Unforgettable Stay
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my lovely friends. My room was perfect with the direct access to the swimming pool and wonderful view of the surrounded mountain from the balcony. The hotel itself is beautiful and located not too far from the beach and only walking distance to the most famous walking street in Phuket. The staffs were welcoming and friendly, so I must say if you're planing to visit Phuket for leisure, business. This hotel will definitely fulfill your need. Irented a car from the orange car Phuket (orangecarphuket. Com) for 4 days. The people who work there are friendly. Car was like newI will surely go back to stay at this beautiful hotel again.

Good hotel, excellent location, spacious rooms. A little prevent construction of a neighboring building. In case of early arrival check in will not happen until 14:00 hours. Overall positive emotions from the stay. They also told about The orange car Phuket where we got a good car for some days.

A nice hotel, but definitely 3 star. The rooms are clean and tidy, with decent facilities. The staff are hit or miss, but overall ok. Location isn't too bad, 10 mins from the centre. 90% Russian occupancy if that ain't your thing?

Decent hotel. Not in the best shape but can't complain for the price point. The a/c seems to suck air in from an alley as the room doesn't smell the best when the a/c has been on for a while. Breakfast is great!

No 4, it's a weak 3, no more. The only plus so far is the new building. Breakfasts are monotonous, but high-quality. But in the cafe on the 2nd floor it is better not to use. — poisoning is not quality food on site.! I don't recommend it.

Hotel accommodation is ok but staff is bad we stayed there for two days second day when we came back from Beach the told us you have spoiled our towels on there rooms and the charge is hafety amount inspire of explaining the didn't not listen and the behave very rough we had very bad argument and we have to leave hotel in very bad taste.

Nice hotel. But the pool area gets no direct sun light, meaning the beach is the only option for bathing.

The hotel is not bad, but for me more cons. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, cleaned normally. The towels are almost all torn, the accessories (shampoo and etc) are put through once. Towels are changed only if you throw them on the floor. The bed was rarely changed.
Good breakfast. Rice of 2 kinds, sausage, sausages, potatoes, soup, macaroni and chicken spicy. There are pastries and vegetables with fruit. Over the melons constantly spinning midges.
A couple of times we had lunch at the café. Tax and service are added to the cost. We took mushroom soups and tomato, chicken kebabs and rib steak. The steak was wiry and not particularly tasty. The sea with a child went 11 minutes. On the way nothing interesting, almost no shops and shops. Near the beach fried ice cream, banana pancakes and kebabs.
The pool is cold, but quickly get used and the people almost no.
In addition, we arrived early, and we were only checked in 4 days, all said that they did not have time to clean.

Good rooms but food is very small n not much to choose from n pricey.

Pros: *There are two bars, one inside the hotel and one on the roadside. *Swimming pool is always clean. *Rooms are really good; spacious and clean. *Everyone is very helpful. Cons: *None Had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Posting few pics that were taken from my room.

Now next to the construction site and very noisy. In Russian the staff does not speak. This is certainly not a problem, but still.

There is a construction site two meters from the hotel. It’s horrible. You cannot open your window it’s that noisy. You can’t stay at the pool because of the noise. The works at the construction site start at 7 till 21:30 nonstop everyday. It’s unbearable.

Booked via Expedia, the room was clean and we had a big bed, the bathroom was nice. Although they didn't speak much English here the service has been good. Gave us two bottles of water every day. A bit of a walk to Bangla Street but not super important, lots of great restaurants in the area. Overall happy we stayed here, it wasn't expensive and it was a lot nicer than I expected.

Good price, nice rooms, very central and close to the beach.

Great hotel. We lived in February 2017 with children. Lodged in the second housing. The rooms are clean. One day the maid took half of the towels asked at reception and after 5 minutes the towels were brought back. The hotel restaurant is visited once. Prepared for a long time, prices are high. There is a nice cafe to eat better in it. Across the road from the hotel massage parlour. Massage therapists women age, are very professional do massage. Walked every day. The water in the pool is cold, bathed once. Hotel recommended for couples and families with children.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very rude. I don't know where you're resting, but for me (3 times in tae) This hotel is very nice.

We were came back there for 2 times. This time I took my family there. They love the room and swimming pool so much the room very clean and comfortable. And swimming pool was so nice. And wonderful food by Chef Ball at Bulan restaurant (Must try Grill sea bass). And wonderful service and information by Aof front office manager. Sure! we will come back there for 3 times.

The staff of the front counter who named Pan, She had very bad behavior She told us we have double booked, and asked us to check by ourself! Also she didn't give us any welcome and help! The hotel is pretty beauty and clean. But we felt uncomfortable with the staff when we checked in! The most worth experience we ever had with such attitudes in a hotel staff!

February 2017, the Hotel is just super for the money! Fits all my descriptions, if not to nitpick! Breakfast is just the bomb! Huge variety, over 10 days, all tried! From 14:00 to 16:00 the half priced cocktails in the bar near the pool! All the advice.

I Stayed in this hotel in September of 2016. The hotel was clean and was well maintained. The staff was nice, beds were comfy, and air conditioning worked. The pool was cleaned daily. It is a little far from main tourist area, but its only a 15 minute walk which is not long at all, the beach is only not more than 10 minutes to walk. There is lots of Thai food around a 7/11 across the street and an excellent Thai Spa across the street. I would stay here again!

The hotel rooms are great. Location is… Patong Halt. Price-/Leistungsniveau Overall however very good.

Nice place, clean rooms, great staff. Very clean, the staff is also very warm. The hotel is very new.
