We were at the restaurant for dinner. The location over the rocks is in incredible the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My partner and I had an amazing sunset dinner here. The food was so delicious and the service was fantastic. The view of the sunset and ocean make for a very special evening. This was by far one of our favourite restaurants in Phuket. Thank you.

The Best!
Loved this place. The hotel is just gorgeous and the staff are amazing. We stayed for a week with teenage kids and it was awesome. Best place in Phuket to stay. Definitely look no further. And as usual for renting a car I chose Orange car Phuket

We had an amazing week long experience staying in this hotel. Its location is quite unique, sitting between two beaches which are only meters away. The room, service and food have all been amazing. One day we decided over breakfast to hire a car and gave a call to the Orange Car Phuket — within a few hours they delivered the car to us (Brand New and perfect) and after a fast paperwork and tour we were on our way. Sad to be leaving.

It is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and calm. Love the big rooms with a very thai feel about them and large lounge area with outstanding views and gorgeous lush grounds, very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The beach is crystal clear. Highly recommend and will be back.

We spent 7 nights at Mom Tri villa Royale and enjoyed every minute. The luxurious hotel is everything and more that we hoped for. The rooms are large and well cared for, the views are just unbelievable and the staff are like a family. The hotel itself isn’t huge and you feel like you are part of their family. The staff are really attentive, however I must give a special mention to Mr. Pong who looked after us every morning at breakfast, and to Mr. Wat who arranged outings and transport during our stay. I do hope I am able to visit again sometime in the future and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Location is great, we were able to walk to markets etc easily.

Authentic boutique hotel, great staff, service and convenient to both of Kata beaches. Four swimming pools in the complex and sits on a cliff with wonderful views.

A great escape from the mega resorts. At a unique location with great views. Built on a penninsula it has a small village feel with many paths and small buildings.

Three more days left at Mom Tri's and I don't want to leave! So beautiful and peaceful here. The room is fantastic and comfortable. I had the bug first few days and was not mad at all for having to stay in the room all that time. Staff are friendly and attentive. Dinner at Mom Tri's kitchen was devine with fantastic views. It's the kind of place you will want to hang around and just relax. Already I'm thinking of coming back here for next winter escape. The only flaw is that our room is sandwiched between two neighbours, both are family with young kids that are noisy as you know what.

My friends and I had lunch here and it was a lovely experience. The set lunch is a thai-fusion menu which was very tasty. We had really good service and the best part of the entire experience was the beautiful setting overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful hotel with a traditional decoration style, 3 pools, spa, and direct access to Kata Noi Beach. Hotel employees are very nice and helpful for any questions. We spent dream holidays here.

Excellent service of the staff in the Ocean Wing. Also in the breakfast venue. We just stayed there for 3 days and they took care of every detail. There were few more guests in the Ocean wing but we never met any, we felt we had the pool just for us most of the times we used it. Cold water with lime was delivered every time. We had a Thai massage at the spa and was as well good. The only con I found is that there are too many mosquitoes. Our room had a huge terrace with stunning views of the ocean that we could not enjoy because of this. Any system to keep mosquitoes away in the outdoors would be nice.

Luxury holiday, very comfortable villas for a reasonable price. The room fund Though "tired", but in combination with the Thai style it even paints some old. The grounds are green and beautiful, the service is more than having a rest, the restaurant on the territory of the hotel from the top 10 on Kata beach.

What a wonderful place. Boutique style hotel with wonderful sea views, amazing food and staff. Definitely worth the trip. Certainly a place I will be visiting again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We are important to rest with comfort and relax, if we go without children, we want that and other people's children do not strained their fun and games…) ) Here we get the impressions and emotions that we dreamed of. Many thanks to the staff from Ocean wings, the guys work as it should. ) )

The hotel is gorgeous! Quiet and peaceful. The rooms are a bit, the feeling that you are there alone.

Expensive wine. Good lobster bisque and amazing beef with curry sauce. Appetizers we ordered we're all good. Also has a wonderful sunset view to end a great day on beach.

Now this is my favorite hotel! Comfort Cosiness Service is great! Luxury breakfasts! The restaurant has luxurious soups! At the first request everything is done! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I bet five! I want to return to the IOM iris!

Fabulous. Spacious rooms/suites, private pools/whirlpools, saltwater pool, sea-side lounge chairs and bar service, excellent staff, award-winning restaurant, breath-taking ocean views and private access to Kata Noi Beach. Quiet oasis, yet short walk to busy downtown. One of those places you don't want to leave.

