Super delicious fish, freshly fished, self-selected, grilled, not a single bone, gigantic delicious sauce and salad.

The food was lovely, the menu was a very good, very varied choice of Thai and European dining. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the restaurant is in a very pleasant setting.

Cheated on deposit. The hotel receptionist took $200 back to $100.

This hotel was our last at Phuket and was supposed to be the best (based on stars, reviews, price, etc. ) Check-in process took 40 minutes though we were just only one guests there. He old lady was extremely rude when we asked why we should pay a deposit we didn’t know in advance about? We just asked?. Room in real was much smaller than on the picture We decided to have dinner in the hotel and that was our mistake. Ordering papaya salad I’ve asked them to serve not spicy since I’ve been in this restaurant before. Garson said no-no, we put just a bit spices and it will be fine for you. After tasting the salad I couldn’t talk, breath. When we called them to change the dish, they started arguing that it’s spicy for me only, but salad is not spicy. Crazy. Before going to the bed we found a huge black cockroach there. When we called staff, they threw it away and didn’t even suggest to Chex he the sheets. Is this 4 star hotel? It’s my worst experience at Phuket ever.

The NaiYang Park Boss Bar and restaurant has a lively atmosphere with a live band, inside and outside seating, pool table and best of all an excellent food and drinks menu. The food was amazing with a selection of Thai and Western dishes. We also really enjoyed chatting with the staff there, and we had a lot of fun with them. This is also a great place to dine in style while watching the sunset over the beach. Brilliant!

Great room just accross the street from the beach. The staff is incredible! We had a tour scheduled early enough that we would miss breakfast, they went beyond our expectations and made us a sack lunch and had it ready for us when we left. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

Very beautiful hotel, green, Palms. Breakfast is not good, my baby don't eat this Thai food, every day same food. Sweet station one oily croissant. No cheese. No milk soup for kids. All food oily I don't like it.

This is a great hotel. It's only 9 months old, everything is new. The rooms are clean and spacious, and since it's only 2 rooms per hut you get more peace and quiet than in a big hotel. We paid somewhat over a hundred euro per night and I'd say it should cost more :) There are lots of trees and plants on the territory (you can hear the birds singing in the morning), the pool is huge and includes kids and jacuzzi zones. The beach is really not crowded and there is shade from the trees. The only thing — they have some problem providing baby cots. Ours was confirmed but what we got instead was an extra bed. It's not the same :) Our little one was constantly trying to crawl away/fall off, it took way more effort to keep him safe. For those travelling with toddlers — make sure they (hotel) confirm what you want, or take a travel cot with you (we'd do so if we knew). I guess they're trying to improve things: the breakfast was simple but included coffee, pastry, fruit, yoghurt, some more things and there was an omelette/eggs station. We had no problem with that variety but going to one of the cafes along the beach could also be an option, just for a change. The restaurant is popular by the locals (no wonder, the food is very good), so depending on the time and day of the week it can get crowded. It has good cocktails and live music though — should help when waiting for your food ;) Overall — a very good experience, I can totally recommend this place.
