A place far from the ring road. Very green, calm. Beach sand, near the coral reef. Breakfasts are delicious.

Absolute love this place. The resort's atmosphere is full of green. The swimming pool heads toward beach. A small bar is just beside the swimming pool. You can enjoy swimming while having a cold drink. Room is clean and space is adequate. I found no parking space in the resort. Price is absolutely mind blowing. It's Like you pay 2 star price but you get 5 star atmosphere.

Good holiday some things people need to no about 10.000 baht security fee per fortnight when you check in about 250 pounds which was a surprise room was basic we was in353 at the entrance. Grounds were very clean. Beach, pool was looked after service was brilliant. The only thing were the dogs people need to stop encouraging them to come onto the site. As well as strocking them on the beach they wouldn't leave it makes other people uncomfortable.

Great place. The swimming pool has a nice view on the sea. The beach is nice and the water is calm. The staff is friendly. Many restaurants just outside of the resort. I recommend this place.

Beautiful facility, nice staff! Actually, everything you need to relax. Is it incomprehensible that there are people who go on holiday here and are bothered by the dogs? Everyone knows that there are plenty of dogs in Thailand and even more so in hotel complexes. It is even more incomprehensible when I hear about bungalow 221 (May 12, 2018) that you want to kill all dogs or want to poison them because you feel disturbed by their nocturnal tranquility. I cannot comprehend that animals that are peaceful and are by no means aware of why they have been conceived are to die because they defend their territory (hotel) at night? If the hotel agrees, it is no longer a holiday destination for me. Because animals enrich our lives.
I hope that people who express such cruel thoughts and these loudly remain where the pepper grows.

Served directly on the beach and in the pool with exquisite dishes and good drinks.

In itself a nice resort with functional huts and a nice pool, however the staff is not particularly friendly. But this is probably because there is much more tourism here than for example on the neighbouring island of Phangan. The staff at breakfast were not particularly attentive and they noticed that this is not a trained staff. There were glasses cleared which were not yet drunk, for another cup of coffee one had to ask the waitress with the pot at the table and the staff were constantly standing together and giggling as they make fun of the guests present. For the latter I even had an understanding with some of the candidates;-)

Very friendly staff. All very clean and well maintained. 5 min. To the supermarket, exchange and to many good restaurants. Location right on the well maintained beach. Also good: 300mtr to the ferry if you want to travel further. When it rains: Each bungalow has 2 large umbrellas. Massage on the beach or on the outskirts 5 min. Away.

Great resort on chilled mae nam beach. Breakfast included which was wonderful and had plenty of options. I would recommend have other meals outside the resort as the food was a bit overpriced and not the best. There are many other several wonderful restaurants nearby.

Cocopalm Beach Resort is located in a quiet area. It is relaxing. It has outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, and a day spa. The room is clean and tidy. It is a good place for family too. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from main activities in town. Overall it is nice.

The hotel is very clean. Are all very friendly. It's quiet in the plant. Sea site from the hotel. You can have laundry washed is not expensive. You can rent a role at the hotel. Always have a helmet on.

Nice rooms, swimming pool is very pleasant next to a great beach. The bar proposes good cockails and the personnel is very helpful, however the restaurant is disapointing. A bit expensive and not so good quality. Luckily the area is full of great restaurants.

A class hotel. Has earned 4 stars. We were there for 4 weeks now and experienced a lot but the staff were always friendly and made everything we could feel at ease. It is a quiet facility. The food is great. Clearly better can always be, but you always find something that tastes good. The restaurant in the evening is also great. Just a pity that so little visit it because it is too expensive. We found the prices fair as you have the sea view so with. Otherwise you have to eat at the bottom of the busy street. Since we have two small children, there was no question for us. The safest and most beautiful to eat in peace was the restaurant at the hotel. The beach is usually always clean, but occasionally things come from the sea to the shore. All in all I really recommend the hotel to continue.

Very good location for lounging and rest even though many bars and restaurants are within 5min walk…
The restaurant is excellent and very plentiful, the many Germans probably explain this for the size of the dishes…
From the reception to the guard staff, everyone is very welcoming and available even in the rain…

Beautiful pictures, but definitly not the same in reality. We are not satisfied with the bungalows. It smells catpee in the room. Dirt and dust in windows, walls and roof. Lots of small insects on the walls, specially under the aircondition. Creaky and terribly beds, a pain to lie on. Dogs everywhere. Worst hotel we have stayed in compared to price. The positive was nice staff at the restaurant and nice beach.

The beach bungalows are already a bit old and leave something to be desired. Warm water is only partially available and the double beds are just 2 single beds that have been put together, with a very hard mattress that registers every movement and comments with creaky and squeaky. Sleep comfort is not really given here. The pool complex and breakfast, on the other hand, are really good. Construction work that spanned the entire stay made it impossible to relax on the veranda, but neither a discount nor an apology from the hotel arrived at us. After some renovations, I would find the price reasonable.

Coco Palm Beach is a somewhat quiet hotel offering several different bungalow's (normal, slightly larger, families, sea views or a pool villa) The hotel is located in Mae Nam, and there are plenty of eateries in the perimeter.
A free shuttle service from the hotel is also available.
Right next to the hotel there is also a pier where you can drive to other islands.

