that close, but these restaurants turn into bars and nightclubs which blast music well into the morning. This happened the Wednesday and Thursday night. I wasn't prepared to stick around and find out what a Friday night would be like. This is the last Radisson I will ever stayed in.

Rooms were quite nice, but the location is far from ideal. Really far from anywhere you might want to be going.

Nice location, very very bad services most of the staff don't speak English. Breakfast is not great compare to another Radisson Blu. The best thing about the hotel is location and nothing other than that.

The place is amazing very helpful staff. Ortokoy mosque and bridge is a walking distance. Waffle and kumper is a must to try.

Nice location with very good view but bad service with highly noisy rooms being next to busy road and there4 difficult to sleep! Wi-Fi didn't connect to iPhone! Never again, for sure.

I gave the hotel with a wonderful view on the Bosphorus as a gift.
Despite advance was payment the gift recipient in addition eif serve breakfast charged that it has reduced the value of the gift. What a pity.
I think it's as insolence, weill was already paid.
I will certainly no longer recommend it.

They have a meeting room which is full-windows and overlooks the Bosphorus. Hard to focus in this environment. Food is OK, and again, there is a terrace with an amazing view. Rooms are nice, the gym is OK (except lack of air-conditioning). The hotel is a bit far from the city center though.
