The location and grounds are great. It's right near the beach, shopping, and restauraunts, but still feels secluded and tranquil. The staff is even better. They were so friendly and helpful. They took really good care of us and even booked all our excursions and transportation for us from the front desk. Loved it here!

Hotel Peace Laguna Resort is very beautiful, the property is good & clean, my room is very big, happy with free hi-tea very evening, the food is HALAL for us muslim, the manager Miss ANNE is very polite & humble, all staff a very good, the most polite & humble is Miss DAW always smile. Night time can just walk area hotel bcoz very happening with a lot of cafe's. Hope more people will come to stay at Hotel Peace Hotel. Sincere from my PUSPAWATI from Malaysia.

The hotel is beautiful, in the center of Ao Nang but very quite inside. The staff were super nice and helpful. They let us check in early, the room was ready when we arrived. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. We checked out early before breakfast and they gave us a box with food for the way. One of our best choices for our honeymoon!

Vey nice resort a bit away from the busy street so very quiet. Awesome service and cleaniness. Only minus was a bit noicy air conditioning in our room but it was ok with ear plugs :)

The place was very quite for relaxing with the moutain view. All staffs treated customer nicely. The customer service went beyond the extra mile.

Terrible customer service, zero compassion for guests. This is the one hotel I would not recommend for anyone to ever stay at. Avoid at all costs.

This my first day check in just an hour ago. The receptionist (Emma) very bad attitude. We were requested pass my auntie a message while she arrive later but Emma was rude replied "You just wait around here" Show in her frustrations with no reason. Obviously she was not in good mood by throwing her frustrations to us. After this incident I checked website comments just discovered several comments was complained about staff BAD ATTITUDE. If travellers wanna go for this hotel please think twice, it might spoil your holiday mood. Good luck.

The room and the area is really good and so is the morning breakfast, but the staff are real bad. They must be trained in how to handle customers. If customer satisfaction is not your priority, then why would I care if you are a 4 star hotel? If you could just close your eyes to the staff at reception, this hotel is a great place.

Hi we stayed for two days in cottage room no value for money, staff is rude, service is hopless, no veg menu, even for water they kept in waiting for hours, in breakfast they dont reffile inspite of repetaid saying So pla avoid stay here.

Excellent spring! Good location, quiet but while being close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, a gym, a massage parlour and a children's playroom. A wide choice for breakfast, themed meal evenings (BBQ or Thai dinner party) … very friendly staff. Only downside: the facilities are lacking a little maintenance, the bathroom and very worn out (in our room). I recommend!

Excellent experience at Peace Laguna. Very courteous and polite staff. Rooms are big and spacious. The resort is located at a great place. Aonang beach is at a walking distance ans their a numerous eateries around it to satisfy one's taste buds. Maya Spa is excellent and highly recommended.

Location is right next to ao nang beach. Many shops nearby. Massage parlour right outside resort has amazing services. Peace Laguna Resort has 3 swimming pools. A bar at the reception too! Great place to stay if u come to krabi ao nang area!

A great resort that is absolutely recommended. Very nice lagoon ambience, 3 swimming pools, very extensive breakfast buffet and only a 7 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are a bit aged but very clean. Remind me of the old James Bond movies:)

Pretty good hotel, lobby area and pools are very nice. Things that could be improved are the breakfast and the rooms seems a tad old and outdated. The rooms have a lingering musky smell to them. Nonetheless its not bad and the location is excellent — approx 5 minute walk to the beach.

Reading the comments about this resort a day before arrival made me a bit afraid. This is my last night here after almost a week and honestly I am nicely surprised about it. The staff is great, the room I got was clean calm and comfy even though I was having the standard room. The only negative part of this resort is mainly located at the gym… it needs a close look.

Cheater Management, Very Rude Reception There is noisy construction site nearby. Don't stay here in rooms (cottages are ok but expensive) till March 2019. Even thereafter be prepared for rude behavior of reception staff. Reception staff is useless. They gave us very painful experience. In fact they intentionally harrased us. We checked in on 7th March  around 1:30pm and were alloted Room no. 7310 and  7312. We faced following problems:- 1) They never mentioned to our travel agent that there is noisy construction site near rooms. We were here for peace not for noise. 2) we requested reception to change rooms and they denied saying all rooms are booked. (Even for very small things they say refer to Manager. And manager is either not at the property or busy in a meeting. ) 3) After lot of discussion they offered 2 rooms in two different buildings. But being a family it was of no use to us. 4) We requested upgrade to the cottage but that was also denied, saying that property is fully booked. But when we offered money (upgrade charges) then manager said that ok we will give it tomorrow. And we paid Bhat 3600. 5) Cottage 2107 and 2108 were vacant early in the morning (around 7am) on 8th march. But Reception told in a very rude manner that it will be alloted at 2pm only. So rather than spending time in Noisy rooms we decided to move out.

