Thank you to the very friendly staff we had a nice room with the beautiful view to this 3 dimensional hotels trees.

It's was a very special holiday. The room is big and clean and very convenient. I love all services especially welcome drinks and Wowww breakfast. You don't need to believe me just come to try it. I will be there again. Love your breakfast ❤

This was right on the beach. Very reasonable prices. My building had a separate entrance from reception. I wish I stayed here instead of making the mistake of staying at Duanjitt resort first.

The hotel can be an absolute gem based on the location, however it simply isn’t. It is let down by poor maintenance, unsupportive staff and a manager who wasn’t at all interested in our concerns. The room smells awful, the AC didn’t work, the windows didn’t all close. The balcony doors didn’t close, nor did they lock. There’s no handrail on the stairs and anything and everything ranging from mozzies to a cat-burglar potentially has access to your room, with a selection of access points. Sadly we didn’t spend a single night of our 7-day booking there. We were told that there were no other rooms and the manager just laughed and referred to his no refund policy… Would I recommend it? Only if you’re homeless.

Not like the photos AT ALL… Staff was really friendly up untill we booked and paid for the room… after that they could not care less (not a good experience).

This place have a good condition to rest enough and they have a good restaurant but someone as receptionist name are jarunee not takecare about some foreigner like asian or indian people who comes to visit that's why I give only 2*for that. They should improve a service mind to better.

It s dirty rathole. A real nightmare. Don t go there if you don t want to have your holliday ruined. I ve never seen an air conditioner so dirty and moldy like hete, we had to clean it otherwise we would get sick for sure. The bedsheets were visibly dirty, smelly and sweaty. The staff wouldn t change it even when we asked several times day by day. The balcony is full of birds excrements. The whole place looks like an abandoned hotel in a post apocalyptic world. It would be a great set fir a zombie movie.

I stayed at The Front for 27 nights and this is my experience: About the area a bit: It's located next to the beach, altough far south which I think is the worst part of the beach. But lets be honest, Patong beach sucks everywhere. What's good about The Front being located this far south is that it's within the walking distance of much nicer beaches, like Tri Trang, Freedom and Paradise beach (about 2km). It is a VERY steep way to those beaches but perfectly doable and rewards you with quite a nice sight above Patong! Since it's not in the middle of Patong, expect to have to walk a bit if you want to go to a more busier place like around Jungceylon where there are many food markets and other fun activities. The street outside is busy but you get used to it. It's not as busy as the center. Back home I live in a very quiet area and I had no issues sleeping in the Front (in a room facing the street). Street food can be found outside, but don't expect to always have a barbecue as the sellers are only sometimes there and they are not many. There are plenty of restaurants around though! Back to the hotel. I booked a room with the sea view and was placed in room 503, all the way up which had a fantastic vew of the whole Patong beach. The room was big enough for the two of us, the bed was a bit hard but I had no issues sleeping there for 27 nights. The cleaning ladies were nice and did their job every morning. The pool is fine.

The worst hotel I stayed in Booked through booking. Com and when I arrived and realized that I need to pay 3 % extra if I'm paying by Visa + you need to leave around 50 usd as a deposit which wasn't mentioned while I was booking. Coming to facilities : 1. Upper floors you have to take your luggage by stairs 2 or 3 floors. 2. Ceiling in the rooms are not painted as in the picture not sure low cost or decoration. 3. I booked with breakfast included which I have to have take away and order it the night before as the restaurant was always closed which I don't know where is it anway. 4. Non friendly staff at all to deal with. 5. Wi-Fi is useless as it took many attempts to connect and had few resets before connecting to the upper floor connection which it was weak.

Place is nothing like the photos close to the beach which is the only good thing about this place.

Don't believe pictures as these are made to look good… in reality hotel is dated with tired decor in need of modernisation… pool is tiny and chairs are old and dirty. Room was clean but again dated with balcony being the dirtiest of places. Hotel call itself a beach front but in reality it is hidden behind other buildings and only 2-3 rooms have some kind of sea view. Staff is invisible and we needed to ask for cleaning rather than room being cleaned on their own initiative. But location is good, right on the edge of patong beach and price reflect the tired and dated decor so I guess make it just ok.

So highly disappointed arrived yesterday after several emails back and forth weeks in advance to assure me my booking was not corrected and they had cancelled our booking and they had it down wrong and the price we had booked for suddenly went up quiet a lot because we where booking through them didn't speak English properly and never tried to help us so we walked out and and have since booked and staying elsewhere and can not recommend this place enough it's a beautiful hotel with helpful well speaking English staff … thanx for ruining the start of our first time in Thailand.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Oi. Got a room on the 4th floor with incredible view as I requested (Thank you Gi) a stone throw from the ocean. With a floor to ceiling window facing the sea it feels that you are hanging above the ocean. Patong beach is busy, no way around that, but if you move around the crowds and do your main beach time early mornings till 11ish you are in for great stay.

Very nice location. Just in front of the beach. But the hotel is in a bad condition. Even the staff are rude. Its a 3 storey hotel without lifts and small stairs.

Loved this place. Down the quieter end of town with restaurants and bars only a stone throw away. The rooms were large and a great view from the 2 balconies.

Receptionist's are very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff cleans the rooms nicely, can't complain.

Overall, the experience was OK, but the manager tried his best to be accommodating. Please buy roach spray as you will need it and, if you to many taxis at the front of the building. The picture's were taken on a good day. I also had £15.00 in sterling stolen that I didn't bother to report as I get it! They work their backsides off for not very much. Also be extremely weary of the long haired Mexican looking taxis drivers, and as they are Rude. They would I stay again… No. Did I end up having fun. I yes.

