Best management ever! Charles is the greatest manager I've ever met. A real asset to any business. Went out of his way to make us feel at home. He organized us a vacuum from his own house so we could pack also. All the staff is very helpful and friendly!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and easily accessible and approachable. It not in the main part of town but within walking distance high quality rooms and meals also two lovely pools to relax in. I’m very grateful to The orange car Phuket for car service. I rented two cars for the evening and everything was just perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating at the office. Thank you for helping make the logistics for my special day smooth and worry free! I would highly recommend and would use their service again.

Sister's 60th birthday. Surprise cake and flowers. Lovely surprise for her birthday, this place go out of their way to make your holiday one to remember. Sister lover the flowers. The little things mean the most memories. And wonderful car from Orange car Phuket.
Seaview holiday
We had great time at Seaview, everything very clean and all staff very friendly, we would stay again next time, we had scoopon deal this time so had lots of extras. Not too far from all the action but away from all the noise. You can visit many places with Orange car Phuket.

The best part of this hotel is the manager and his staff. They are friendly, helpful and humble. The breakfast is lovely and does not get boring. Pizza's are really good. The location is perfect with easy walking access to everything important. The lounge singer is super talented. The amenities for people leaving on late night flights is tremendous.

Have stayed for a week so far and it’s so much better than some reviews we saw when booking. The staff or so lovely, warm and welcoming. Yes a few things could be updated but I can’t say it’s effects our stay. Great location too, close enough to walk to night life but far enough away to not be bothered when trying too sleep.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Big thank you to the Hotel Managers and staff for singing us happy birthday and bringing us cake and flowers, truly a precocious touch. Would completely reccomend to everyone, they really work hard to keep guests happy.

This hotel has a fabulous location, right across the road from the most amazing beach, a short 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of patong where you can take it at any pace you choose. The staff are very helpful and will do whatever is necessary to please, nothing is too much trouble, loved it.

My second time staying at the sea view. It will be my last rooms need up dateing. Smell of damp. I will not give this any stars at the moment bath mat is that dirty and mould all around the bath and toliet. I asked I we could be move to be told just wait 5 min on my third day now still waiting. Very beautiful pools. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. On the quiet side of patong. However rooms seemed like could use a little renovation. Old building also with low number of plugs in the room. Some plugs seemed to charge our phones slower than normal.

Aka the South African. Everyone is from South Africa. Nice hotel close to Bangla road but not to close so that the noise will be a problem. Very clean, food is terrific and the service 5 star. Will come again.

Location nice. Service is very good. But no toothpaste & comb in bathroom. Lock system of room door is very disturbing. Staffs well behaved.

Great to stay at as long as you're not wanting to swim in the sea. It's not so much the fact that the sea is polluted, plastic floating everywhere and a smell, more the fact that the people who run the jet ski business down the beach aim the jet skis at you on purpose, pulling away at the last second laughing. Happened to me twice. Incredibly dangerous, especially as they wouldn't see kids, would kill them instantly. Went down the beach to challenge them about doing that and I was told that I shouldn't be swimming in the sea, that they're professionals and felt it was OK to pretend to run me over and then threatened my life, saying "I think you not live long time". But the resort is fine. Needed to shift from my initial room because it smelt really bad, but they upgraded me to a pool side room which was fantastic. Pools are great, staff are great. Beach no good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Live music in the Evenings. The Breakfasts are varied. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The Tea room is cozy with a beautiful view. The beach was clean and the pool was very clean.

This Hotel is good for holiday. They have all facilities to relax and pool side is really good. Morning breakfast is good for some one likes continental or American breakfast. This is just in front for Patong beach so easy to go to the beach for swimming and also views for taking nice clicks.

Warm welcoming staff. Good facilities. At the quieter end of the beach. A decent walk up the beachside road to Bangla Road where all the bars and action happens. The downside was the smell from the street sewers. This is nothing that the hotel can do anything about but is a municipal problem. Sitting outside having breakfast can be a bit challenging on the stomach. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. They had a fridge, bath and shower and tea and coffee making facilities. A balcony overlooked the pool and gave a sea view. Breakfasts were extensive with both Western and South East Asian options. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely family hotel. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Vibrant blue pool and a short walk across the road to the beach. A negative is the stench from the sewers in the area. Not the hotels fault. It seems to be a Patong thing. Every sewer grate emanates a strong stench of sewage.