Nice staff and small care for their guests, very decent rooms, some ants in the bathroom but nothing serious! Value for money correct! Good situation in Ao Nang Wi-Fi works fine but with some restrictions (downloads)

Very beautiful place, everything is purely cozy hermits. Minus one-closed quick access to the beach, you need to go around for a long time. We once tried to get around the building, but it's not very safe.
The breakfast buffet is very good. On weekends there is an entertainment program-live music. Very close are all the shops, pharmacies, markets, cafes for every taste and pocket. I wish you a pleasant stay.

Absolutely not recommended. Rundown plant. The pictures are deceiving. The pool has almost no shade, there are hardly any possibilities to lie down. There are some old plastic couches with disgusting, worn-out conditions. Cleanliness is also lacking, we had a large spot on the bed which was not removed after two calls. The safe was broken, even this was not done. The Trash can in the room was over, as it was not emptied. DS only Good was the location as well as the beautiful botany of the resort.

Parts are beautiful. Parts are pathetically thrown together. The best room in the hotel has really bad paint jobs, the shower has streaks of paint in it, and the bathroom wall is some sort of blue vomit material. Other than that, the place is great. Breakfast is great. Staff are great.

Beautiful resort in a great location, just off the main road in Ao Nang with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had strong Wi-Fi connection. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a good selection of foods. Excellent place to stay!

Peace Laguna was our first stop on our honeymoon this January. The resort was lovely with a perfect back drop of the cliffs in Ao Nang. The resort is also very close to the strip where you will find restaurants, shops and tour information. I will say the resort was lovely, however it is a little basic and run down. It was still lovely, but the rooms were a but musty and full of small bugs (which is expected given it's location). I would recommend anyone not use the hotel shuttle service as it is completely overpriced, as are the majority of the services the hotel provides. Walk 4 minutes to the main strip and you'll find all these services for a fraction of the cost.

We were very happy with our hotel choice. The location is really great. The hotel complex is also beautifully landscaped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, the bathrooms and furniture in the standard room are actually a bit dated. That's why only 4 stars. Would like to leave here again at any time.

It's a good place to unwind, though at night it's very dark and there's alot of mosquito! No lift to room! Good luck if you're staying at the top floor!

Beautiful hotel with authentic tropical-style I was in the top of a hut and was a past, with a massive bed, hot tub, an outdoor shower that you can see the stars while you use it. The staff, the facilities and the breakfast is unbeatable, and if there is any insect or any other something not to forget about that you are in Thailand and surrounded of nature.

It is a quiet place. It is very nice the resort. You have the tranquility to rest and the beauty of the place for you to enjoy.

Awesome resort, Location, staff, views, the set up of the resort it self… all excellent! If I ever come back to Krabi… This is were I'd stay again for sure. All I'd suggest is that they use surface insect spray on the ground near tables and on table/chair legs before breakfast starts. Tiny little ants all over the place.

Great location. Paradise, you can tell if there's no entertainment. The beach is very nice. The number portraits and moist, but it's perfectly normal for this level of humidity! Nice and comfortable It's beautiful! Order for Hotel! My family is happy!

This is a 4 star property and a place to stay at Krabi. Krabi is an amazing place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation and Peace Laguna help you a lot. They have 3 three pools for your enjoyment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the modern amenities. Food is also very good with complimentary breakfast. Strongly recommend for family stay.

The location is very good and the staff is very helpful. The only downside is the poor Wi-Fi in the room. It's so dark in the room. It's just great, I don't want to leave.

Peace Laguna Resort boasts a super location right at the foot of a huge rock. Also close to the beach, friendly staff and the location on a lagoon on values this resort. Unfortunately we were given during our stay two rooms in which it very musty smelled. Unfortunately, so much that we had to change the room. A persistent air freshener from the room service brought no improvement. The new spaces are okay, though also not warm pure!
Generally is needed here and there a little new color and more cleanliness, to put the exterior aging back in the right light!
You must clearly say goodbye by Western standards and adjust to the far eastern way of life!
