Very good hotel,,, small hotel but location, room staff and facility like 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean. Wonderful memories.

Easy access too nearby hawker stalls, in house motorbike rental, room is good, toilet is good and price is affordable. Last but not least cheaper airport transfer compare to other counter nearby… we really enjoy it.

Very strategic place. Centre of town. Lots of food. Also have halal food. Easy to rent bike.

Good room but the staff not helpful enough and speak only little english. And for the motorbike rental here was horible. Unreasonable price for little scretch, a little scretch and they told you to pay for 5000 bath. Even repairing a car won't that expensive when just being scretch. Awfull experience. Such a pathetic hotel.

I can't understand where people stayed reading certain reviews. I found it noisy and with dirty walls in the room, suffering a theft of a branded shirt and very expensive from my closet. Few women who work in reception, can speak and understand English. After claiming for the theft right away, I didn't receive a, sorry or some collaboration in viewing the camera footage to trace the culprit, since I wasn't there to go to women, but for business. Poor hygiene in seeing sheets and towels with noticeable stains and holes. By the way as I read in previous reviews, the air conditioning is noisy and annoying not having the split that can allow you to adjust the flow direction. Be careful to rent the scooters from them, because they do not give assistance if then you find some safety problem, such as brakes or tire pressure leaks, in fact I had to change one at my expense, despite having already mentioned it right away. In short, I was very disappointed, despite having paid equal to all.

10 minutes to the beach for 200 baht you will be driven. I would book again!

Hotel is good only in hospitality, but room was worst. AC not working due to that couldn't sleep properly, breakfast served only one item, towels were torn.

The place is cozy and tidy. Rooms are big enough for 2 people and all the necessary items are available in the room itself. Its located right in the centre of patong main road and there are plenty of shops around for any needs. The front desk person wasnt so friendly and less inviting. Also there will be no one available in the front desk after 8pm. Make sure to get everything sorted before that. Also they follow strict 2pm checkin and will end up waiting if you reach before 2pm. This is best suited for couples and solo travellers. May not be a good place for a family more than 2.

Lovely little hotel in a vibrant part of town.

My mate and I got rooms across the hall on the 7th floor.
The hotel was very well located in a relatively quiet street. 1 minute walk to Banzaan market, bangla boxing Stadium. 2 minutes to Jungceylon, 5 minutes to Bangla rd, and 7 to the beach.
The hotel offers breakfast each morning (set menu for included breakfast) or reasonably priced options to purchase. We had the American breakfast each morning which was bacon, sausage, eggs, toast and jam, and a choice of juice or tea and coffee. And it was always delish and served with a smile.
The hotel has 24h security to ensure guest safety. The hotel does allow visitors as long as they sign in. (no fee for visitors)
The rooftop pool was small, but clean and relaxing for an enjoyable dip in the afternoon heat.
The rooms were clean, and serviced daily. They have a safe, air conditioning, mini fridge, complementary bottled water, and balcony. The rooms were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were big and good showers.

~ If you're looking for good hospitality at this hotel, avoid speaking to the lady receptionist (extremely rude) … Hotel on its own is very clean with good house keeping… located in a tourist spot area so its very convenient. On whole a good stay.

Clean but in crowded area.

Excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff. They are very well organised and you feel like you are apart of their family. Really enjoyed our stay and will go back any day. Once again thank you for your excellent service and advice.

Its a good place to live for budgetary travellers. Its right in the heart of Phuket near Soi Bangla and Patong Beach. The hotel is not very luxurious and pompous, however rooms are nice and tidy. The lady at the reception is very beautiful and courteous. The best thing I will remember about the hotel is the night time guard on duty. He is an absolute gem of a guy. Doesnt speak a word of english yet his mannerisms are so energetic and diligent. I have posted his picture as well. He is a great guy.

Best convinient location for Jung cyelon and Banzaan market with cheap room charge. Cost-effect is best. Room condition is clear but air-conditioner make some noise. Toilet is clean but shower space is tight without tub. Free Wi-Fi service is supported but speed is various variable. Thought especially suitable for young active people who loves shopping and walking rather than love resting or with children.

Small but great hotel. Very convenient to the main street of fun, but still far to sleep peacefully at night! I recommend it!

The hotel is very familier. As solo travelers need no man really make make. Keep watch of the security man with what comes bzw. Wegfährt. Zimmer u are clean modern. Daily 2fl. Wasser and cleaning. At the top is a small Abkühlung. Sehr is centrally located the hotel z. B. 2min. Zum baanzan market and jungcelon.

8/f, room 802, and next to the pass, with the door in the Middle, to pay a deposit of 1000b, overall was good, good location, good central air conditioning loud Ah! And no balcony! No slippers in the room was small, no hot water pot, going to the front desk to borrow. Location is good. Central air conditioning to the force. … … "Said the money pit on the Agoda, when lamp is broken or something, so I stay when checking sheets, TV, lamps OK didn't find the front desk, check out without being embarrassed" since 2 days I have a pillow tip (20b) so everyone is alert.

Good quality rooms, but check stuff in room while check in, as I got 2 bad experiences while check out that room stuff not in good condition and they charged extra for it.

I stayed here for 10 nights over christmas and new year. I seriously could not recommend this hotel highly enough, it's spotlessly clean has a great location and the staff are all absolutely wonderful and just a pleasure to be around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again on future trips and I recommend anyone who reads this does the same.

Stayed at this hotel last week and if ever I went to Phuket again I would definitely stay there again. The family go the extra mile to make everything as best as they can for you and nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work.
