Beautiful stay in the pool room, staff friendly, polite and helpful. Very clean and safe environment everyone wearing a mask and glove during dining and in communal areas excellent. Food delicious and fresh plenty of options. Location perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay would highly recommend 5 stars.

Wonderful Place in paradise! A staff at the slightest listen to your expectations and the place is of incredible beauty…

From the second we arrived Olga (Manager) and front desk agents were very welcoming. We arrived early so the room wasn’t ready yet which was okay because we were hungry and ready to eat. Check in was fast and easy! The room was great but the only bummer was the bugs out in the bathroom (which you really can’t do much because it’s outside away from the bedroom). Overall the stay was great. Free breakfast was included so that was cool. And one thing I can not leave out, the hotel breakfast staff came with a little birthday cake for my significant other and sang happy birthday. They went above and beyond to please and make sure we were happy. That is a SUPER PLUS. We were very happy with our stay. Beach was very clean! Restaurant was walking distance. It’s quite and comfy! Party life (Patong Beach) isn’t that far away (45 minutes). Very pleased with our stay. I Do Recommend.

The friendly staff and very helpful enjoyed the meals excellent serve at all times.

Nearby the airport, around 10 mins. Staffs were nice and polite, the facilities were clean and good. I like the swimming pool, which was a good view for photo taking. The location was far away from the Phuket town, therefore there was quite and good for relaxation, but it needs around one hour to go phuket town even by taxi.

Very private room, great service, ideal location. We were concerned about the proximity to the airport but somehow did not hear any planes. Great access to the beach and other restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful resort, family friendly environments specially for small kids.

I was here for 5 nights on a honeymoon, had an amazing experience. Try to get a deal on their private pool villa, also book rooms with breakfast as they have a multi cuisine restaurant. The pool bar is also very good.

After spending 2 days at the Thavron, this is an entirely different experience. We are now within the Sirinath Reserve on the one side and the busy airport zone on the other. What a juxtaposition. Visually Cachet Dewa is as beautiful, her people are polite. Just walk about 5 mins out and there is a food street with good choices that suits our taste but and wallet.

Dewa is a beautifully quiet hotel set very close to the fabulous Nai Yang Beach. The food and service is excellent. I had recently become the "Cachet" Dewa Hotel and added an additional 50-odd rooms, but without additional pools, dining facilities etc being built. The rebranding has also resulted in the prices rising significantly so, I fear, this is likely to be our last stay at this fabulous resort.

I was to check out and go to the airport at 1am to catch my 3am flight but when I got to the airport china eastern had cancel flight and changed to an earlier flight at 9pm on night before with out informing me. So long story… short version, after rescheduling the next available flight for may 2nd 3 days later … we called cachet dewa resort hotel to see if they had any rooms and they went the extra mile to accommodate me, put me back in my same room and gave me a cheaper price along with free breakfast. Wow, all I can say is they are top notch in my book, I'd stay here every visit. Rooms are very clean, very friendly and professional staff. And care about their guest! Not to mention across the street from the most beautiful beach. Thanks Tee and Ton, you made my day better after a stressful night at the airport.

Desolate gym or — appliances, breakfast disappointing, as hardly any fruit selection, hardly Thai, for that Mortadella (?! ) ), processed cheese and sausages. Too expensive for the quality and the service offered.

Good pastries, fresh bread and tolerant coffee.

The air conditioner is located just above bed and when you sleep it’s blowing cold air into your face which is very bad. I checked out from the hotel being very ill with cold.

Terrible breakfast, one of the worst hotel breakfast ive seen. Bad cleaning in the room. Sand on the table and in the bed. No soap next to the sink. Expensive minibar. The new rooms are built in a couple of weeks and terrible quality. It smelled wet paint still in the room so you get a headache. The shower wasnt completly mounted, so when I put the shower on it shoot up in the roof and broke. Haha I can just laugh. It was the same in next room I got, but less paint smell. The new rooms feel like a bunker. Stone, grey, white, black metal interior. Dark. It would be nice with some lighter curtains to let the sunshine in but not so everybody else can look into the room (have a walkpath just outside the window door). The new rooms arent nice at all. Very cheap standard, bad quality.

Our favourite place in Thailand. Just minutes from the airport and great beach just a few mtrs away. We first visited DEWA 7 years ago and keep coming back…

Nice food friendly staff good music lol only thing was there was construction when we where their with no note to warn us about it before hand we stayed here 1night so it didn't bother us but if longer we had been really upset. Other wise everything was brilliant clean and tidy and the rooms are massive and comfortable good Wi-Fi also.

I had enjoyed my honeymoon there too much … very relaxing and cosy room.

Great staff but night life is slow. No more Bamboo Bar but good restaurants on the beach in the area.

I stayed there … nice quiet place … private pool villas are awesome … but you need 1 hr to go to downtown by taxi other than that all is good.

Good hotel. The rooms are excellent but the outer area requires a lot of maintenance/ improvement. The staff is good and their restaurant is also much better.

Quiet place, nice hotel and suites, close to a beautiful beach and the airport which doesn't bother at all :-)

We are in pool villa and unfortunately the pool is dirty and not recycled, the bathroom area is dilapidated and the room service in the evening was only respected 3 nights out of 6! The restaurant is expensive.

Nice hotel but the pool villas feel like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. The outside toilet has tons of insects, would have been better to have this inside or at least block the gap under the door the prevent insects from getting in. Show is also outside and is in public view of anyone who comes in the main gate. TIP: If offered an upgrade, don't take it, go with the junior suite instead. At least you can go the the toilet with having insects biting you.

Very nice and well maintained hotel in a quiet yet beautiful environment! The natural beach is right in front of the hotel and you have plenty of options to eat good Thai food.

So, the room 101 was incredible, a lot of space, nice design, plenty of small pleasant things. + private pool and small garden. The stuff were polite and professional. Breakfast is rich and varied.

Very local. Beautiful area with old trees. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was too expensive, but due to the Central location everything in the vicinity with a huge selection. Just on the road, starting out at the bottom at the porter's Lodge, and on the left 200m up the road there is a small place with all of them. Massage, Souvenirs, Hotels, supermarket, plenty of Restaurants driving food stalls and fruit carts, and more Hotels and Apartment complexes. The Dewa is clean and the rooms equipped with abundant, straight, Junior and family Suite. Bicycles is free of charge to borrow. Despite proximity to airport (10 min) is really very quiet and relaxing. Kids club with some free activities available, children's Playground, children's pool and 2 large Pools. Pool Villa, those who need certainly nice, but in this well maintained complex and Over — as well as views of the area and the system is not at all that interesting for the price. Breakfast is plentiful, mega is the fully automatic machine for coffee specialities and a range of breakfasts which can be ordered additionally. So, we (incl. Daughter of 3.5 years) would come back. The rooms are for our taste a Ticking 30€ overpriced less had also arrived since the establishment in certain Parts but already a bit older and the food quite expensive. We have felt ourselves very well.

Horibble place cheap rooms… simply the worst experiencein my whole life.

The pool villa was amazing. Great staff and service, the little touches make all the difference. The restaurant was good, happy hour twice a day, amazing breakfast buffet.

Beautiful place, where we spent with the family 4 nights after a tiring trip on a sail boat with very unpleasant persons (it happens…). These 4 nights saved our vocations and let us celebrate a New Year Eve in a wonderful paradise. We loved the service, the food, just everything and were very grateful for the opportunity to go to the SPA in the hotel. People very helpful and attentive, descreet and humble at the same time: A place to recommend! If we return to Thailand again, we shall certainly go back to our bungalos.