We have been staying now for 10 years at Sea View Phatong, what a amazing place. From day one we feel like VIP, s arriving, the personell is excelent and very helpfull. We always stay in the Deluxe rooms and we sometimes request a certain room and get it. Mr Wannarat is an excellent manager and always make time to talk to the guests to make 5hem feel welcome. We stayed there for a night, property in front of the beach, widely spread and nicely built. Large swimming pool. A lot to explore within the resort staff was courteous. Cost wise medium to high category. Limited options for vegetarians. It has multiple room types. Ours was on the top floor, beach facing. I loved my stay at Seaview Patong
Everybody spoke well English and were helpful. I especially loved the spa and the massages. The staff have great knowledge on anatomy and I always felt relaxed walking out of the spa. Both of the lovely ladies are great and especially Noi (best Thai massage ever! )

My partner and I bought a voucher off Groupon when we were travelling Thailand and initially it was lovely arriving as the staff were really friendly, but once we got to our rooms we were disappointed — the A/C wasn’t working and we had to continue calling front desk to have it fixed only to have to wait until the last day before we left that it started working again after 4 nights with no A/C. Daily breakfast buffet was included in the deal and it was such a large range of food that we were often stuffed after it. The second smaller pool was a lot of fun and had a small waterfall to relaxed under whereas the larger pool was pretty standard and not as deep. There was a couple of times where we left a request to have the room cleaned but wasn’t done and we had to call up to have someone come back which would mean later in the afternoon. The room itself was not modern at all and the shower head was low so it made washing your hair awkward. We wouldn’t come back again if nothing has changed since, however the location was great as it was on the quieter end of town and only a short walk to the beach, taxi rank, massage parlours and the city of patong.

It's okay. Although not quite as noble as one knows it from Thailand.

It's almost impossible to get a couch by the pool.

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY! The staff are friendly, the food is fresh & tasty, the rooms are impeccable and I can't fault their services even if I wanted to. It's directly across the road from Patong beach, it's close to the main strip so Tuk Tuk rides are only 150-200 baht (otherwise, it's about a 15 minute walk if you can handle the heat). Would definitely recommend and I intend on staying there again when I go back :)

Great sales of freshly caught fish in the morning. Seaview is great, facing the beach and the staffs are very helpful. Still enjoying it 5 more days to go.

Nice hotel. Cons: The food is not very varied, but tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a bad smell on the street, the elevator stinks. Noisy air conditioners. Pros: Great location. A perfectly organized new year. Friendly staff. Pools for those who consider the beach dirty. Beautiful view from the window. The beach and the center are close, and the hotel is quiet thanks to the good location.

We selected this hotel purely on it's location. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view which was a bonus as we were expecting either a pool or garden view. The rooms are fine, on the small side. Clean to begin with but house keeping lacked throughout the rest of the stay. We quite often had to ask for toilet paper and hand towels. No privacy on the balcony. Staff very hospitable. Breakfast offered the usual overdone bacon. Choices were of cereal, fruit and juices, hot Thai food and an egg station. We had no complaints just that (based on our room) the rooms could do with updating. Lighting I feel is always on the dark side usually in hotels but a lick of paint and general modernisation would do this hotel a great service as it's positioned very well on the southern end of Patong bay meaning you're away from the 'throng' but only a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants.

A strong foursome, on the first line of Patong Beach, but in a quiet part of it. Very friendly staff, cozy territory, food is not diverse. Overall satisfied.

The room could be more clean and the towels changed every day. For those who want to save a little bit is a good solution just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants and markets.

Hotel is located next to patong beach. View from rooms are awesome facing the sea. Rooms are spacious and with a balcony. Hotel also has some swimming pools. Breakfast has many varieties but it does not have indian food. 7-11, family mart are located next to the hotel, you can buy sim cards, water bottles and daily utilities from here. It was a nice experience staying at sea view hotel.

Very noisy hotel to its clientele, very nice staff, but reception staff little involved in its work. Cleaning the rooms poorly done. Not recommended.

Good hotel, very good location, beach patong opposite, up to a caron 7 km on tuk tuk, shops and bulls next door. Yes the rooms are old-fashioned, the towels are stymed as much as prick. There are very few outlets in the rooms. But the condeworks perfectly and in general in the room only sleep. Therefore, all its advantages hide small shortcomings.