I had roof top room 5rd floor, no elevator. Perfect location, great view over Patong Beach, but Wi-Fi doesn't work like '97 even if the router was right behind the door. The beach in front of the hotel is not really for swimming.

3 stars only for the fact that next to the beach, as well as for daily housekeeping, change of towels, daily cleaned pool and friendly staff. The room we were given is not the one we booked and of course they are worse than the picture. Would not hurt them to update the rooms. Of the minuses of course killed craped birds balconies, with burned chairs. Spiral staircase in one wing, it is something to kill you can, with the baby is certainly not an option. The room was very well-made.

The place a kind of torn down and not very clean, the only nice thing is the sea view.

Great room with beautiful views of patong beach. This place is situated to the west end of patong so not as noisy or crowded at night. I would stay here again because it was a perfect location with great views from the balcony and was affordable. Only negative is no elevators so going up stairs after a hot day or with suit case can be tiring. Also the room we were in the shower didn't have a glass door or curtain so when you had a shower the water would spray the whole bathroom and by the end of your shower the bathroom floor would be a big puddle of water. Bed was hard had a good sleep good functioning air con. Room service everyday they did an awesome job cleaning and giving us new towels and making our beds. 7/11 for snacks and cafe for breakfast right next door. At night street food carts with bbq meats set up right outside hotel very tasty. I would reccomened staying here if your wanting to explore phuket by eating out for your meals, have day activities booked and just need a nice place to come back to have a drink on the balcony while enjoying the sunset. Pool nothing to brag about.

Clean rooms, decent service and friendly customer service. Also our 2 bedroom place had a great view looking over patong beach.

No lift, pokey room, really ordinary shower, leaked everywhere and flooded the bathroom, has to have the brightest street lights in the world beaming in on the room, and loud out frontwell into the night, if there is a cruise ship in, the vendors along the street go into cruise ship mode and up the prices, booked for 6 nights, left after 2, each to there own but I won’t go back, sorry,

Bad Hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, apart from good location, others was so bad. Room, service, amenities and swimming pool not working! Not a safe hotel to stay.

This gets a five for location on relatively quiet side of the patong beach strip. Quaint but modern room, great balcony for people watching while having drinks from well stocked minibar. Eatery next door, Rustic, was amazing.

It's kinda hard for you to find the entrance coz it was so inside. And the lobby was kinda dark if u reach at late night. The bedroom is fine n it's clean, the balcony is also clean, juz that u have to climb up stairs I stayed at the forth floor which it's the highest one it's kinda tiring tho.

Bad hotel level 4 had to carry up all luggage as it had no lift. Room is like walking into a sauna as the air con was not cool bathroon flooded with shower water. Reception not helpful. Booked for 4 night checked in and checked out on same day. With no refund.

Nice place and good value for the money. Very close to the beach and on the quite side too. For some surprising reason though, the hotel didn't provide any toiletries like soap or shampoo on the room even after repeated requests from us.

One of the few decent 4 star rated hotel at patong beach. Spacious room & good food from the hotel restaurant is a plus. 100 m walk to the beach. 500 m from Soi Bangla & Junceylon Shopping Mall. Plenty of F&B outlets & massage shop around. And the hotel itself has Hard rock cafe, Hooters & Irish Pub attached to it.

Nice hotel, very near to beach, have swimming pool facing beach, walkable distance to shopping and night club area, much cheaper compared to other, value for money.

Sea view) ) ) laugh. The hotel is located right between two other newer. Kind of literally a piece of sea. Pool small, shallow and awful chlorinated. Room. I have a bathroom at home anymore) ). The proximity to the sea, Patong Beach. And all.

Do not book this place! The reviews and photos are lies. We walked into our room, took one look at each other and walked out to look for something else. I'll add that this was after two weeks of staying in backpacking hostels without a complaint. This place was worse than any hostel I've stayed in anywhere. The room felt like a closet. There was just enough room for a double bed and hardly enough room for the two of us. There were stains on the linens and towels. It just felt dirty. There has been little maintenance (i. E. Caulking, paint, etc. ). We didn't get out $300CAD back for our 3 nights and we didn't even care. Don't do it unless you're desperate, even then, I feel like you would have a better experience in a private room in a hostel.

Fantastic Beach front hotel. Romantic room with balcony having Sea & Pool view. Hotel has everything Restaurant, Pool & Massage. Surrounded with Family Mart, Tour Counter, Currency exchange and Clubs. Staff was helpful in guiding our tour. Recommend as Must stay for Family and Couples visiting Patong.

We had a Wonderful stay in this Beach Front Hotel. We enjoyed the Pool and Massage. Restaurant serves tasty tandoori food and breakfast was good. Room had Sea & Pool view which gives romantic feel. I will stay again …

The best location in patong beach. The room are super clean and the staff always try to help. The price is fair even the food in their restaurants was good with fair price. The Front hotel is on the beach road with a great view. Not far from all the bars and attractions only 5-7 minutes walk. Still this place is quite and comfortable. Thank you so much I have Enjoyed my 5 days with you and I will come back.

Booked hotel over a week ago and receive an email and phone call on morning of travel to tell me that the price I'd booked on AsiaRooms was a mistake (their mistake) and I had to pay double to stay in the room. Ended up cancelling as this shananigan took most of the day to sort, with them not handling the situation politely or professionally. Thanks to them and Mr Giorgio Lattuada, the holiday is off to a great start.

It is a nice hotel, located at the beginning of the beach of Patong Beach. The rooms are clean and modern and functional furnished with telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar and satellite TV. The staff is very friendly.
