Love this place. Helpful staff and I like the feel of the place.

Awesome place, staff are so friendly I would recommended this resort to anyone in front of the beach, close to the shops. Got everything no need to leave the resort. I will definitely come back.

The cleanliness of the beach has greatly diminished and the sea this year is not clear it looks brown the first 8-10 meters. Hotel right on the beach the hotel rooms are large, spacious and clean. People at the reception always look grumpy. The staff in the service is nice and courteous.

Resort facing Lamai Beach, comfortable bungalow visit sea, surrounded by tropical vegetation. The staff were very helpful To recommend to those looking for tranquility. I can't give judgment for breakfast and restaurant.

Good location, clean and well maintained beach. Room clean and in good condition. Staff at reception looks annoyed.

Room service is not too great. Though they do clean the rooms everyday. The walk to the beach is 5mins. But you could walk to the beach from any hotel in almost the same time. The staff not too accommodating with your needs. They just do their job and not care about if your comfortable or not. No extra effort put to make the customer feel good and want to come back. Room is decent. Garden view has no good view as there is hardly any garden.

Very close to the sea. There are sunbeds and umbrellas. There's a waterbike rental. The buffet is good. There is a lot of restaurant, magazov, massages and carrots near the hotel)

To be honest this place exceeded my expectations on overall value especially it's rooms. It is modern apartment type rooms, generous in space, comfortable large bed. Beach access, with private pool, good selection at breakfast. Really affordable hotel drinks and food menu. Really enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying here again if I return.

I would recommend this place. It is convenient location by drive or bike and on the pretty wide & quiet beach. You may spend a few hours of massage next to the beach. Staff was helpful and nice.

Staff are awesome. Really friendly and helpful. Rooms look great and the bungalow villas near the beach are small but really cute. Breakfast is huge, from Italian salades to Chinese buns, toast and cerial. Beach towel and beds are included.

The hotel is on the Lamai beach with some bungalows offering Sea view. Good for swimming. Superior bungalow which we stayed in is comfortable with a large sit out area. 2 minutes walk from main market area offering food, bars and shopping. Recommended.

Great place, close to the beach, bungalows small, but everything you need is: comfortable bed, pillows, quality, clean linen, safe, TV (1 Russian channel NTV Mir), bathroom with shower, shampoo and shower gel (the most deshevenkie, but there are), Safe. The room was clean. There were no insects. On the beach free sun beds and umbrellas. It was enough. Beach towels are provided. Good breakfast. Absolutely no complaints, nice staff, great food, REALLY close to the sea and the bungalows are nice as well. Can only recommend!