A quiet, quiet hotel for people who love silence. The sea is in "two" steps, legs can be wet but I do not recommend swimming. It's a little dirty. ( (

Stayed here for 6 nights and we weren't disappointed. Hotel set in good location across from quite part of beach and away from the worst of potong traffic but still walking distance. Staff very good, polite and welcoming. Food very good, breakfast buffet good with big selection, room service very good and evening meals tasty and cooked correctly. Cocktails good too. Our room was cleaned very well everyday. Only negative is the room phone line as it's crackles so hard to hear.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. Loved it. Very good location and close to the beach.

Room was comfortable and basic. The pools were nice, and one was suitable for my 3yo son. A bit tucked away from the hustle and bustle, so relatively quiet at night. I thought this hotel would be beachfront, and even though it is across the street from the beach, it's a part of the beach that is not for lounging, so still had to walk several minutes down the street to get to the beach. No babysitting service. Overall it was an okay stay.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Seaview and would recommend it to any one. The staff are friendly and tentative to all requests and needs. Cupuncup to management and staff for a wonderfull stay again. We will be back soon. Billy and Robby. Room 204.

They upgraded me to the river+sea side room, since we had arrived earlier then check in time and were too tired. A very good view of the sea! Enjoyable budget hotel.

Terrible service delivery!
The first day after traveling for close to 30 hours we given a room that had plumbing issues and the bedding had a damp musky smell to it… Awful! Especially for people with sinus issues.
We were then moved to another room which had an issue with the Air Conditioning. We complained for 4 days continuously because we weren't able to sleep in the heat, nothing was done to improve the situation. On our last day we were asked if we wanted to move only because the hotel didn't want bad reviews.
The standards portrayed in these photos are not what you get in reality. This hotel doesn't even deserve a "1 Star".

Excellent location away from hustle and bustle of shops and vendors, and the beach right outside. Short walk to centre of Patong. Clean apartment room with view over large pool and sea views. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, good cheap option for families, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Poor choice for a stag do/bachelor party. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the pools "close" around 8pm. So no night-swimming Three out of five of our group got terrible food poisoning from a pizza here.

Husband, 7 months old baby and I stayed 8 nights in this hotel and more family members stayed a 3 nights as well. The staff is friendly (especially people working at the restaurant and spa), the reception manager is very rude and it's hard to find someone that understands and speaks good English. We didn't pay much as we got a good deal online that included 1 dinner at the restaurant (both hubby and I got very sick from the food though), 2h massage each and a free drink every day (would not recommend the cocktails there). The buffet breakfast was pretty good, even though it is quite hot in the room and packed with people all trying to get something cooked at the egg station at the same time. The hotel facilities and rooms NEED a good cleaning and some renovations. The building is very old and not wheelchair/pram friendly. The smaller pool at the back is quite nice, the location is good, it's within walking distance of everything (can be loud since it's right next to the road) and just in front of a quiet part of the beach. Staff didn't recommend swimming there though, but it was nice walking on the beach to get back to the hotel. Wifi was terrible, we were supposed to have complimentary Wi-Fi (normally not even included in the room) but it did not work well and since we needed it to get some work done, it made our stay there a bit difficult.

This hotel is not easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or parents having their child in a baby buggy. You can't even get to the reception desk without climbing stairs. I stayed here with my wife and two-year-old child. Our room was in the 'newer' part of the hotel. Stairs, stairs, lift, stair down, stair up to get to our room. Wi-Fi in the room comes at an additional cost. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby/restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly. Management speaks good English. Breakfast buffet is decent. The room and bathroom are not really clean and old/outdated.

Hotel located at the end of the beach, impeccable service and personal to the small care. The hotel is always very clean and the pool is nice. We had a great stay there I would recommend it for a 3 star.

Great, quiet location at the end of the busy Patong Beach strip. Very nice pool. Room was quite large but also outdated. Restroom definitely could use a facelift. Cleanliness was good. Walls seemed very thin, could hear neighbors too well. Prices for breakfast if not included in room as well as drinks at the bar were ridiculous. I ended up walking up the street to but beer at 7-11 and bring it back to the pool instead. I didn't try the hotel restaurant because I expected the same high prices. Staff was mixed. Some very kind and helpful, others disinterested.

I had an amazing time here. I went by myself I was not interested in the night life just a relaxing time. Miss kat and the staff were so wonderful. I would have stayed there but work called me back. Planning a trip over Christmas and will stay there if miss kat still works there.