Right in front of the hotel is the "German Tour Coffee, " which is very suitable for excursions.
The décor of the rooms is not the best and already a little older, but it is quite sufficient. (Normal bungalow)
Breakfast is varied and okay.
The staff are always smiles and friendly.
The only thing that might be a problem for some is that dogs roam freely in the hotel as well as all over the island.
Personally, I didn't think it was bad.

Very quiet there, a lot of German families who are vacationing there. The only 2 things that are not so good: The beach could be more sandy and a German tour guide has reported by letter at the beginning, on the booth he meets with us the next day.
Since the excursions were not so bad, we wanted to meet with him.
But he didn't come! 45min holiday time wasted!
Book a trip outside. Is much cheaper and you don't waste time.

Lovely bungalows! Quiet and very comfortable. The beach here is beautiful but rocky. Breakfast was a delicious and massive buffet. But we didn't eat many other meals at the restaurant as it's pretty pricey. Great proximity to the pier if you're moving on to Koh Pha Ngan. Would come back!

Loved this hotel. We had a semi detached bungalow villa which was a little dated but very nice all the same with good air-conditioning and lots of space. The TV didn't work but that wasn't an issue. Free drinking water in the rooms every day was appreciated. The hotel is cleaned every day and the pool area is well maintained and a nice place to be. The food in the restaurant was nice for breakfast and the evening meal with 10% off was one of the nicest I had in Thailand. Reception were very helpful with their own taxi service and free shuttle buses aswell as helping us book a spa at the onsite facility. This is a 5 star hotel in everything but looks. One of the best I've stayed at.

Beautiful peaceful place with fantastic beach, pool area and very helpful staff. Stayed for 4 nights. The Lodge we stayed in though was dated and in need of revamping and quite a bit of tender loving care. Was clean though and sheets/towels changed every day. Generous breakfast. Lots of choice. Enjoyed the stay and would go back again but pay a the extra to stay in a better Lodge. The ones by the sea/pool looked much better.

Awesome resort in north Koh Samui! I stayed here with my boyfriend in June and we really enjoyed it! It's quiet and relaxing, so I recommend it to couples or families. The beach and the pool are amazing and the services are outstanding!

Good breakfast included, the staff were also very helpful when it came to moving rooms. Our initial room was not to a good standard so we requested to move and they did it straight away. If you are looking for a location that you wish to stay in the resort all day everyday and only utilise the tours then it's a good stay, if you are looking to explore it is a way away from any sites. The pictures are a little misleading to what you actually get, it's not quite as luxurious, the huts are very basic. I would recommend a mosquito net because the doors don't quite shut properly. It's on the pier so if you are looking to go onto Koh Phangan it's easy!

Nice little villas! The pool and restaurant are by the ocean which is a really relaxing experience. Big tip: if you're getting on or off a ferry at the Lomprayah pier a hundred meters away — this is a great choice!

Very good resort. A bit pricey compared to other options but you get excellent value for your money. The best breakfast buffet I had in all of Thailand (huge variety and good quality, eggs made to order, fresh fruits etc. ). Pool is clean, the beach just a few meters away. We stayed here in April and it was off season, hence very quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bungalow we stayed in was completely lizard-free. Note that the standard and superior bungalows are a bit far off from the beach and pool. We stayed in the deluxe bungalow which was more than sufficient for two people.

Beautiful, well maintained pool villa, wonderful staff, serene beach. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by the hotel's minivan service, to the time we were dropped off, service was seamless. The resort facilities and each and each & every staff member met and surpassed all of our expectations. The resort grounds and our pool villa were immaculate & well maintained. Every morning, without fail, a housekeeper knocked on our door to ask if our room needed service. Our villa had the comfiest beds with cloud-like pillows and duvets inside, and a huge chaise and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. There were many electrical outlets inside and outside of our room and the electricity never cut out even once, not even during storms, unlike in Lamai and Chaweng where the power goes out constantly. Linens were pristine, and there were toiletries aplenty. Every last detail was thought of; even white bathrobes and room slippers were provided. Both my friend and I were very impressed with the resort's attention to detail. The breakfast buffet had both western and Thai offerings, and service was stellar through and through. The concierge even gave us 10% discount meal & beverage coupons. The resort staff were always happy to help and acknowledged every request efficiently and courteously. Happy hour was from 4pm to 6pm and 100 baht cocktails were on special. At lunchtime, there was a krapow personal pan pizza & your choice of soda for 140 baht.

The sand is quite good.
Water is good, right from the hotel Moor boats that travel to the island, but no diesel smell. The length of the beach itself.
Cons:
Remoteness from the total-next just a couple of stores, as well as any construction.
And clearly you need a bike.
As well as relatively cheap bungalows in 2-minute walk from the beach.
Reception pofigističnyj and specifically requests no runs; abandoned me do late check-out.
Price list from them without breakfast: 1000 baht, which is about as on tripadv.
Conclusion: particularly not worth it to go to Samui and live there-how can you not.
XD I personally chose sat on the sites.
Then came, took the bike went everywhere and Bo phut Beach and Chaweng Beach and Lamai beach.
I think so-if a cheap option and good it PGS SANDY RESORT.
