Resonable price and good services for traveller.
This was the absolute worst stay of my entire trip, the staff was rude to us since we tried to check in, forcing us to wait on the lobby for almost 2 hours before letting us into our room. Which would have made sense if they still needed to make the beds, or if there was someone in there, but we saw the room and it was fully cleaned and empty from when we arrived. They also asked us how many keys we needed and since there were 3 of us we requested 3 keys and paid 3 key deposits, they failed to tell us that only one of our 3 keys had a working key fob that would unlock the front door of the hostel. We came back to the hostel that night at 1am (they advertise 24/7 front desk present) we only had 1 of our keys on us because we expected all 3 keys to work on the front door. We waited outside trying to use our key fob for about 30 minutes while nobody was present at the front desk to let us in. We kept scanning our faulty key fobs on the door (which would beep making us think that it should be unlocking the door) and we were pushing on the door to try and open it, the glass was insanely weak as it broke upon us pushing on it (we were pushing on the handle trying to open it after the beep but nothing crazy or aggressive) the glass then broke and cut up my girlfriends leg requiring her to get 6 stitches. Then the owner screamed at us the next day demanding 10, 0000 baht and threatening to call the police so we were forced to pay and leave.
