Krabi Heritage Hotel is a nice simple hotel with a 24 hour reception, with its own swimming pool and elevator to the room facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are also thoroughly cleaned up. The location is very good. In any case, book with breakfast! To the beach only 4 minutes. I hope my post was helpful:)

Hotel in renovation. Horrible. Rooms doors with rusty locks, which must be slammed to make sure that C is closed! Bathroom dirty and faucet entartrée and flow from all sides. Disgusting tile. Bathtub that doesn't set anything. Dirty windows. Balcony for a person max. Breakfast fee Military home at the front desk. Safe does not work after 3 tries with the staff. It's a decent hotel with good rooms, helpful staff, good food and great location.

Good location Staff and service impeccable. Swimming pool where you can drink drinks, ready to bath towel and shower. Very well placed next to tourist points. I would highly recommend. Small drink offered on arrival. Not tested the restaurant.

On the way from Krabi Airport, I got to chatting with a fellow tourist about where we were staying. When I told him that I was staying here, he told me, "you've chosen well". He was absolutely right. A stone's throw from Ao Nang beach, this hotel is perfectly situated, along with great rooms (if you're traveling with a large group, they have 2 rooms connected to each other). A great spread for breakfast, friendly staff and right on the beach. If there's anything I'd suggest that could be better, it's the Wi-Fi, but that's easily solved by getting your own SIM card in Thailand for the duration of your stay.

Stayed here from 11-13 Dec 2017. Nice view from the room. Had to pay compulsory breakfast for children. No option given. Walking distance to beach and halal eateries.

The hotel was average, there was something good and bad about it. Pros >excellent breakfast. Breakfast included all you need from Thai food to eggs with sausage. >not bad location, about 5 min to the beach Cons: >everyday night noise from local night club >poor Wifi, that was really awful due to there was a low season and we watched the movies in evening >the drain in the shower worked poorly.

Decent hotel at appropriate location. Food variety is less for vegetarians but there are ample of food joints just at two minutes from the hotel.

The Hotel was a bit old but renovated. Price and quality excellent location very good in the heart of Ao Nang and 100 m from the beach while being quiet. Very nice pool.

This hotel is very close to the Aonang beach and have access to other facilities. Nice swimming pool. The hotel also has a travel agent who can really be helpful to book tours.

Too many noises: nightclub right next door. Door slams. Unruly Clients. The cleanliness of the rooms is not always OK. If not the reception, the check in was worthy of a 5 star hotel. The location is ideal. I only put 2 stars because we are spread tired of 3 short nights.

I forgive only four stars, because air conditioning and fridge very noisy. In addition, the hotel is very nice. By this I mean not children, but to hear the opening and closing of the door of each room on the same floor.
The staff is very friendly. You must leave valuables in a safe deposit box at the front desk. A NetBook is there no place, but for a 10 "Tablet handed it just so.
The door of the room only has a simple lock. The balcony door has also just plain castle.
The hotel is suitable for a bad stay super, however, given the price, I have higher expectations for peace.
The breakfast buffet offers continental and English dishes as well as soup with rice noodles. There are no cold ham or cheese, omelet for freshly cooked or fried eggs.
The staff at breakfast speaks more English than usual.
