LOVELY TRANQUIL RESORT
I stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The decor of the hotel gives it the appearance of a temple. Great location with a shuttle bus to the beach. Very comfortable room and really friendly staff, helped to get a car for several days in the orange car Phuket who were always respectful and helpful. Highly recommended

This place is amazing, the staff can not do enough for you. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is awesome. Pools great. Everything about this place is perfect. We will be back.

Very very close to the beach and the food was great, rooms and everything was clean and tidy, plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Great pool. Good clean rooms. Construction on one side of the building was disruptive however the staff accommodated our request to change rooms. Good location.

I loved everything about this place! The pool is magical. Staff are very kind, thoughtful and helpful. The free massage voucher was awesome. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you for making our honeymoon amazing.

The room smells so bad and the restaurant and the pool and he view wow everything so bad.

The room smelled so bad. Everything was dirty and grimy. There was evidence of a prior guest. There was trash in the can and hair. The bed was so hard and smelled. The curtains even smelled. I do not think they have been washed in many years. The air conditioner vent was also extremely dirty. Be warned they charge you a deposit for the room on your credit card. They also ask you for your tourist visa from the airport. It made me uncomfortable. The lamps in the room were creepy as well. Everything about this place was bad. We were supposed to have free breakfast but we were not comfortable eating here as the place has cleanliness problems.

Extremely slow internet. Very cheesy Hotel.
Swimming Area is mostly only 1m high — not suitable for Swimming.
Centrally located, but far from the Beach (offer Shuttle Service) Doesn't feel like 4 Stars. Wouldn't I go back.

Staff very unpleasant and aggressive, the rooms are done at the Hashmi! However they are spacious. The breakfast restaurant is diverse and varied in good quantity.

Lovely hotel, spacious room, rich breakfast buffet and pleasant room in the morning. The pool is beautiful with vegetation, the lobby of the hotel is superb. We spent six nights in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is well placed to get around in the evening and go to eat, close to the beach and taxi nearby or possibility to take it right outside the hotel.

Nice hotel. Pool, fitness, lots of cafes.
From minuses-to the sea to go not directly as on Google-maps. But on this beach it's alright.

Good establishment staff pleasant Attention expect €100 of deposit to arrive at the hotel or have a gold card only in the evening come we are entitled to a concert of singing Frog calling certainly the rain pretty deafening.

Large rooms with a nice feel and two excellent swimming pools set in well maintained gardens. A large hotel but the way it is laid out is clever making the most the space. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Things looks kind of used/old. Experience was nice overall but we haven't used the pool. There is a taxi service that does not costs way more than street ones. There is a massage service but it costs 2-3 times more than other ones in town. The rooms are spacious and with all usual amenities, with air conditioning and nice bathroom We had a bad experience when we check-out. Even though at check-in they preauthorize the usual 100 USD, they had to physically check the room while we waited 30 minutes in a queue and caused the transportation car for the airport to be delayed 20 minutes.

Very satisfied with this hotel where we spend the week. All the rooms overlook the garden and its two swimming pools in an extremely peaceful atmosphere compared to the outside, especially in the evening. The room is large and nicely decorated like all the rest of the hotel elsewhere. The pool at the bottom is great, it forms a circuit where you can stroll in peace. Location Super: Full of restaurants and massage parlors all around. The beautiful Kata beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast on its shady terrace with its relaxing local music is very decent. I would highly recommend. Attention ⚠ ️: A deposit of €100 or 3000 baht is requested upon arrival; Be foresighted.

We stayed 4 days, the hotel is fine although a bit viejillo. The decor is very nice and the pools very original. Breakfast to be in Thailand normal.

Needs an upgrade, new towels and sheets etc. It is about 5 mins to the beach though and it looks good from the outside!

Such an amazing place to stay, stuff are very friendly, the resort is very nice clean tidy big and had a very authentic designed room is spacious everything works very luxurious accommodation the food is nice and good.
Will definitely recommend this place to my friends, relatives and extended family thank you Kata palm resort and Spa for memorable stay.

The garden is well maintained and the pool winds like a river through a jungle landscape is just gorgeous. The spa area with bathtubs in the separate garden area is also a great experience. The rooms on the ground floor have a private terrace with direct access to the pool.

Clean, large rooms with huge beds very nice pool area and very friendly staff would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms (took a simple standard and improved on the 4th floor) All rooms overlooking the pool/garden, perfectly decorated pool-river (large, around palm trees, flowers, literally jungle), close to the sea (road comfortable, without mountains and swings), issue and every day The room was clean and comfortable. Recommend!

Really great. Awesome pool. Two minutes from the sea. The neighborhood is great, it's got everything you need.
The negative (being French) is breakfast (I like fresh bread and croissant and less salty when waking up but all other countries like it). On the other hand the restaurant next to the pool, to have tested it, is very good!

— Very nice hotel in a Thai style — the staff are always ready — the rooms are clean — the pool area is lovingly designed and the perfect place to relax — in a few minutes is by the sea.

The price — performance ratio is okay. The staff are all trying to fulfill your wishes. Very friendly and courteous. I felt very comfortable the three weeks.

Good time of day! I was told it was very cool, cool, all cheap. I'll tell you what happened. 1) Stink is just awful, along the highway pass sewer pipes and naturally all the aroma from there. 2) in the sea were sea fleas, they bite you as if this nettles sting you. 3) on the road unfolded street trade and the toilet naturally went under the trees between the road and the beach. Personally, I will not return there again.

If you don't care about the big bad Wi-Fi do not care completely soundproof walls, then stayed here.

Kata palm resort and spa was a beautiful stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff and excellent service. However the other residents are rude as hell! While staying there we encountered a not so friendly call from the people below us (at 4am) requesting that we stop stomping, my wife had gotten up to use the toilet. What an extremely unpleasant ending to our trip. Can guarantee we won't be staying here again!

A very good hotel. Tasty food. There are fish that can feed. The staff is very nice. There is billiards. Edinstve6nyj negative is bad custom air conditioning.

Spacious room, prices in the cheap room, great pool to relax. The breakfast is varied and good.
A little difficult to understand when we speak English or thai.
Note aside: some people from the hotel put their towels on the sunbeds in the morning then go to lunch, which makes limited the number of sunbeds.

You can be here, great pool, clean rooms, breakfast can be better. In general it was ok.

Very nice hotel, it looks great and the rooms and common areas all are decorated nicely. However the communication with the staff can be a bit difficult, as they don't speak english very well. Wi-Fi is terrible in some rooms, constant reconnecting is needed.

While resort was 4 star the service particularly at breakfast was not. They had a penny pinching attitude which began at check in. We were asked to provide 3000 baht (100) euro to cover breakages. We were told that breaking a water bottle would cost 20 baht and there was a fine for taking the white towels out of the room. We could take out the red towels but a 600 baht fine if we lost one. The bathroom soap and shampoo we in dirty refillable containers and all in all a bit shabby. The complex itself was beautiful and was let down by the management style.

Excellent service and good location. Strike not only very stable Wi-Fi. : (And it's not looking at the half-empty hotel in low season. Pool Super! In July, the sea waves, so bathe and sunbathe under the Palm trees in the yard.

Room close to pool excellent (on ground floor) although a walk from reception to room. Close to Kata centre shopping and beach. Breakfast ok.

Some things should be improved once eg. Baths breakfast entertainment.

Located in the middle of Kata this place is nice, clean and solid 4 star. The pool is fantastic — large and surrounded by garden. Gym is a bit average and machines are a bit old. Very good for a mid range hotel.
