It is a great place, very nice, quiet, clean and the staff very friendly. It has two restaurants one Italian that the pizzas are delicious and another with French and local food. Seafood and fish is fresh. I highly recommend it when visiting sfax in Tunisia.

Good reception, nice suite, by cons great disappointment in the morning, we found a big insect on the bed, not too cool in the honeymoon especially…

Very nice hotel in Sfax with excellent service. Staff is very friendly and food is varied and tasty. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Wi-Fi is free and works very well in all the hotel. If you stay in Sfax, then this might be the best hotel around.

An excellent hotel very comfortable, quiet, impeccable cleanliness, services and hospitality worthy of a palace.
has an indoor pool and a spa.
Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.
Two restaurants are available: _ The restaurant El Borj offers typical dishes sfaxiens succulent _ an Italian restaurant La Toretta which is correct finally probably one of the best hotels in Tunisia.
I highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Worth much more than what they actually charge. The food is also very good. Try the grilled jumbo shrimp, it is delicious.

Fantastic hotel built like an old castle, both inside and out. Suite in the Tower.

I have been there few times. Building is cute but Very rude people, from the Outside doorman who is a thug to the receptionist. Zero customer service, literally take it or leave it. One day around 3 am, I feared for my life and for my family, I woke up on the screaming of a very drunk customer who got very angry and violent start breaking doors and chairs and threating and demanding more alcohol or he will beat everybody What was shocking to me is that Instead of calling the police and contain the situation, they actually Kept serving more alcohol. There is no signs of management, security or safety. Comparing this hotel with others in Sfax it has the worst service on planet earth even I considered not safe at all. It is more like a bar and hangout for prostitutes.

It is a hotel neither tourist nor town hall since it is far from the city center in addition they exaggerate to control people with their cameras even they annoy them. On the other hand they do not have a fixed rate for everyone but they practice prices according to faces, I remember that once I paid the night at 247 dinars and the one who occupies the room next to the same category as mine paid 175 dinars.