At check-in, we were given a room for two degrees: a table and sofas in spots, dirt on the corners… Our room was busy — these freaks sell busy rooms and try to infuse you into simpler rooms. With the fight, on the 3rd day moved into the room, which was paid. The hotel is positioning itself as a 5. The kitchen is excellent — there are no claims. The advertised access to the beach is a 100m walkway from the mountain to the public beach. Infrastructure on the beach is almost non-existent, near the hotel too. Nearby begin streets with shops, shops, restaurants — in walking distance 5-7 minutes. The area of the hotel is scattered: reception, sunbathing places, restaurant (aka breakfast), 5 floors complex with rooms on one side — more prestigious rooms (our 175 m) in the other. The distance is small, but the track and inconvenient lyse steps on the slope do not make optimism to go to breakfast — easier to order. In our wing there is a separate pool, kitchen, where you will cook everything on the menu, except breakfast.

Nice view, good food, but we were surprised when 16, 5% were added to the total bill due to both tax and service fees. The price in menu should always include all fees.

Top shelf service, great food and drinks in an idyllic setting whilst in the bar area. Must visit if you're in Phuket. Dinner wasn't as good as you would expect, lengthy waits for service exacerbated by the crying of spoilt children.

Staff was not very attentative to details. We had to change rooms twice as the AC was not working. Also before check out we asked staff not to process payment on the CC due to additional fee. Sadly the processed anyway. Location, breakfast, and pools werr great.

Cool staff, great view!

Have just holidayed at Mom Tris for seven days (October 2017). This has to be the best experience we have ever had overseas. The staff are exceptional, the location perfect and the resort is beautiful. Mom Tris kitchen has the freshest and best quality meals. Both the Thai menu and the traditional western styles menus are great. The breakfast experience is great and the staff again excellent. The rooms are immaculately kept and although the resort is older it presents fantastically and has a certain charm. The location is great with a short tuk tuk ride into Pa tong's noisier places. Its the small things that count here. We arrived late at night and freshly made sandwiches and fruit were in the room. Return from the beach and a cold beverage is delivered to you in the pool (unrequested). Daily cakes delivered to your room, room turned down every night. Great value for money, exceptionally happy and attentive staff, perfect positioning and wonderful food. An exceptional place to stay and relax. Do yourself a favour and stay at Mom Tris — Kata Noi Beach.

An excellent experience. Came here for my wife's birthday and it was splendid. The food, location and service were brilliant. Highly recommended for special occasions.

Feels like a VIP experience… everything smells good, the views are killer, the room is stunning and the staff is friendly. The beach is steps from the hotel. So happy with this hotel!

It was a long time ago that we stayed here but it was so memorable, I'm writing a long overdue review! When the door opened to our suite we had to draw a breath as we took in the room and the view of the sea and distant scenery beyond the glass doors at the far end. As we walked in, I encountered the largest bed I've seen (maybe 8ft wide? ), a welcoming platter of fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and it was a memorable experience with wonderful wine, food and views across the bay. I stayed in The Meridien on Phuket in 2004 and enjoyed it greatly without any complaints but Mom Tri's is in a class of its own. The beach is literally on the door step and the water is very warm, clear and clean. If I were to return to Phuket, I don't think I could resist the temptation to repeat this experience.

We had to most enjoyable time while staying at Mom Tai's Villa Royale. The entire property is gorgeous with amazing views and incredible rooms. The staff is incredible, the food is amazing (especially breakfast), and the resort is centrally located to almost all beaches. You will not regret your choice to stay at Mom Tri's!

Mom Tri Villa Royale is a great place to stay. The staff was incredible and I mean from reception to pool and beach service to maids. Everybody is always willing to help with a smile. Look forward to going back again some day.

Great service and great food. I did not think the the lunchtime menu was expensive in fact it was comparable with other local restaurants. I highly recommend giving it a go lunchtime.

A really nice restaurant with really delicious food and great Ser vice. Not exactly the best restaurant, but ♡ with great views.
We paid 2000bht for 3 entrees and 3 Singha (51 euros) water was free.
To do this there was more surprising way 3 small appetizer.

Nice hotel, Beach is very near, walk a few hundred metres to the many restaurants many blocks. Breakfast is very good.

Wine list pricey and not that good. Service exceptional.

GREAT food, SUPER service, views incredible and the location great, is well worth the extraordinary ravioli, the fish very good revosado, very good tuna in three versions, the soufflé crab also very good but picoson, and I'm waiting for dessert but sounds good Banana Toffee, I think is going to live up to.

Visited along the way — enjoyed it! Everything looks very fresh. Stunning views from all parts of the hotel. Very beautiful landscape design, and all the greenery. We have gone from the street and we politely welcomed all personnel who have met. Impressions not unforgettable. Next time here.

Excellent hotel! In perfect harmony with the landscape on the slope of the rock. Sandy beach in three minutes. Clean and comfortable rooms in Thai style. The friendly staff. Rest mostly British. In short a great place for a romantic beach holiday.

Was here on St. Valentine day. Great kitchen, very good taste and service but prices are rather high. Good but doesn't cost it's money.
